The move consisted of moving large items and a few boxes from small 1 BR apartment to a nearby storage unit. The back office made the quote process easy and my move came right in line with the quote. Not saying that will always happen but I had prepared ahead of time to secure parking, access, elevator, and loading dock. Do your homework! I needed some things moved around my house, and needed some things moved to a storage unit. Unfortunately, the storage unit was packed terribly making it full and requiring them to move things out and reorganize in order to move the new furniture in. They did this extremely well, and very fast. What I thought would take over the 3 hour time slot I was given actually only took 2.5 hours. Thank you so much for your service! I will absolutely be using you again for our moving needs, and recommending you to others.

The team was professional, polite, patient, and extremely hardworking. They helped me pack almost the entire kitchen, did a tremendous amount of heavy lifting, and were very accommodating with all of our belongings. They were also incredibly smart and resourceful--for example, they figured out how to get our washer through an extremely narrow doorway when we weren't sure it would fit! They truly went above and beyond to make our move as smooth and stress-free as possible. We really appreciated all their hard work and would definitely use them again.

This really should have been a two day job, the crew and we were exhausted by the end of the day. I'm not really upset about the cost difference because I knew what their hourly rate was. The crew really wanted to get it all wrapped up for us by the end of the day instead of stretching to another day because they had another job the next day bright and early. The booking office is really putting their workers through the wringer and I don't appreciate that. The crew was kind and delicate with our items. They were being gracious and offering to do whatever we wanted with regards to helping pack remaining items, disassembling and reassembling furniture, and organizing things at the new house. I may have taken note of their time for these things if it hadn't been clear by noon that this was going to already be a very long day. By 10pm I was just happy to have everything remaining that we own in the garage. So I did enjoy the crew, but if you go with this company and have a lot of stuff then you need to do some legwork yourself to get an accurate estimate.
