    Katsu Curry Rice
    Dan M.

Best Katsu Curry I've had outside of Japan. Legit. I never expected it at an airport restaurant.

    Chicken Teriyaki combination.

Delicious food and more than enough to share. Clean facility and kind servers. First time eating at this establishment and I will return on my next visit.

I looked for vegan food in many places without much success. One place had something that sounded good, but I had already had enough tofu and enough Thai. I found this place and saw grab and go veggie sushi and veggie spring rolls. I opted for the former due to the summer 2026 fear of lettuce. Well, it was food. Not any discernible flavor. But it was food. Third star for the vegan food.

Terrible service and cheap. I got my soup in a cup. You used to get a decent size bowl of Udon. Now it's a tiny cup for the same price! Never again. So many other new better places at the airport now. Go someplace else until these guys do better.

Airport food tends to be overpriced and underwhelming, however, Hachi-ko proved to be only one of those, as it had great quality food. The line compared to many other places was short and the person who took our order was friendly. I got the spicy miso chicken sandwich that came with a side of chips. The chicken itself was a good size and it was juicy and crispy. The bun was amazingly soft and buttery. I also appreciated the spicy miso sauce as it added a lot of flavor and prevented the sandwich from being dry. My boyfriend got the teriyaki chicken & beef combo plate, which came with a large portion. Both the chicken and beef were doused in their yummy, sweet teriyaki sauce. The gyozas weren't anything special, but tasted decent dipped in the sauce.

Overpriced and not good. Overall not good food, pricy, service lacks. For two meals and three drinks was $70. The katsu chicken was rough and the sauce that accompanied it was yuck. Teriyaki chicken was mid. The salad with bad, sauce was bad and the lettuce was past its prime. I should have just gotten a banana from here instead.

Had a $15 meal voucher from the airline, so grabbed an early lunch near my gate (C9). The service was quick, the staff were friendly and the food was good. Portions are large and could easily be shared. There are a few barstools or they will pack your food in a bag for easy transport to the gate. Definitely worth a visit if you are looking for a warm meal at the airport.

Spicy Teriyaki Chicken for $22.95 The chicken was tasty and it actually had heat. The rice was fresh and fluffy. The salad was inedible as it must had been frozen at some point and was soggy. Restaurant is located outside of Terminal C and service was quick.

Snack at 4:15am at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport... When I saw the word, Hachi-ko, I had to take a look. If you know the story of the loyal Japanese dog... you know why. (I sure was tempted to get a free sticker with purchase of 2 boba drinks, but I resisted!) Thinking that I won't be having Asian cuisine for a week, I decided to get Summer Rolls - not the spam musubi nor the poke bowl. Service was efficient, but on the abrupt side. One of the gals was speaking roughly to the customer in front of me. Hmmm... After I paid, I sat nearby at a table for customers. It helped to sit at a designated spot because of the dipping sauce. Let's prevent spills! I appreciate the fresh cucumber, lettuce, and carrots. It's too bad that the wrapper was tearing on the sides, but dry and hard on the ends. The shrimps and dipping sauce were good! I'm glad that I got something on the solid side to eat before the flight because we'll probably only get cookies and pretzels again... LOL!

Really good Japanese station at one of the ends by the C gates. The fried rice is good sized and you can add protein for a small additional fee.

Katsu with Japanese curry and Teriyaki Chicken

We ate at Hachi-ko at the Seattle airport before our flight to IAD. We ordered the chicken teriyaki and the katsu with Japanese curry. The service was good and impressively fast. The food was fresh and tasty, and we enjoyed both dishes. The portions were generous, enough to fill the two of us. The picture was taken when we were already halfway through our meal. The price is high because it's in the airport. We highly recommend this place.

Price is up but quality is down. Their grilled chicken fried rice used to be my go to when traveling through SeaTac. It's now a whopping $21 if you add the chicken for $3. There is no longer any veggies other than green onions, frozen peas and carrots. They serve less in albeit a much more earth friendly container. But the worst is that the rice has no flavor. The texture is soggy and gone is the beautiful char on the rice and the chicken. I might try the yakisoba next time but maybe not. Definitely no longer something I look forward to since the recipe changed. I ate the chicken and dumped the rest and if you know my stance on wasting anything you'd know the significance.

Very expensive. Not worth to try. $18 curry, only rice. The is no katsu at all. Never buy it. The taste is normal. But $18 you can others much better than this rice.

Fast, fresh, not expensive. Worth the short walk down concourse C. Extra cost for the plate with drink and gyoza not worth it.

The pork chop was tender, and went well with the homemade vinegar & garlic sauce. The long lumpia shanghai was GBD, and also went well with the sauce. The longanisa had a texture that reminded me of childhood, and the Ilocos sausage (that is less fatty), was a nice contrast. Lastly, the savory corned beef was a good way to finish the big portion of garlic rice. I def needed a nap after this meal. Regarding the ambiance, its a small, casual place that holds 50. You order at the front, and your food is brought to you quickly. There were a lot of Flip clients, but there were also a fair number of non-Flip clients. Many of the clients looked like regulars. The staff is super nice, and they play Hawaiian reggae in the background. All in all, an awesome experience in DT Seattle. There's a reason Ludi's is on Yelp's Top 100 list. I have a trip booked in Oct to SEA, and I'm glad my hotel is very close to Ludi's.

We came in around 1:45pmish and it wasn't crowded. They had an amazing selection of pastries, though I didn't try any. The in-house herby cheese in the sandwich made each bite just that much more delicious. The staff was also super nice and accommodating to my parents' requests and questions. I enjoyed the hot coffee with a bit of cream. It was good; my only comment is that I wasn't offered a refill at any point, and we were there for over an hour. To be fair, it was SUPER busy; like at least 100 people in the dining room. I had one of their seasonal specials, the peaches and cream Swedish pancakes. It was a generous portion included with a trip to the berry bar. The berry bar was very fresh and well maintained as far as cleanliness. It was also in a prime location, near the tables but not too close and not in the way of the walking path. The peaches were juicy and sweet and the cream cheese frosting was a decadent topping. I added some berries which made it extra special. I liked the caramel shards, but they were a little on the thick side for my liking and were a bit tough to eat. However, I really enjoyed the dish overall! I also got a side of peppered bacon which was well-cooked, crispy, and extra peppery. My friend got the classic French toast and a side of potatoes. She loved the French toast with the included berry bar trip! However, the potatoes were cut into HUGE pieces which were difficult to eat even though they were cooked through.
