Wow- what a great place this is! We were craving ice cream, this came up as the nearest and we gave it a try. So glad we did, ice cream was amazing. Lots of different and exciting flavors, big portions and reasonably priced. I had a 3 flavor cup, choosing biscoff cookie, horchata and masapan flavors, all delish but I think my favorite was masapan(peanut) flavor. The employees here are not welcoming at all, a lady employee saw me and 2 other people walk in and did not greet or acknowledge us at all. Just went today around 9pm and the ladies there do not have good customer service whatsoever. Cashier lady couldn't even hand us a bag or a cup holder for our items I had to ask for it and put my own items inside the bag. The ice cream & confections here are amazing! I can't believe they make it all here! The popsicles are beautiful & usually decorated with whichever fruit is used in them and are art all in themselves. Papi likes flavors that aren't my favorite but we can share anyway. A friend and I meet up here once a week to chat and have some delicious ice cream. The range of flavors and other offerings is amazing...and they make all of the ice creams, sherberts and other desserts on site. The cost for a large 3-scoop serving is very reasonable. The service area, tables and restrooms are spotless. We are usually here around 3pm on a weekday and the place is steadily busy... it seems a lot of people enjoy this shop. There is adequate parking in the busy lot...I usually park farther back where its quite open. The only down side is that it can get rather loud inside...but it's younger children excited about getting treats...can't fault them for that! read more

Loved all the different flavors more typically found in Mexico (tamarind, taro root, cucumber, cream and fruits, etc.) along with others flavors for a wide spectrum of palates! Daughter ordered the Ferrero Rochar (?), and 'Starbucks' coffee and caramel. Niece had the "Chicle" flavor (aka bubble gum), sister-in-law had their traditional strawberry. The first time I tried these paletas were last year and wow they're the ultimate best! So delicious! Every time we come to visit my brother we at least come by 3 times buying at least about 30-40 paletas per trip! So many variety of flavors! Not too sweet and not too bland; perfect amount of sweetness to it. I love their cajeta & taro flavor are my favorites! They have about more than 40 different flavors from creamy to watery ones. Private parking so no need to pay for parking. Employees are always very helpful explaining their product. Definitely will be back whenever we're back in town! read more

We stop by here often to get a snack every once in a while. I would recommend they get a new ice shaving machine for the raspados. The ice is super thick and have to be the worst raspados around. We got elote with hot Cheetos and a couple other things and we found a bug. We put it on a napkin so I could see it better and decide to go up to the counter to ask for a refund. The manager basically called us liars saying that since he doesn't know if we put the bug there ourselves or not he can't offer us anything because we're lying. I really liked this place up until today! I come here allll the time for ice cream, jugo, tostilocos, etc today I came in for just a jugo. There was a very long line of people who hadn't decided what they wanted and everyone trying samples of ice cream. I asked the girl at the register to just ring me for the jugo behind her. I was ready to check out and she told me I had to wait in the line I asked why? If no ones ready and everyone's sampling ice cream all I want was the jugo I was ready to just pay. She said no. I waited in line fine, but again everyone was sampling and it was taking so long so I went up to the register again and asked if I can please just buy the jugo, again she said no?! Why? I'm ready to pay and that doesn't make sense. I come here all the time and never had a problem ever. Went today giving it another chance and I was reminded why I stoped going. We had to remind the worker of what comes on "tostilocos " and she still forgot the chaca chacas. We ordered 3 mangoneada and asked for extra mango and chaca chacas and they charge $1 for half a scoop of chopped mangos. I would expect more from a worker that hold a team leader or supervisor title but not any more. With the prices constantly increasing and the service getting worse. Went in here yesterday to buy corn and a few other things with a friend, and as she was about to eat from the spoonful of corn she realizes there's a little bug inside it and put it on a napkin to see it better so we take it to the cashier and ask for a refund but asks us if we would like another corn and I say no I just wanted a refund, so she gets her manager and I explain to him that I found a bug inside and wanted a refund, he doesn't even look at it and tells me that he can't give me a refund because I might've put it in there myself, so that's why I don't recommend eating at this place, the manager basically called me a liar and didn't give me my refund. read more
