Stopped by this super cute little coffee shop in Palm Springs and absolutely loved the vibe. The space is charming and welcoming -- perfect spot to cool off and relax for a bit. The staff was incredibly kind and friendly, which always makes such a difference. The coffee itself wasn't quite my personal favorite. I ordered mine with oat milk and the flavor just wasn't for me, but that's totally a preference thing. My daughter enjoyed hers, so it may have just been my specific order. Overall, it's a lovely spot with great service and a really cute atmosphere. I'd definitely go back and try something different next time! Sorry for the horrible picture. I definitely didn't take a nice picture of the cup.

After visiting the Tram Way in Palm Springs on a hot day, we were looking for a place with good drinks and comfortable seating to relax, and we found this little café. Ambiance: A small neighborhood café with a very pleasant and cozy atmosphere. Service: All the staff were friendly and happy to answer our questions, which made the experience more enjoyable. Drinks: The drinks were just okay; most of us couldn't even finish them, even though we were quite thirsty. Hours: We were surprised that they close early. We had hoped to relax and enjoy the café for a bit, but after ordering our drinks, we had to leave because they close at 3 PM something we didn't realize beforehand. Parking: Street parking is available and easy to find. The area wasn't too crowded.

Carrot cake latte and whole wheat muffin!

Decided to go in and try their carrot cake latte after looking at their post on insta. It was my second time coming here. I was greeted by the barista right away and took my order, luckily no line (1 hour before closing). I ordered the carrot cake latte and they only had a whole wheat muffin left, so decided to try it. I got the latte right away, just a little disappointed it didnt look like the insta pic. I didnt know I had to order the cold foam on top extra, by looking at the pic and reading the caption it made it seem it came like that (I love me some cold foam). The latte was still super yummy, and would recommend. I was pleasantly surprised by the muffin as well. Thanks for the good service!

Nice little place right on the main drive. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. Thought my Mocha was good and others in my group liked their drinks as well. Had a muffin as well and liked it. The nice part of the experience was sitting on the patio and seeing the views of the mountains nearby.

Such a sweet low key coffee shop.. many years ago I was here when it was the tiki bar Deja but Had a great cold brew with pistachio and rose.So lovely. Inexpensive compared to other coffee shops Sit down relax and enjoy your coffee in a mug or glass Great quick service Calm mellow vibe with great tunes

After our not so great matcha experience at Cartel Coffee we decided to try Ernest Coffee which several locals recommended. It turned out to be a great choice. I ordered a vanilla iced latte and my wife went with a vanilla matcha latte. Both drinks were exactly what we were hoping for. The matcha had a nice balance of milk and flavoring without any bitterness and my latte was smooth and just the right amount of sweet. Nothing over the top or wildly unique but both were well made and really satisfying. The shop itself is spacious and inviting with cool decor and plenty of seating for studying hanging out or even playing games. Service was a bit quiet and very quick with more of a straightforward next in line vibe but everyone got their drinks promptly and it did not affect the quality. Overall we were happy to finally find a spot in Palm Springs that serves a solid matcha and a reliable latte. Ernest Coffee is a comfortable place to relax and enjoy a well made drink and we are glad we stopped in.

Pistachio Rose Latte with Almond. So good!

Loved the Pistachio Rose Latte. The pistachio bits at the bottom was a nice textural surprise and the flavor was on point. It's unique, nutty, not overly floral and not too sweet. They've got indoor and outdoor seating and one gender neutral bathroom. Friendly service up front and pretty quick too.

Coffee is delicious and service is quick and efficient. Tried the cinnamon pecan latte with oat milk. Only negative is I like my coffee hot and this was warm. It's a Portland, Oregon brand which is also served on Alaska Airlines

We came across this gem when we rented bikes at our hotel and roamed around town. The coffee shop is cute, small and quaint, and located in downtown Palm Springs. I ordered the iced lavender vanilla latte with oat milk, and it was really yummy! I loved that it had a hint of lavender and it was creamy. We went twice during that weekend because we loved it so much! My husband ordered the pistachio iced coffee and that was delicious as well. I highly recommend this place!

Absolutely love this location, the look, feel, and of course the coffee. The sunshine on your face amd open floor plan. Lots of space to lounge and chill. Great for reading a book, working on laptop, or catching up with friends. This coffee house cam do ot all.

Ernest is filled with vibrant energy and it's a great spot for coffee! Every worker we interacted with was super friendly and engaging, especially the guy who took our order. He gave his personal recommendations and answered all our questions! Husband ordered the pistachio rose latte (hot with almond milk, as suggested), and I got an iced lavender vanilla latte with oat milk. The hot pistachio rose latte stood out in the best way. The dried rose petals on top really added to the fragrant aroma (definitely would not have noticed that much if the drink was iced), and the almond milk added a really pleasant, slightly nutty layer on top of the already tasty pistachio. My lavender vanilla latte was great as well, but I'd return for the pistachio rose next time :)

Pastries and coffee are top notch here. I had a matcha pop tart (HIGHLY RECOMMEND) and their seasonal carrot cake latte. Ambiance is fine and they have decent amount of seating with outlets.

Excellent coffee! Came in here after we weren't satisfied with the coffee at Mon Amour. Walked in and saw the Stumptown coffee signage so immediately knew we found our spot. Sure enough, the espresso drinks were on point. We sat down and chatted a while and I also really loved their playlist of J-Pop songs!

The flavor selection is rather small, but that means they get to focus more on the quality of their product. You can literally taste the difference just by sampling. Though I wanted everything (lmao), I ended up buying a single scoop each of rosemary and first date. Date is a classic & yummy flavor if you're in Palm Springs, duh... Rosemary, however, was interesting. I was worried it'd be too "grassy" or pungent because rosemary is a stronger tasting herb, but to my surprise, super well balanced with its vanilla bean base. Seriously, it was delicious. I'd like to come back for their rose pistachio and lemon meringue pie, if they still have those available. Highly recommend this spot especially if you've been hiking or out in the sun all day, it genuinely hit the spot. 100/10!!!!

The colorful cute design outside and inside the shop beckoned me to take a peek inside after a hearty crepe lunch right next door. To my delight, I discovered they had both vegan and traditional ice cream. I was able to sample a couple of flavors, and the barista who also serves as the ice cream scooper patiently waited for me to evaluate my favorite flavor. Between vegan birthday cake (very sprinkle tasting) and vegan ube, I chose ube. The ube ice cream was texturally fascinating and really tasty. With swirls of sweet potato and little bits of vegan marshmallow that gave a halo-halo feel because of the underlying coconut flavor, this ube ice cream was delicious. I kept going back for more. With great vibes, good service, and vegan ice cream options, I would come back again.
