I ordered a vanilla latte and asked if they could use whole milk, but they only had 2% milk. The barista told me she could "make" whole milk for me by mixing the 2% with half and half so i said sure. I don't think I would ever do that again because the latte hardly tasted like coffee at all it was very odd. Although customer service was great and the person helping us was really friendly.. the latte was not good. I don't see myself coming back if I am ever in the area. Also the prices on the menu are not at all accurate and should be updated :(

I think the service here is the best compared to other coffee places I have tried. The girls here are so kind and good at what they do. I always look forward to my daily iced white mocha. Since I have come here so often, sometimes the girls have my drink ready by the time I pull up to the window without having to order! It's just a good feeling to know I am spending money on drinks that I know will be right every time! For whatever reason, if they ever forget anything or accidentally miss something in my drink, I feel comfortable kindly letting them know, and they are always happy and willing to do that for their customers!
