Kreem is an adorable mini cafe serving coffee and ice cream a little ways down on the main strip in Palm Springs. The colorful cute design outside and inside the shop beckoned me to take a peek inside after a hearty crepe lunch right next door. To my delight, I discovered they had both vegan and traditional ice cream. I was able to sample a couple of flavors, and the barista who also serves as the ice cream scooper patiently waited for me to evaluate my favorite flavor. Between vegan birthday cake (very sprinkle tasting) and vegan ube, I chose ube. The ube ice cream was texturally fascinating and really tasty. With swirls of sweet potato and little bits of vegan marshmallow that gave a halo-halo feel because of the underlying coconut flavor, this ube ice cream was delicious. I kept going back for more. With great vibes, good service, and vegan ice cream options, I would come back again.
SUPER low-key spot & I gotta be honest, this is some of the highest quality and uniquely flavored homemade ice cream I've had in a very long time. The flavor selection is rather small, but that means they get to focus more on the quality of their product. You can literally taste the difference just by sampling. Though I wanted everything (lmao), I ended up buying a single scoop each of rosemary and first date. Date is a classic & yummy flavor if you're in Palm Springs, duh... Rosemary, however, was interesting. I was worried it'd be too "grassy" or pungent because rosemary is a stronger tasting herb, but to my surprise, super well balanced with its vanilla bean base. Seriously, it was delicious. I'd like to come back for their rose pistachio and lemon meringue pie, if they still have those available. Highly recommend this spot especially if you've been hiking or out in the sun all day, it genuinely hit the spot. 100/10!!!!
I stopped by Kreem while in Palm Springs and overall, it was good -- just not five-star good. The ice cream itself was delicious. Creamy, rich, and clearly made with quality ingredients. The flavors were enjoyable and satisfying, and I don't regret stopping in. That said, while it was tasty, it didn't quite have that wow factor that would make me go out of my way to return or rave about it. The space itself is really cute -- clean, well-kept, and aesthetically pleasing. You can tell effort was put into the look and vibe of the shop, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, what held this place back for me (and seems to be a recurring theme in California lately) was the attitude of the staff. The interaction felt cold and unwelcoming, almost like customers were an inconvenience. No one was outright rude, but there was very much a "don't want to be here" energy, which takes away from what should be a fun, lighthearted experience -- especially at an ice cream shop. Good ice cream + a nice space can only go so far if the service feels flat. A little warmth or friendliness would make a noticeable difference here. Overall, solid ice cream, pleasant environment, but the experience felt incomplete. Worth trying if you're nearby, just don't expect a standout or particularly welcoming visit.
Really great ice cream shop in Palm Springs. Ordered the espresso and rosemary flavors and both were really great! Cute decor, lots of seasonal flavors and some vegan options as well. Definitely a must when visiting the Coachella Valley area.
At the end of an awesome road trip to see Joshua Tree National Park and Pioneertown I was looking for ice cream to take home. I found Kreem on the road out of Palm Springs. Ice cream was rich and creamy. The persimmon flavor had a delicious sweet persimmon flavor. Lemon was a mix of sweetness from the cream and lots of lemon flavor. A bit like Girl Scouts lemon cream cookies. Delicious. :-) Vanilla bean ice cream was cold, rich, and creamy. Loved the sweet vanilla bean flavor. Rosemary was rich sweet creamy with a light rosemary flavor. Cookies and cream had rich and sweet vanilla with chocolatey Oreo cookies. Awesome. Very nice ice cream maker gave me samples and told me about his ice cream. There are many delicious flavors and next time I'll get double pints of my favorites.
So cute and quaint. Small seating area inside. A couple tables and chairs outside. The ice cream is great! So great I visited back to back days lol. Got the cookies and cream (so many cookies- love that!) one day and then got a dirty chia the next. Close to all the hotels & a great way to end your day.
Came here after dinner for some dessert and their ice cream is really tasty & has different flavors to choose from and not just store bought flavors which we enjoyed tasting the many flavors they have!
The esthetics of this place were so adorable but the service was unfriendly. It was a very limited selection of flavors. We asked for a sample and she served a cup. My daughter tried it but we didn't like it and she still charged us the $7 for the scoop. I love ice cream! The flavors were okay but the service made the experience even more disappointing. Paying $31 for four scoops with unfriendly service just wasn't worth it. Cute place, but unfortunately, we won't be back.
I love this place! I tried two of the vegan flavors, the almond saffron and the chocolate, they were both to die for. My husband opted for the popcorn flavor, which was unique and in his words "what the popcorn jelly belly wishes it were." I don't know how they got that flavor into the ice cream, but it was great! The service was friendly and the vibes and ambiance were perfection! Wish I lived in Palm Springs so I could visit this shop regularly!
Ice cream here is so good! We tried a few flavors and my favorite was the lucuma (Peruvian fruit) mixed with pistachios it was sooo delicious with a floral but also nutty flavor. My fiancés favorite was the funky cold Medina which was an orange blossom base. The coffee here is really good too - we ordered a coconut latte and it wasn't too sweet with a good hint of coconut.

