Quality coffee in Palm Springs! Parking is easy, there's an adjacent parking lot. Really big space inside and lots of areas for seating. Lots of people working on laptops. I asked what the most popular thing to get here is. She said the Pablo latte was the most popular specialty latte, so I went with that one as that happened to be the one I was eyeing. I got it was almond milk. The Pablo latte has cinnamon and clove in it, and the presentation was stunning! At first it was a little too sweet for my liking but I let them know and they happily remade me one less sweet. I really appreciated them doing that with no sass whatsoever. It's on the pricey end, my latte cost me about $9, but at least it's a good quality drink, a good space, and friendly staff.

Super strong and creamy matcha! I got the normal matcha latte with oat milk and it did not disappoint. They use Rocky's matcha btw! It has a super big interior with a bunch of seating and the cashiers were all super patient despite the long line. The orange blossom cake donut had a really delicious and floral flavor too (collab with deaux donuts).

Blueberry matcha and matcha latte

The one decent place to get matcha in this area. I got the blueberry matcha and it was good, but a bit too sweet for my taste and that's coming from someone who prefers matcha on the sweeter side. I also wasn't the biggest fan of the blueberry skin pieces, wish they were fully blended. Regardless, it was still a good matcha drink with good flavor. It was also pretty smooth. The interior was nice and aesthetic and there were WiFi and outlets making this a good spot to work/study in. I definitely would come back if I were in the area and would like to try their speciality coffee drinks.

Saw this place & decided to make a quick stop on my lunch, so cute! From the bathroom to the coffee area, the lady who helped me was super nice & shared lots of useful information, thank you! I ordered a Cańa Latte, very good, a little strong for my taste, but easy fix, I added some 1/2 & 1/2 & it was great! She stated all their coffees have 2 shots... So maybe it was a bit strong or me ‍

Amazing service, great coffee and a great space to enjoy both. Ordered an assortment of drinks and they were all great. Cold brew, latte, espresso tonic and drip. Enjoyed speaking with the staff about the menu and their journey from coffee cart to having a physical location. Don't hesitate to stop in for a great drink. Didn't get a chance to try the matcha, but they looked amazing as they were being prepared. I'll definitely be back as I occasionally come to the area for business.

Found this gem of a coffee shop where its looks match the taste of their drinks. The service is quick and easy. Their menu is full of unique flavors and I liked they had a variety of matcha drinks if you're not a coffee person, like me. I tried their hojicha latte and the nuttiness combined with the matcha flavor was 10/10. There is ample seating whether it's to hang out with friends or work/study. Adding this coffee shop to my go to list!

This is a great coffee spot! We were looking for a place to get our daily coffee fix and this place seemed aesthetic with a creative menu so we paid a visit. The interior was pretty spacious and it offered a variety of seating: tables, counter, window, and a large centerpiece. It's also good for studying since it has outlets. I ordered the most popular, pablo latte, which was the perfect sweetness and came with a cinnamon stick. I also tried the seasonal caña latte which tasted similar to the Pablo, but slightly sweeter without the spices. The hojicha was pretty solid but the matcha was not my favorite despite the deep green color. It tasted a bit artificial and not high quality. Service was fine and the drinks came out in a timely manner.

My absolute favorite coffee in the valley! My two favorite are "Pablo" and "Sueno, you cannot go wrong with those two. I love the inside seating area, it is hard to find seating but luckily they have a square bench area with planter in the middle of the room. Definitely recommend going on a weekday, every time I have gone on the weekends its SUPER busy. Which makes sense because its the best coffee. But even with how busy it is you never wait too long for your order. Their pastries (baked from a local bakery I believe) are always delicious too! Service is always great too, make sure to sign up to their rewards.

Food- The matcha here is absolutely delicious! I love how it's smooth, but not too sweet. They have other specialty lattes, but we only come here for the matcha :) Service- The service here is always so kind, and patient. I always feel welcomed whenever I walk in. Every employee is so helpful when it comes to deciding what to buy here. Ambiance- The ambiance here is very minimal & classic. It kinda reminds me of coffee shops down in San Diego. I really like how open the cafe is with plenty of seating arrangements. Overall, great matcha & great vibes! Would definitely come back for a study or coffee date :)

Tremendous pour over options, distinctive signature espresso-based drinks, and helpful baristas in a bright and friendly space. Solid pastry options as well.

Caña matcha

As someone who usually makes matcha lattes at home, I was impressed with their caña matcha. I asked for less sweet and the workers were very accommodating. The muscovado, which is a type of brown sugar, was very subtle and didn't overpower the matcha. I would definitely return here either for the caña matcha or to try their caña latte!

