She quickly assessed the situation, determined it was, indeed, a bad battery, helped me choose an appropriate replacement and then quickly, and efficiently installed the new battery for me. It was clear from the start she knew what she was doing. My experience today with Melissa is one of the best customer experiences I've ever had. She was amazing. I've always gone to AutoZone for batteries and other car care needs, but now you you've got a customer for life. Professionals like Melissa put AutoZone at the top of the list!

Landon rizzi I…read morevisit AutoZone quite often, but recently I had an experience that deserves recognition. One night, after being pulled over for a headlight that was out, I was pretty shaken up and stopped at AutoZone in Apache Junction for help. A young employee named Landon Rizzi went above and beyond for me. Not only did he replace my headlight bulb, but he also noticed that my license plate light was burned out and took care of that as well. He didn't hesitate to help and treated me with kindness, respect, and professionalism from start to finish. As a single woman, it meant a lot to have someone willing to help without making me feel uncomfortable or inconvenienced. Outstanding customer service like his is rare these days. Landon was knowledgeable, courteous, and genuinely caring. AutoZone is fortunate to have an employee like Landon. He deserves recognition for the excellent service he provides and should be commended for the positive impact he has on customers. I can't say enough good things about him. Thank you, Landon, for turning a stressful situation into a positive experience.