Had a lot of cookies if you're into that! Creamy milk, perfect ice cream! You can get from 1-3 scoops or a pint. It isn't cheap, one scoop cost $6.75 but at least it tasted delicious. Quick and friendly service, I'd go back.
Funky Cold Medina: 5 stars! The Funky Cold Medina ingredients: orange blossom water, sesame honey halva, pistachio. 5 star flavor! Not too sweet, and very unique. Reminds me of the faloodeh ice cream for those of you that know! The orange blossom and toasted sesame flavor gives a slight nutty and refreshing flavor to this creamy treat. I highly recommend you try this flavor. Nice, clean place and service is 5 stars. I look forward to coming back and getting the Funky Cold Medina again!
The service was very nice. The server answered all our questions and was super polite. The ambiance is very cute for aesthetic pics. As far as drinks go, i gave it a four due to the not so great iced matcha. It tasted almost grainy and too bitter. The server was nice to put more flavoring for my friend who got it but other than that it wasn't good. Do not get the matcha if you are a matcha lover. However, the ube affogato and iced coffee were very delicious. I loved how the ube ice cream was vegan and the drink was a perfect balance of bitter and sweet. The iced vanilla coffee was good too. I didn't try it but my boyfriend said he liked it. So overall, come for the coffee and ice cream!!

A charming little gem of a place! Came here after eating a rich dinner, so we were looking for something light. After sampling some delicious flavors we settled on a scoop of rosemary ice cream. Really good ice cream with some interesting flavors - they had rosemary, lemon merguine pie and few others, as well as some of the usual. They are happy to give you a sample, so you can be brave in choosing a flavor! so yum! The shop is a few blocks south of the main drag and is easy to drive by, but don't! I heard they sometimes have a cart in the village, but we didn't see it. Also a great place for that instagram selfie! read more

