Loved the aesthetic and quality of drinks at this place. According to social media, they have a run club on Saturday mornings at 5:30am. They're so hip. The service was very friendly. I ordered the Sueno and Cana Matcha. 5/5 for the drinks. Drinks were very smooth. Sueno: 5/5 Cana Matcha: 5/5

I love this coffee spot. I actually had not been to their location before since I live in Palm Springs. I had only been to their coffee bar before they opened this location. All their coffees are great. I got the Pablo latte. I actually came here for a vintage market event and glad I came. Picked up some great clothes and donated some school supplies. Hope they have more events like this!

Truly enjoyed everything about this space! They were very efficient in getting out the drinks considering there was a bit of line as it was Fourth of July when I went. Nonetheless, the workers were welcoming and I can see this space being good for working since the World Cup is over now, I feel that the noise level will calm down a bit. I definitely recommend trying their lox bagel as well, as everything tasted fresh.

Staff is super sweet. But 25 minutes in line just to order? That's rough. Coffee was ok. Too milk driven for me.but cute and clean inside.

Smooth, tasty flavored lattes in a really cool, relaxed setting with an inviting vibe. Orders were quick and easy and staff was awesome. My favorite was the Sueno with a mild orange essence and the coffee was not bitter at all. It paired really well with the cream top. Came back the next day before we hit the road because it was so good!

Adorable place off of Hwy 111 & San Pablo...I loved the clean design of the place and the clientele leans towards young & hip, working on laptops. I love cardamom, so I decided on the Cariño, made with honey from Guadalajara, MX, cinnamon & cardamom. The presentation was very nice, ceramic mug atop a small wooden tray...but the coffee wasn't hot and didn't taste of cardamom at all. I enjoyed it nonetheless and I'll be back to try something different, maybe the Pablo next time...

I had high expectations after hearing someone say their matcha changed their life and seeing the line out the door made it seem like it was the only cafe in town. It was very hot and the wait was an hour. They had an electrolyte cart available for people in line. The space is large and open, but the wooden tables and seating weren't comfortable. The tables were also so big I had to yell to have a conversation with my friends. As for the drinks, they were creative and unique. The matcha leaned more on the bitter side, and in the strawberry matcha, I could barely taste the matcha itself. It was still yummy and refreshing. It's an interesting spot to try, but I think OC has better places for matcha.

I really like the staff and vibe of this place. I got the MUSCOVADO MATCHA LATTE and although a unique flavor combination I don't think it worked. The muscovado which is similar to brown sugar molasses flavoring was too strong you couldn't taste any matcha. It's also hard to mix and get it altogether. Would suggest dialing the amount back and shaking it. I know it's not as pretty but it will taste better.

Quality coffee in Palm Springs! Parking is easy, there's an adjacent parking lot. Really big space inside and lots of areas for seating. Lots of people working on laptops. I asked what the most popular thing to get here is. She said the Pablo latte was the most popular specialty latte, so I went with that one as that happened to be the one I was eyeing. I got it was almond milk. The Pablo latte has cinnamon and clove in it, and the presentation was stunning! At first it was a little too sweet for my liking but I let them know and they happily remade me one less sweet. I really appreciated them doing that with no sass whatsoever. It's on the pricey end, my latte cost me about $9, but at least it's a good quality drink, a good space, and friendly staff.

Absolutely love the matcha here! The service is so great! They're always so welcoming & when I have questions they'll know what to say about certain drinks I've asked. The vibes in there are so chill & it's nice to be able to relax while enjoying your drinks!

Saw this place & decided to make a quick stop on my lunch, so cute! From the bathroom to the coffee area, the lady who helped me was super nice & shared lots of useful information, thank you! I ordered a Cańa Latte, very good, a little strong for my taste, but easy fix, I added some 1/2 & 1/2 & it was great! She stated all their coffees have 2 shots... So maybe it was a bit strong or me ‍

This is a great coffee spot! We were looking for a place to get our daily coffee fix and this place seemed aesthetic with a creative menu so we paid a visit. The interior was pretty spacious and it offered a variety of seating: tables, counter, window, and a large centerpiece. It's also good for studying since it has outlets. I ordered the most popular, pablo latte, which was the perfect sweetness and came with a cinnamon stick. I also tried the seasonal caña latte which tasted similar to the Pablo, but slightly sweeter without the spices. The hojicha was pretty solid but the matcha was not my favorite despite the deep green color. It tasted a bit artificial and not high quality. Service was fine and the drinks came out in a timely manner.

    Blueberry matcha and matcha latte
    Carlo G.

