I had the root veggie bowl and added lentils for protein. I asked for dressing on the side because I want to dress my own food. Before I dressed it I took a bite, wow! It could be eaten with no dressing! It was absolutely delicious. I asked if they have a vegan sauce and they did not know. CAVA has several vegan dressings available that are marked on the bottle. Might be something to consider. But, wow. I can't wait to come back! My drink was the Mango Apple Kale. It was very good and not too sweet. It's 7:10 on a Wednesday night. The place is not real busy but should be. The first experience was worth reviewing, they did great. I eat at chipotle a lot and their tables are always dirty and garbages overflowing but this place, no. The Farmside Kitchen tables are all clean in the lobby. garbages clean, floor...clean. They are going to do great. I look for forward to returning or finding one in my area.

My wife and I both ate the Caesar salad and it was pretty darn tasty! The chicken was flavorful and the dressing hit the mark. I will say that the side of bread was pretty bland, but it's free so I can't complain too much :) Inside, it looked clean and cheerful. Overall, I would definitely come back to this location to grab a healthy meal.

Will & Well is a great addition to Boxyard if you're looking for a fresh salad, grain bowl, or…read moresmoothie option. The setup is counter service, with a handful of premade salads and bowls on the menu, or you can build your own. The build-your-own option starts at $12.99 and includes your base, five toppings, one crunchy/dry topping, and dressing. Proteins are extra and range from about $4.25-$6.50, with options including tofu, shrimp, chicken, steak, and tuna. I opted for a build-your-own bowl with chicken, which came out to just under $20 before tip. At first, that felt a little pricey to me, but the portion size was absolutely massive. Honestly, it was large enough to easily make two meals, which made the value feel much better. The woman helping me was incredibly friendly and even let me sample three different dressings before deciding. I also appreciated that you can get your dressing on the side if you prefer. All 3 I tried were good, but all very different, and I'm glad I had a chance to try them! One thing to note is that it was fairly warm inside the business, which gave me a little pause considering it's a salad-focused concept. That said, everything tasted fresh and high quality. There were only two employees working during my visit on a Wednesday around 6:30, and with about 4-5 people ahead of me, it took around 20 minutes to place my order, get my bowl made, and check out. The staff was working hard, and being incredibly helpful, but if you're in a hurry, just plan accordingly. Overall, I'd definitely return. It's nice to have a quality salad option at Boxyard, the ingredients were fresh, the portions were generous, and the service was helpful and kind. Just be prepared that there may be a bit of a wait and to spend around $20 if you're adding protein (but you can easily share or make two meals from it!!!) My picture doesn't do the size justice I promise!

I'd seen that celebrity Tabitha Brown stopped by recently and loved the salads, which made me want to visit even more. I stopped through on a weekday afternoon. I ordered the signature salad, Salsa Verde with quinoa (you can add your choice of grain) and a freshly made hibiscus juice (so refreshing!). Everything was so fresh and so delicious. The salad was coated with just the amount of dressing and the sweet potatoes on the salad were a special treat, making the salad both unique and delicious! The hibiscus juice was refreshing and not syrupy sweet like many juices from other establishments. I will definitely be back to try other salads!

I tell myself every time that I'm going to try something new--but I just can't help it, it's that good. I get it with the house-made chipotle ranch (which is amazing) and usually add chicken. The dressing really brings everything together, and I recommend getting it on the side if you don't plan to finish the salad right away--it helps keep everything fresh. The only downside is the price--adding protein can make the bowl a bit expensive--but honestly, I'm willing to pay more for high-quality, fresh ingredients. The staff is always quick, efficient, and helpful, which makes the experience even better. They also offer gluten-free desserts from JP's Pastry, which is a great bonus! I decided to have some lunch so I got the salmon BLT which was delicious and I got the side of hot honey brussel sprouts. I ordered some lasagna to take home for a meal later. The salmon was cooked perfectly at a medium temperature and the flavoring was great. The brussel sprouts had just enough kick to them and was a great portion size for two or more. The lasagna was good and also a good size but it is a little bit spicy so if you dont like spice be prepared for a little tiny bit. The mac and cheese was very flavorful with the small crisp. The salmon salad was neat because it came and deconstructed segments so you could really pick which toppings you wanted on each bite. The dressing on it was amazing and so was the ranch for the wings. I was attended to by Desiah and Liam who were other so personable and lovely!