I discovered this coffee shop by accident in Palm Desert. I ordered the Sueno, which is espresso, juice from organic oranges, vanilla, and milk. What a truly unique and delicious drink it was. I've never had a coffee drink like that one before. Very memorable. The gentleman at the counter who took my order was friendly and helpful. The ambiance of this very stylish-looking and comfortable cafe was chilled and relaxing. The coffee shop is very generous in its use of space, so no one enjoying the cafe felt crowded. As coffee shops in the Palm Springs area go, this is one of the very best. It hits the mark on all points. (FYI, parking is easily available near the coffee shop and in the area.)

Great coffee, worth an hour drive. Good balance between coffee and sweetness. Would definitely come back. The pastry was tasty and fresh. The vibe inside was welcoming with a good music playlist.

First off that BQL (banana Que Latte) was spot on *AMAZING*. The langka (jackfruit) and banana were all in there. Like you totally can taste it. It was balanced so well. Tho, I think it should be turon Latte (spring roll wrapped banana with jackfruit inside) not Banana que. But totally love this drink!! this alone make me want to go back again. its a small boutique but clean, and nice wall photos too.the moment we walked in the coffee aroma welcomed us. I love it!! Other than the BQL we ordered BSL (brown sugar) they do have milk alternative such as pistachio, oat, almond, etc. We didn't get to see other options for pastries since most were all gone by the time we got there. Overall, I would def recommend this place for anyone visiting PSP, Cath City, Palm Dessert, Indio or Coachella. Five starts would totally recommend and will becoming back in the near future. Thank you for bringing such good drinks to the Valley!

They have a pretty creative menu with a lot of unique syrups and drink concoctions so it made it hard for me to choose. I asked the worker for her recommendations and she kindly explained the menu to me. I was sold when I heard about the cafe de olla being made in-house and fresh at that -- she pointed to the vat right behind her. So, I got the iced cafe de olla latte and it was the perfect sweetness with hints of spice that added flavor to the coffee. I would order this again and wanted to come back here the same day. There was no line when I went but they was a line forming when I was leaving. There's no seating area so it's more of a grab-and-go place.

It was one of those mornings where you need caffeine before the world officially wakes up. I rolled…read moreinto the mall around 10:40 a.m., knowing the shops inside didn't open until 11. The funny thing? While the retail was still shuttered, the cafés and entertainment spots were already buzzing. That contrast -- empty storefronts on one side, the smell of fresh coffee on the other -- gave the whole place a quiet but inviting vibe. I walked into Xanti's and ordered two drinks: a strong macchiato (because sometimes you just need that punch) and a hot lavender matcha for balance. Total was $11.25, which felt more than fair. I tried paying with a $100 bill, but the barista politely explained they couldn't take it. No stress, no attitude -- just professional and smooth. Service really stood out here. The barista, a friendly guy with calm energy, not only took the order but noticed I'd settled into my phone at the table. A couple of minutes later, he personally brought both drinks over. That simple gesture made the experience feel way more personal than you'd expect from a mall coffee stop. As for the drinks? The macchiato was bold, clean, and exactly the kind of kick I needed. The lavender matcha surprised me -- creamy, floral, not too sweet, just enough to feel like a treat. Together, they struck a perfect balance: one to wake me up, one to slow me down. So yeah, it's technically "just" a coffee spot in a mall, but don't let that fool you. Between the timing, the vibe, and the barista's extra touch, it was one of those experiences that sticks.

We have wanted to come here for a long time since moving to Palm Desert, a couple of years ago…read more My Son, the Navy Veteran really enjoys coming in for coffee and pastry before heading over to CSU where he works. We arrived at 8 AM on Thursday and sat near the front of the restaurant. There were three other tables occupied at the time. I really enjoyed the Bees' Knees latte. My husband enjoyed his latte and my son had iced coffee. Beverages are served in unique and very pretty porcelain teacups. We ordered the Bananas Foster waffle with sausage patties, the half order of prosciutto avocado toast with eggs on the side, and my son had the chilaquiles. This is the kind of place where you can savor an old time atmosphere with many things to see as you enjoy conversation. This is not a fast food restaurant. The staff are warm and friendly. The half order of prosciutto avocado toast was really delicious. The bread was lovely and dense and could have been toasted a little bit lighter for ease in cutting through the vegetables. (This was easily the perfect size for a meal, and the whole order is equally beautiful and generous.) My husband is still swooning over his lovely waffle and sausage patties. He gave his dish a solid 4 stars and talked about it all the way home. My son had chosen the red chilaquiles which had just the right spice level. The place filled up steadily until we left about an hour and a half later. We have a patio outside, which is receiving a new sunshade and lights. Mona the owner explained to us that on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays. They will be serving dinner. She was warmly greeted by people who are obviously regulars to the café.