The one decent place to get matcha in this area. I got the blueberry matcha and it was good, but a bit too sweet for my taste and that's coming from someone who prefers matcha on the sweeter side. I also wasn't the biggest fan of the blueberry skin pieces, wish they were fully blended. Regardless, it was still a good matcha drink with good flavor. It was also pretty smooth. The interior was nice and aesthetic and there were WiFi and outlets making this a good spot to work/study in. I definitely would come back if I were in the area and would like to try their speciality coffee drinks.

They have a pretty creative menu with a lot of unique syrups and drink concoctions so it made it hard for me to choose. I asked the worker for her recommendations and she kindly explained the menu to me. I was sold when I heard about the cafe de olla being made in-house and fresh at that -- she pointed to the vat right behind her. So, I got the iced cafe de olla latte and it was the perfect sweetness with hints of spice that added flavor to the coffee. I would order this again and wanted to come back here the same day. There was no line when I went but they was a line forming when I was leaving. There's no seating area so it's more of a grab-and-go place.

The funny thing? While the retail was still shuttered, the cafés and entertainment spots were already buzzing. That contrast -- empty storefronts on one side, the smell of fresh coffee on the other -- gave the whole place a quiet but inviting vibe. I walked into Xanti's and ordered two drinks: a strong macchiato (because sometimes you just need that punch) and a hot lavender matcha for balance. Total was $11.25, which felt more than fair. I tried paying with a $100 bill, but the barista politely explained they couldn't take it. No stress, no attitude -- just professional and smooth. Service really stood out here. The barista, a friendly guy with calm energy, not only took the order but noticed I'd settled into my phone at the table. A couple of minutes later, he personally brought both drinks over. That simple gesture made the experience feel way more personal than you'd expect from a mall coffee stop. As for the drinks? The macchiato was bold, clean, and exactly the kind of kick I needed. The lavender matcha surprised me -- creamy, floral, not too sweet, just enough to feel like a treat. Together, they struck a perfect balance: one to wake me up, one to slow me down. So yeah, it's technically "just" a coffee spot in a mall, but don't let that fool you. Between the timing, the vibe, and the barista's extra touch, it was one of those experiences that sticks.

In hind site it is waaaaaay more than coffee and I want to come back for a meal. Took my mom and my wife here after lunch for a coffee and dessert, they sat us in the "Harry Potter" table and that was a nice treat. My mom got some elaborate pistachio iced latte and it was a really nice treat, especially in the heat. I got the tuxedo cold brew and that was also a great afternoon treat drink in the heat. My wife went with traditional coffee and it came in a side pot and was also really good. I ordered the cinnamon twist to enjoy with the coffee and expected a simple twist. This came warm and sticky with wallops of whip cream and was really and amazing dessert. After sharing that we went with the suggestion of the waitress and got something that had peaches and strawberries and was heaven on a plate. Im not even sure what it was but by then realized that everything here was excellent. My only regret is we came after lunch and now wish would have came here for lunch too. Next time I want to try the meals. The staff all worked well together and ran the place well with great energy and very helpful. As I get a bit older adding "clean bathrooms" is getting more important and they take good care of those rooms too. If your in the area know they have EXCELLENT coffee and much MUCH more.

The eclectic mismatched cups were be beautiful as was the presentation...same thing with the food! We were in town for a girls weekend and the first day 3 of us went on a whim because it was close to our resort and looked really interesting. The whimsical eclectic decor was so cute and fun, the food was delicious and the service was very friendly and attentive on a Friday morning. We loved it so much we decided to bring our whole group back on a Saturday morning. They told us to make a reservation and recommended the table near the front. So we reserved that. It was a bit disappointing that when we arrived the next day with the large group they didn't seem to be ready for us. They wanted to put us at a different table because they had pulled a section of table out to accommodate a solo diner. But they did eventually remedy that so we could sit at the original table. Now granted they had warned that it gets busy on a Saturday but it wasn't super busy when we arrived, so a little surprising that we were seated for about an hour before we got our order taken and no one came earlier to ask us about beverages first before coming to take out food order it took a long time to get our drinks and even longer to get our food...and also surprised that no one ever acknowledged the long wait times...but we were having fun catching up since we don't all see each other often, so easily able to pass the time and everyone agreed it was worth the wait. The menu is pretty extensive literally something for everyone from sweet to savory breakfast or combination of both. Some of the highlights were the breakfast burrito, linguica and eggs, anything that had the fresh flour tortillas, really. The berry Belgian waffle & biscuits and gravy were all raved about as well. Everyone also loved the take on the black beans, looked like refried but maybe with a bit of cotija cheese mixed in as almost a light purple color. We would all definitely come again and have already recommended to friends just not on a Saturday unless you go when they open or maybe with a smaller group.
