Going out to eat is a disappointment. We went to Grahams Pizza in Oaklandon Thursday night. We stood at the "Please Wait to Be Seated" sign for 5 minutes then waved at the people in the kitchen. We stood another 5 minutes before finally deciding to take a seat. We continued to sit for another 10 minutes observing that anyone picking up Carry Out orders being served right away. I chose to go to the front register and ask if anyone was working the dining area. We waited another 5 minutes. My husband went up to flag down someone again. Very disappointing! We used to eat here when it was owned by the parents of the present owners. We will not be coming back.

I live two minutes from Gramboli's and it is a frequently visited restaurant by our family. I was first introduced to Gramboli's by a co-worker who treated me to lunch. We had the lunch buffet. The lunch buffet comes with a variety of pizzas such as all meat, Hawaiian, cheese, and vegetable. I don't think I've ever seen any white sauce pizzas on the buffet but I'm sure you could request it. The buffet also comes with bread sticks and sauce, cinnamon sticks, and pasta. My kids love the pasta! You'll definitely leave with a full belly and satisfied. The buffet is only during lunch hours so get there early if you are choosing the buffet as an option. On my most recent visit, I decided to do a carry out. I was craving a deep dish. My husband and I will drop everything for a Chicago trip just for the pizza so I'm a tough deep dish critic. The deep dish at Gramboli's is good, but if you are used to Chicago style, you'll find that this one doesn't have as much sauce and toppings. Overall, I'd go to Gramboli's for the buffet because it's good pizza for a great lunch deal. I'll still keep my Chicago trips for the deep dish!

Graham's Pizza is located in the same strip mall on Pendleton Pike that used to house Gramboli's Pizza. New name and owners, but the pizza is still great!

Pizza is very good. This used to be Grambolis but they had some type of split off and changed the name to Grahams. Regardless, the food is still very good and the service was great. Really nice local place I love to support. I recommend you try their food as you won't be disappointed.

This is the order that I placed on 08/16/2023 and it was made to perfection like always for the past 2 years. I always order the same with xtra sauce & specify instruction box. For 2 years it has been made the way I like & request it. Tonight I placed this order from my favorites with no changes and I get home and no extra sauce oooozing out like all the others in the past 2 years. I called the store to let them know & the only thing that I was offered was the employee telling me that the owner said he/she made it and extra sauce was on it. I informed her that the owner is wrong. Now I've been ordering this same exact order and never made wrong until tonight. She says, we know who you are and the owner says he/she read the instructions and put extra sauce on it and if I want more sauce you will need to specify and be charged. WTH???? I've NEVER had this issue until now and by the owner??? No apology and I'll make sure this won't happen again and for the inconvenience take a few bucks off my next order (for being a frequent loyal customer). Just, I'm the owner and I made ur right and goodbye. What horrible customer service and tonight I purchased 3 deep dish pizzas. All it takes is that one time to change a customer view. I have raved about them and turned so many family & friends to them but now I view this owner differently. The fact of no apology

We went at 12:45 on a Thursday afternoon. We had a large group and were told it was about a thirty minute wait (which was fine). The food was good. I'm not a huge fan of Chicago style deep dish pizza but I hadn't had it in a few years. The crust was ok but not flaky enough. The sauce had a good tomato flavor and a bit on the chunky side. There were only a few pieces of sausage and the cheese was not very noticeable in the flavor profile. My Caesar salad was very good with lots of Parmesan cheese. The service left a lot to be desired. I'm not being critical of our server but rather the overall management of the service. They were very understaffed as servers were taking orders, bringing food and drinks, and clearing tables. The food came out of the kitchen slow. And there was one person (who I assume was a manager) who stood around with his arms folded, biting his nails, and doing nothing to help the servers. I'm sorry but if you are short staffed, roll up your sleeves and help clear tables or bring drinks. He did nothing while the servers ran from place to place. In the end, the food was ok but our experience lacked efficient service and I wouldn't go back to this Giordano's location again. There are a lot of other options in the area.

It's all made fresh to order, so it took a bit of time to come out, but that's exactly why it tasted so good: fresh ingredients, a crisp thin crust that stays sturdy under the toppings, and great flavor throughout. With many toppings to choose from and a good beer and wine selection, there's a ton to explore here, and it's very vegetarian-friendly, too. The service sealed the deal for us. The staff was extremely friendly and kind, and our waitress was the highlight. We ended up staying a little past closing and started to rush, but she reassured us to take our time and enjoy the meal instead of feeling hurried. That kind of genuine hospitality goes a long way.
