Horrible! Pasquale is under new management & they have changed the menu. I ordered a Stromboli with light pizza sauce, pickles, onions & extra cheese, but I got brown gravy. I got a Stromboli with brown gravy & when I complained that was not what I ordered, the owner said that's how I was taught when I bought Pasquale I've been going to Pasquale on 16th street for 40 years & brown gravy was not mandatory. Hungry and growling belly, I was excited when the order arrived, and I could calm this hungry beast inside my stomach. I won't tell you not to order from here because we all have our likes. I will say that my household and I will never order again! The best thing I had was their onion rings. I am unsure why they call their foagies(fake hoagie), hoagies, as the name does not fit what you get. If you enjoy a hot lunch meat sadwhoxh with a weird-looking pickle loaf, by all means, order this!! If you like your three-item casserole to be over-sauced spaghetti, with minimal of your requested topping, order them. Pasquale's Pizza is located fairly close to the IMS off of 16th street just under the bridge and you're almost there on the right. They do a have a parking lot. This is a place that you can tell have many regulars and that's always a good sign. The pizza we ordered was so good! Not greasy and they added so many toppings it was great! Pretty good pizza, but they now only do business through a drive up window. I arrived on time, sat in line on 16th street for a few minutes, made it to the window, and was told "come back in 10 minutes." So I drove out of the parking lot, got in line again, and 20 minutes later made it to the front of the line. PITA to the max. Pizza was pretty good, but that window ruins it. If you arrive exactly when they tell you to, you're still going to sit in line for 10 or 15 minutes. read more

I went to Pasquale's to get a large pizza. I always get sausage, pepperoni, and mushroom. They have good pizza, and they don't skimp on the cheese. The best part is they are about 3 minutes from my house. I think they have new owners, but I am happy with the pizza. read more

The customer service is great alone. The pizza is pretty fresh and warm. They do have call-ins so you can place your order ready before you arrive. There is a guy That will greet and take your order in your car unless they are super busy. Super nice people and easy to talk to. Will come back for more :) read more

After reading all the reviews I decided to give this place a try. I decided to go in and order since I had never been before and there were a few items I wanted to ask questions about but didn't want to bother them over the phone. The lady behind the counter acted as if she was not really in the mood to answer any questions or offer up any time of customer service. With that a side we proceed to order a large pizza and breadsticks which came to about $20 and we were told it would be ready in 10 mins. The pizza was delicious even though it was slightly burned. I grew up on Pasqualle's Pizza, it was the only pizza I knew until I hit driving-age. Life took me away and I assumed this placed got absorbed by big-box businesses. Then about 8 years ago I renewed our relationship, and to this day I claim they have the best pizza I have ever had. I would like to try the stromboli due to reviews, but I can never get past ordering a pizza! It is not my experience that they have great service, as I have read in some reviews, but they're not really rude either. You don't have to hug everyone and flash a smile when your pizza makes up for it, and theirs does! Ask for a pizza "around the world " and you'll be hooked. read more
