Queue "Milkshake" - by Kelis Ben & Jerry's is tastyyy. My favorite flavor is Milk and cookies - it's like chocolate chip cookie dough and cookies and cream had a baby that also tasted like brownie. (I apologize if I confused you just now lol) The service is always delightful, funny, and helpful. We came in probably 30 minutes before closing on a Wednesday night and the entire store was still clean, counters and all! Ready to spend and save, we ventured into Ben and Jerry's with a local $6-for-$12 Groupon (not valid outside of PS) to check out their newly enhanced ice creams and other sweet products that are now being made with non-GMO ingredients. Ben and Jerry's media controversies over the years occasionally make for good reading, and their euphoric ice creams always make for good eating! Share and enjoy the fat in moderation, though, as they still use regular cream and real sugar in most of their classic flavors. We might have picked Lappert's or Cold Stone over these guys, but the power of Groupon prevailed. Since we had $12, we went for a smoothie instead of a couple of cones and grabbed a pint as well to reach our Groupon limit goal at the register. In the pint, we asked our server for a couple of recently released flavors, including "White Russian" (coffee ice cream with coffee liqueur) and "Salted Caramel" (salted caramel ice cream with a salted caramel swirl). The differences between the two flavors seemed subtle to us, so make sure you try them both in-store or on the sidewalk patio before your tongue goes numb from the cold and everything starts to taste the same!