In sunny Palm Springs, the temperature was just over 105 degrees and the temperature was continuing to rise. I definitely needed a cold sweet treat to help bear the summer heat. My friend and I came here for the vegan ice cream, this was the only place that we could find that serviced coconut-based ice cream. When we arrived at the ice cream shop we were greeted by two gentlemen who seemed excited to show if there many unique ice cream flavors. They assured me that I could try any flavor of the ice cream to make it easier to make a final decision. The little ice cream shop is adorable, decorated minimally but giving summer vibes, Let's get into the four Vegan ice cream flavors that were available that day 1 Uba 2 Chai 3 Chocolate Cookie 4 Pina Colada I was encouraged to try all the flavors and you bet I did. Of all four flavors listed, I found the Uba and Chai were the best-tasting flavors. Not that the other flavors wernt good, they just wernt what I was in the mood for that day. So I walked away with two huge scoops of Uba and Chai waffle cones. I didn't need two scoops but I got it anyways. I couldn't help but be extremely curious about their dairy ice cream flavors and wanted to try a tiny sample of the Rosemary ice cream. Ohh boy, this was a nice, delightful treat. It was the right combination of sweet cream and herbs. I wish the rosemary flavor came in dairy-free form because that was the "star" of the show. The gentleman also let me try the passion fruit. The passionfruit flavor was on point. Imagine fresh passionfruit dumped on vanilla ice cream. Super delicious, loved every bit of it. If you're in the Palm Springs area with particular dietary needs, this spot this is the place to try. read more
If you're craving a cold treat on a hot Palm Springs day, this is the place to go! In doing a Yelp search, came across Kreme and saw they had vegan options - perfect for me! It's a cute little store front with some outdoor seating and a little ice cream stand. Inside is also cute and small and it appeared their main ac was out so they had portable units. I was rather impressed that they had about 5 different vegan flavors and we were kindly greeted and offered samples. I tried ube with toasted marshmallow and got a cup - It tasted like regular ice cream with its creamy texture and good flavor. This place really hit the spot and left happy. read more

Great service, great ice cream! We stopped by on a Saturday afternoon for a quick treat. So glad we did! My daughter, and I tried the funky, cold, Medina, a strange name for the most delicious, orange blossom pistachio ice cream I've ever had. It sounds like a strange combination, but it was so delicious. My daughter got the espresso and thank goodness she shared. So many unique flavors, I definitely need to come back. Whiskey maple? Lemon meringue? Heck yeah! Parking is a teeny bit of a challenge, but there's parking in the back and on the side street. Definitely worth a short walk. Love the vibe inside. read more

Such yummy ice cream made in-house by the owner with such care! The flavors are fun and the service is wonderful! Must TRY!!! We had ice cream everyday we were in Palm Springs at different places but this was the BEST!!! Unfortunately we found it on the second to last day so we went back the next day for more ice cream and affogato! read more
Really cute place in the corner of Palm Springs, I'm always down for ice cream no matter the weather, and the reviews got my hyped. Ordered Cookies and Kreem (lol get it?) based on staff recs, so here we go! Does it taste great? Definitely get the cookies and cream for sure! What killed me is the texture - I had so many damn ice crystals I couldn't even finish my one scoop. Whether it wasn't churned great or left outside - it tasted like the ice cream at home when I leave the freezer open for 6 hours. Crunchy for all the wrong reasons. Is it an issue with making it, storing it, or an off batch? I have no idea. No matter the reason, it was disappointing and hope it isn't like this for anyone else in town. read more

Zero stars if I could. We came here for coffee Saturday 1/11/25 around 12:50p.m. went to the counter to order and the girl told me to wait because they were helping the lady at the ice cream section. It was a lady and little child tasting several flavors of ice cream. The cashier girl and guy behind the counter was just starring at them it was horrible customer service. The guy could've finished helping the lady with tasting the ice cream and the girl at the register could've taken my order. Instead I was just standing there for a good 6 minutes and they were doing nothing. It was bad communication and service between the guy and girl. I just walked out. Never going back. Walked to KOFFI instead. read more

Kreem is a quaint lil corner artisanal ice cream and coffee shop in Palm Springs. They're located on Palm Canyon Dr and E. Avenida Olancha. Their ice cream are hand-made in-house and are bass with natural ingredients. Furthermore, coffee is made of the best bean roasters. I ordered an iced coffee on a sizzling hot afternoon. Its the perfect thirst quencher. They have different ice cream flavors which you can get a scoop or two or three or a pint. Plus, you can add extra toppings on top. They offer sugar cones, cups or waffle cones. Interior design and layout was modern and spacious; atmosphere was relaxing and positive. Overall, I enjoyed my order experience and will come back for an ice cream. I highly recommend you visit Kreem. read more
