There are barely enough spaces to park close to restaurant. A brief walk will get you in. The food is not spicy except for Seafood Delight. You can make your food spicy with Chili Oil or Siracha. Not great, not terrible. The first time we came here several years ago we thought it was pretty good, the variety was good, and the poke bar was the best. The sushi was so-so, but that's expected of a Chinese buffet since it's not a Japanese sushi buffet. There's no sashimi at lunch, not sure about dinner, but I wouldn't think the quality would be that good anyway when it's at a Chinese buffet. We enjoyed all the different foods, the hot wok was good and so were the various Chinese dishes. Over the years, the quality went down in some areas, such as the poke bar had less and less poke and more and more veggies and fillers, and most recently in January, they did away with the poke bar altogether, so that was disappointing, while the prices have gone up just as with everywhere else. However, I still appreciate the cleanliness of this place and the staff are friendly and come by enough, but not too much, to remove the used plates. A decent China buffet. I'm not from the area so I can't compare it to the others but I think some people really undersold this place. Everything was fresh and decent. The even had some really outstanding dishes like the seafood special. A buffet is a buffet but this was really well staffed. The buffet tables are clean well tended and the food good: sushi was ice cold as supposed to be and shrimp was clean and perfectly cooked! Bravo gor that. There's a roast beef carving station and tons of various offerings that were good. The sushi was well displayed and several roll styles. Seaweed salad as well! The crab legs were perfectly cooked and delicious! The desserts were the usual display of chocolate cake, jelly roll, jello and tapioca pudding . They offer Coca Cola beverages and green tea. This is very on par but with some more options than the Pacific Seafood in Peoria before they closed to move to their new location (not yet open). Came to this place, AFTER eating here multiple times before, today with my family and the food was very below acceptable. The food was undercooked, not seasoned like normal and cold. Went to the counter to pay and let the servers know about our experience and how the food wasn't up to normal standards like usual. This place is awesome!! I'd give them a 5 star but the desserts are lacking the usual gusto or options I've come to expect at great buffets. That aside, the food and the price are 5 star material as buffets go. As you might guess, they have many entrees to choose from and many are tasty! Personally, I love all you can eat places that serve fresh crab. I get other entrees as well of course, but I love me some crab!! Other than crab, I tried a decent amount of other meat entrees (Chicken & Beef) and most were much to my liking. They have a salad bar, a hibachi station, a sushi section, various soups and so much more! Whatever it is you're looking for you are sure to find it here, except in relation to dessert options.. Harbor Seafood Buffet is located in Phoenix around where the Metro Center was. On my visit everything looked very neat and clean. They only charge around $10.00 during the week and around $15. on the weekend for an all you can eat buffet of around 100 different things. It's impossible to try everything but you can try.... I got there early so everything was as fresh as possible on my visit. I tried a bite of maybe 5 kinds of chicken. None were terrible and most were ok. I really only liked one because it was the juiciest most flavorful chicken (the Teriyaki today)...but I fear if I come back it a different one might be the best....but that is how buffets go. I also thought the plain vegetables were some of the best pans of food there. The flounder might have been the best of the fishes today. I was very surprised that the salmon sushi was very good today. They even had belly. Best salmon sushi that I ever had from a buffet. My husband said the oysters weren't so fresh tasting. I liked the fresh strawberries on the salad bar. Buffet dining is always a mixed bag. You never know what pans are the best until you try them. The people clearing the plates were pleasant.
