They have a great little café if you care to order and enjoy your coffee indoors too. I downloaded their app and ordered and paid that way. Rather than waiting behind a series of vehicles, I parked and went in and picked it up. Cashier was super friendly and they had a steady flow of customers. The hyperspace drink was incredible. I love Gravity coffee. I go there every time I am in Maple Valley. The staff have always been kind & courteous until today. They messed up the size of my Iced Chai. I ordered 32oz & they handed me a 24oz. I explained the mistake & asked them to make it bigger. The lady got very defensive & told me they heard 24oz & asked me for my card again to charge me the difference. REALLY?!? I said never mind. As we were driving away my friend sipped her blended breve mocha & discovered there was NO chocolate in it. So, we drove back to the line. Again they were defensive. I put 5 pumps in it. No, she didn't. When she handed us the newly made one it looked much darker.....like she pit chocolate in it. I started to explain that I was very unhappy with their service today & why. The girl at the windows informed me she didn't appreciate how I was talking to her. I looked at her & replied that I have never been treated like this before at Gravity. I have managed restaurants & coffee shops. They messed up both of our drinks & were accusatory when I tried to explain it. Not once were they kind after THEIR errors. As much as I try to float away, Gravity just keeps pulling me back... inside their doors and up front, ordering me some of the best coffee shops around! My wife and I walk up and down the Lake Wilderness Trail, and we enjoy the scenery and nature around, but it's so much better with a hot cup of coffee on the way back. We walk ourselves up a thirst, then stop and take a casual breather in their very inviting and comfortable lounge/cafe area, complete with a fireplace and TV's. The baristas are extremely friendly and easy to work with. I have my go to drink every time, which is an Americano, but they offer a wide variety of drinks and flavors. The coffee was good but considerably more expensive than the competition. Food is all plastic wrapped, nothing fresh. And the music is so loud that it's clear the restaurant does not want people to sit and talk or study. I'd say they are openly hostile to lingering, so if you want to sit on the wifi and snack or sip, go elsewhere. read more

The coffee was seven out of 10 I got a caramel macchiato with two extra shots. I asked for iced coffee with light ice. they definitely didn't listen and still fill my cup to the top with ice which means I paid seven dollars for 50%. Nothing appealing about this place. Walked in and felt like I walked into a cold mean girls frat party. Literally looking at their phones while behind the counter and talking to each other about previous customer while we stood trying to ask a simple question...do you actually serve coffee, you know the one that is brewed, good ol' drip coffee or even an Americano. Not really? Oh only super overpriced coffee-ish drinks with a side of "I'm way too cool to even be talking to you right now". No thank you. My husband and I like to go for long walks on the Lake Wilderness trails. We walk 2+ miles one way, and on the way back we stop and get our coffee to enjoy on the return 2+ miles. It's only a half block off the path. Sometimes hot coffee or iced, but however we get our drink, it is consistently the same delicious coffee. There is plenty of seating options. Cozy couch, cozy tv nook, and regular table seating. Relax with company, relax with a book, or there is plenty of tv screens to enjoy coffee or refresher and watch the sport of the day. read more

Finally stopped by this place and got a coffee for the first time. The line is always long, but I picked a weekday at about 3:30. No one in line..I could look at the menu options. Chose an Area 51, which was delicious, but way too sweet for my taste. My bad. Next time, I'll pick something else. The cost was a tad high. $7.33 or something like that. Not happy with that part. The best part was the young man who took my order, was cheerful and kind and really carried on a conversation with me, which is welcome. Older women usually get ignored. I am not sure I'll go back, but there is no reason not to. I just like plain old lattes usually. read more

Gravity Coffee has been on my try-list for awhile, but most of the stores seem to be drive thru only, which doesn't work with my car. I was at my favourite hardware store the other weekend, when I noticed this location appears to have a lobby! I happily walked over there, only to find that they lobby is closed and it's drive thru only....but it appears that they're allowing people to walk up to the window....soo? When in Rome, right? As long as I don't get flagged down, I really want this coffee so it's all good! I decided to go with the Cosmo with oat milk. A little too sweet for my tastes, but it was really good. I think next time I'm going to ask what ratios they use and ask for 1 less pump to help even things out. They also have a bunch of different fancy smoothies and other energy drinks, I can see myself really liking this place in the summer when I actually want cold drinks! Service was excellent - friendly and super quick. I'll definitely be back, even though Maple Valley is out of my way, and I would recommend this coffee shop to others! read more

I've been here several time in the past having meetings or doing business. Drinks are pretty good. Some are really sweet especially the blended drinks which I don't mind having once in while. The food has been meh. So I normally don't order the food. Customer service is fine, not over the top, but not horrible either. Reason why I gave a two star is because today was the worse ever. I decided to go through the drive-thru. Drink was fine, but the pretzel melt was horrible. I'm trying to eat while driving but it was burnt. The coffee here is pretty good! If you like sweet drinks and fun lattes this is the place for you. They have so many good and fun options. For me the white coffee isn't good but they have the option. I originally got the white coffee and didn't like it and the staff was so friendly they made me a normal coffee to replace it. read more

This was my first time visiting Gravity Coffee and the teas grabbed my eye. I ordered the Peach Passion one, which said it is passion tea, peach, and raspberry. I wasn't sure if this drink would be sweet or not but either way the flavor combination sounded great to me! On the plus side the staff was very friendly! However I was not impressed with the drink or the value. My 24oz cup was filled all the way to the top with ice, so really....how much tea did I actually get lol The drink tasted like plain passion tea, absolutely no hint of peach or raspberry so I'm not sure if they made it wrong or what happened. And finally, for this underwhelming drink, I paid a whopping $6 for what probably cost them 50 cents to make. With all of that said, I don't envision this being a regular coffee spot for me! read more
