I shopped at H-E-B Mueller today after dropping my kids off at school, and the store looks absolutely beautiful with all the flowers right now! Store is clean and organized. I especially want to shout out Isaiah in Produce. What a true gentleman with a great heart. He helped me find fruits that would help my wife while she's sick, and he even looked up other grocery items around the store for me. He went above and beyond. I honestly thought he was a manager because of the way he was giving directions to another employee -- he carries himself with leadership and confidence. Thank you! I always enjoy shopping at H-E-B, and experiences like this make it even better.

HEB Mueller does a great job in general. I recently ordered from their bakery department and found them to be extremely easy to work with overall. I was surprised our cake only costs $20 for the size and how much went on it. Keep up the great work HEB!

Walked in to stock up for the week and I now understand the HEB hype. They have extensive selection, especially for meat and produce/dairy, and many other categories of food stuffs. Huge pro. Cons, well it's very busy and you might get shoulder bumped a few times with no regard lol. It's a mad house at times and by the time you reach a register anybody helping you may be emotionally checked out, which is totally understandable given how busy it gets. Afterward I realized there was small food spots and a bar inside this HEB as well, so I picked up a hot chicken sandwich and got hooked up with this beast I had to take a picture of. Super tasty and fresh veggies on it, solid visit.

I've been shopping HEB since I moved to TX in '92. It frankly is the best shopping center ever, and I've been to a bunch all over the world. This one was a recent new add to a brand new community in Mueller district. They (residents) are so lucky to have this one just walking g distance. It needs more help on the weekend, since it is always busy. I am a gigantic fan, especially of the food court, bar, and adjacent shopping plaza.

Absolutely the best grocery find! Like a WF but so less expensive. Staff, og so friendly and efficient. No on phones snd actually helping customers! Woot! Has a pharmacy (also helpful staff who take time answering questions). full meat and produce area. Fresh, fresh full displays of gorgeous ripe fruit & vegetables. Aisles were stocked and so many varieties of products to choose from. Store was clean. Beautiful bakery - walked fast but looked at the confections Making podole verde & they had everything!!!! No going store to store. Ripe avocados. A huge find. Gasoline station w/ scratchers on site. Overall I was impressed. Will shopping again & take time to see what I missed

Me washing my cotton candy grapes for the third time because I keep finding bugs on them.

The sushi here is trash. It is maybe half a step above gas station sushi. Disgusting and can't believe I spent money on 5 different trays.

Cafe Mueller is great because they have interesting entrees, specials, and it's just right there in the store!

I only came to the 5th Street Target because it was the only place that had what I needed,a simple pen for black label for homemade gifts. I came against my better judgment, and honestly, I wish I hadn't. First off, the parking is a mess. You have to park in the garage and get validation to avoid paying $7. There's no handicap parking right in front of the elevator entrance either, which makes things way harder than it should be. I could have used street parking but didn't feel like being hassled by the men that wait in front of the store. Once I got inside, I started noticing a man, Hispanic, curly hair, maroon shirt, no name badge walking past me multiple times in different sections. First in the makeup aisle, then again when I moved to another area, and again a third time. It really felt like he was watching me, not shopping. He made me super uncomfortable. I was using the Target app to scan items and make sure I was getting the right prices. Just trying to get in and out quickly because, truth be told, I've been avoiding Target for a while now. When I checked out, one of my items rang up higher than what the app said. I went to Guest Services, showed the price on my phone, and was told I must've grabbed the wrong thing. I hadn't, I scanned it myself before adding it to my cart. All this over a few markers. I'm sticking with my boycott. I came here trying to support my own project and left feeling watched, dismissed, and frustrated.

Apparently, not realizing this page already existed. Anyway, covering all my bases and doing a review here as well. Note: I've also suggested an edit for the duplicate businesses. Ok now that is out of the way. Review time: I really love this location so much. The store is huge with wide aisles making it easy to navigate compared to the smaller stores. Even if it's crazy busy on a Sunday afternoon you can still get to the items you need with ease. The store is still very clean and of course modern since the rebuild. Employees are friendly. The shelves are stocked fully 99.999% of the time. I live extremely close to the East 7th Street store (5 min away) and opt for this location time and time again.

I love that they have a parking garage so if it's pouring down with rain, one doesn't get drenched trying to get one's vehicle with a basket load of groceries. On the ground floor, there is True Texas BBQ with ample seating. One can take the elevator or escalater up to the second floor to the supermarket. On the escalater, there is one side for you and the other side for your trolly of groceries. I have abandoned my neighborhood HEB and now patronize this one at 2400 S. Congress Ave.

It looks like the place was hit hard as there were items everywhere, there were boxes littered throughout with items meant for restocking, and the energy just felt a little tense. That being said, I think it's not too bad of a location. Super close by where my Airbnb was and close by bus station and a major road in the city. It's long but not wide and so there aren't a ton of aisles but the aisles are longish. The beginning of one aisle might have chips but by the end of it you'll be with the makeup. Cashiers are up front and there aren't a lot of self checkout lanes. Some items were locked behind a glass door but for the most part, everything was accessible without the help of employees. I didn't find my first choice for a couple of items but found my backup choice. So I'll give it a 3 star. But don't expect it to be the cleanest or most tidy

I said forget the coupon (which the pharmacist in the 2nd floor gave me). After my purchase, I told Ruby about the elevator incident, that she was more engrossed in her cell phone than providing good service. I asked her who is the supervisor of this CVS. She said she is the supervisor. What a shock. A supervisor who gives Bad customer service and who didn't know how coupons work. Negative star rating!
