I would have not posted this if the number for the store worked or if the email address existed. On Sunday, July 19th, I ordered your High Voltage drink at your Maple Valley stand. Once I tried the drink I noticed it was missing the lemonade (picture attached). I quickly went back to confirm the mistake, and all I was told was "yes we are out of lemonade sorry about that". I was slightly disappointed since I was not informed before I ordered that there was no lemonade and since it is listed in the menu. I asked the two girls working if I could get a refund or compensation for a free drink in the future. And I was told "yes we will refund you." it is now June 22nd and the transaction was posted and not refunded. So not only was my drink wrong but I now feel mislead multiple times during this process.

Friendly and fast service. Reasonable prices: $4 for 12 oz. Americano. Clean restrooms. Attractive indoor seatings four stars because of dirty tables.

As much as I try to float away, Gravity just keeps pulling me back... inside their doors and up front, ordering me some of the best coffee shops around! My wife and I walk up and down the Lake Wilderness Trail, and we enjoy the scenery and nature around, but it's so much better with a hot cup of coffee on the way back. We walk ourselves up a thirst, then stop and take a casual breather in their very inviting and comfortable lounge/cafe area, complete with a fireplace and TV's. The baristas are extremely friendly and easy to work with. I have my go to drink every time, which is an Americano, but they offer a wide variety of drinks and flavors. If you're tired of the mundane coffee houses on every corner, let Gravity ground your reality and experience great tasting coffee! As always, Enjoy & Happy Caffeinating!

Love the drinks and the staff! Always a pleasant experience! I always recommend Gravity to people.

FARMHOUSE BREW: WHERE'S MY EMOTIONAL SUPPORT GOAT?…read more Look, their pour-over coffee is nothing short of miraculous - each cup personally blessed by what I assume must be artisanal coffee angels. BUT WHERE ARE THE BABY GOATS IN PAJAMAS? I arrived fully expecting to sip my artisanal latte while a miniature donkey named Espresso gently headbutted my knee for attention. Their single-origin Ethiopian roast? Divine. The tasting notes include hints of blueberry and jasmine. You know what DOESN'T include blueberry and jasmine? THE CONSPICUOUS ABSENCE OF A CHICKEN COOP NEXT TO THE SUGAR STATION. I brought three different types of organic chicken feed IN CASE THEY HAD A PREFERENCE. Sure, their cold brew is steeped for 19 hours in pristine mountain water collected by monks. But let's talk about what's really important: I've been here SEVEN TIMES and have yet to see a single sheep wearing a hand-knitted sweater waddle up to me asking for oat milk foam leftovers. I even bought a tiny shepherd's crook FOR NOTHING. The baristas can discuss coffee terroir with PhD-level precision, but can they tell me why there isn't a pot-bellied pig named Lord Bacon III greeting customers at the door? I specifically came wearing my rubber boots today, prepared to stand in authentic farm mud while ordering my cappuccino. Their seasonal spiced latte is a masterpiece of flavor balance. Whatever. I've been sitting here for two hours and not once has a heritage breed rooster named Colonel Clucksworth interrupted my laptop time with his perfectly timed morning crow. The ambiance is SEVERELY lacking in authentic farm chaos. Listen, the recycled barn wood aesthetic is cute and all, but you can't just slap some Edison bulbs on a ceiling and call yourself "Farmhouse" without providing at least ONE alpaca in a bow tie who judges people's coffee orders with gentle humming sounds. Five stars for their coffee program - their commitment to craft is undeniable. But NEGATIVE FARM ANIMAL stars for creating false hopes of being able to share my morning scone with a dairy cow named Ms. Moochiato. I've started a petition to add at least a small petting zoo corner. So far I have three signatures, including one that might just be a coffee stain that looks like a signature. P.S. I heard they're expanding their patio next month. I've already drafted architectural plans that include a miniature barn where therapy chickens can host coffee cupping sessions. I'm willing to negotiate on the chicken sweater designs. P.P.S. The pastries are excellent, though they would taste demonstrably better if delivered by a pygmy goat wearing a tiny apron and name tag. I've done the research - goat-delivered croissants increase customer satisfaction by 427%. Note: To the staff who keep explaining that "Farmhouse" refers to their rustic aesthetic - I understand, but have you considered that your tip jar would overflow if you just added one (1) baby lamb in rain boots who helps steam milk? Just one. That's all I'm asking for. I already have the rain boots in three sizes. Special Addendum: I'm not saying your business model is flawed, but I am saying that every coffee shop is improved by the addition of a miniature horse barista apprentice named Macchiato McFoamerson III.

It probably just comes down to what this restaurant does well vs. what they're trying to do to accommodate everyone. Six people ordered breakfast, one person ordered a sandwich, and I ordered the Yummy Bowl because it was one of two vegan options on the lunch menu (nothing vegan on the breakfast menu). It was really bad. The flavor and texture were yucky. Nothing was seasoned except the "yummy sauce," which had the strangest flavor. It just didn't taste good. I was grateful I got a side of fries, which were excellent. I'm sure they're trying to accommodate vegans, but there is still some work to do there so the food tastes good and isn't just put together to say there is a vegan option on the menu. Everyone else loved their food. It's a nostalgic place for all of them, too, so that adds to their experience. They sat us in a room with a door, and that was lovely because it gave us some privacy and toned down the noise. For me, that was the best part of our brunch outing. We stopped by the bakery before leaving, and my husband loaded up on his favorites, and I got a loaf of San Francisco sourdough (which I ate a bit of the next day, and it was delicious). I haven't been here in years, and I probably won't be back for a while, but I will return because it's a family favorite. Maybe I'll just stick with fries and some toast next time!

We went back and forth trying to beat the lunch cutoff or just lean into the happy hour menu, and ended up doing a bit of both. We split a Caesar salad, which was fresh and really well done. For the main, we had the bacon avocado chicken wrap with tots--great flavor, definitely a solid choice. The only knock was the tots were a little on the cooling-off side and didn't quite hit the mark... although I still managed to finish them. To drink, I went with a Sky Kraken Pale Ale, which was excellent (and yes, there's photo evidence). Hey I'm retired now, I can drink at lunch!
