We shared: 1. Rogue Cowboy - bbq shredded chicken, fresh jalapenos, roasted pineapple, pecorino romano, crispy onion, green onion, bbq ranch drizzle 2. Bacon Basil - House Cheese Blend, Fresh Spinach, Red Onion, Smoked Bacon, House Red Sauce, Ricotta, Fresh Basil, Mike's Hot Honey 3. Super! - House Cheese Blend, Ezzo Ground Pepperoni, Housemade Italian Sausage, Bell Pepper, Sliced Mushroom, Red Onion, Black Olive, House Red Sauce Regardless of your personal preference, imo, every pizza 's topping combination worked harmoniously. I really liked bacon Basil and rogue Cowboy. Esp how the bbq sauce in the rogue Cowboy wasn't overpowering and you tasted everything. Distribution of toppings on the tavern pizza needs work. Edges were crispy and centers were fluffy. No issues with service. I would absolutely come back again.

Another road trip stop! I was craving pizza but it was getting late. We also need a place with gluten and dairy free options for my sister in law. We found this place but we were an hour away with a hour time change in between so we weren't sure if we were gunna make it. My only complaint is we called like 6 times to put the order in but also explain we would arrive like 5 minutes before closing but we never got anyone to answer. We ended up putting our order in online which was easy enough. We got a small gluten and dairy free pizza with pepperoni and then a larger turbo meater. We got there and they didn't seemed fazed by us running in with a few minutes before they closed which was cool. Even though the pizza probably sat for a bit they were piping hot and fresh! The cheese pull on the turbo meater was INSANE. Oh ma this pizza was so good and messy. Full of flavor and texture. Sad I live in Cali lol One note is the vegan cheese the use is like an egg white consistency so it's a little weird but I've never had a good vegan cheese lol. Other than that the dairy free/gluten free pizza was solid.

I had heard amazing things about Futuro pizza, and wanted to check it out for myself. They were really busy the whole time I was there and seemed to have outgrown their space. I kept it plain jane and got the cheese pizza, breadsticks, and a salad. It was good, but I wasn't blown away. The bread sticks were big and over seasoned while the pizza was decent but simple. I do want to go back and experience what one of their Detroit style pizzas with more toppings would be like. I might have just ordered something too basic!

Futuro's pizza was absolutely incredible! The best Detroit-style pizza in Indy, hands down! Staff is great and our food came out in less than 10 or so minutes. Upstairs seating is the best option, so beware that there is no ramp to get up there if you're needing wheelchair access. When you order, you walk up to register and get a receipt with an order number. You can also sign up to get a text notification when your order is ready so you don't have to stand and wait downstairs for it. Overall, Futuro is a great Indy restaurant and even better food! A staple within the community for good reason. Highly recommend!

I have been to Futuros a few times now and every time has been amazing! The pizza is delicious- especially the Detroit style. The thin crust is good, but I am going for the thicker style every time. Breadsticks are also fire, and I love the outdoor patio seating. Give me some good pizza, nice weather and a diet Pepsi and I am happy!

Love love love this place, not my first time upon the review writing but it was the first time for my partner. Between the outside patio and the upstairs wide open windows, you can get a great view of the city outskirts. Ordering is done at the counter and you get a text update with your order status. Fooooood is incredible at Futuro. I love to get the small Detroit style pizza and an order of breadsticks to share. That's also way more food than it sounds. The Futuro Classic (pepperoni, sausage, mushroom) is what I got this time around. The carmelized cheese around the crust is the best finishing touch. Breadsticks with the nacho cheese, the very classic. Overall, this with two drinks is around $30 which is pretty decent for the amount of food that is. There's parking in their own lot or across the street. The directions are a little funky if you follow Apple Maps because I believe it wants to take you around the block a weird way if you're coming in on Washington Street, but that's because Cruse Street itself is a one-way. Value score (food quantity and quality per dollar): 5/5 stars. I feel like it's hard to get a very filling meal for $15/person at a lot of places these days. Mich-Ellen stars (like Michelin stars, but I'm Ellen and you're reading my Yelp review!): 3 stars. I talk about this place too much to people who don't even live in Indy. Make a special pit stop here whether you're nearby or visiting. You already know I'll be back!!

This is the best Detroit-style pizza I've ever had. I wasn't super familiar with with Indianapolis before I went, so I did a search for best places to eat near downtown and saw this one appear on a couple of different lists and on social media platforms. Its a bit off the beaten path, so you'll likely want to drive or Uber if coming from downtown, but it was well worth it. One of the guys I was travelling with was super excited to see they had a gluten free (GF) option for their Detroit style. When we got there and talked to the manager, he said everything was made in house including all the dough and the GF dough. Pretty rare for a pizza shop to make their own GF dough in my experience. Most will offer it as an option, but it is sourced from somewhere else. We were quoted 30 minutes for our pizzas, which didn't seem like a big deal on a Friday night. It ended up being closer to an hour, but the weather was nice and we had a great table outside on the patio with a nice view of downtown. It was well worth the wait. I got their "turbo meater" which is their meat lover's pizza. It was incredible. It came with house made meatballs, house made sausage, pepperoni, ham, bacon, and their house made sauce. It was described as big enough to feed 1-2. I ate half of mine and took the rest back to the place we were staying for leftovers. On the GF crust, my friend got the bacon basil which had spinach, bacon, onion, ricotta, basil, hot honey, and red sauce. He was able to eat a similar amount as me, and had plenty to take home as well. He wanted to compare crusts, as the GF tasted so good he was worried it wasn't. There was a difference in the size of the air bubbles between them, and the GF was slightly more dense. When your GF crust is so good it has GF people questioning if they got the right crust, you are doing something right. My girlfriend is also GF and has a conference in Indianapolis later this year. While she was a full schedule of things going on, I told her Futuro was a must do while she was there.

Amazing. Top tier Za. Can't wait to go back. Breadsticks were meh but doesn't even matter bc of how good the pizza is. Love the vibe.

This pizza is pretty good! I was surprised that the inside gave me old nostalgic pizza parlor vibes. I didn't check out the upstairs but the main entrance had drinks, seating, and an arcade game. I went to the bathroom and the bathroom was clean which is a plus in my book. We chose the cheese pizza in Chicago tavern style and it was good and thin. Great texturally, but not enough cheese for it to be a cheese pizza. We also ordered the spotted pig in a small and it fed me and my husband so it's pretty decent sizing. I would say that the jalapeños they put on there tastes like green peppers and I'm not a big fan of that. All in all I would definitely come back and try something else.

I love this place. The servers are so helpful and knowledgeable about the menu. The spotted pig pizza is so delicious. I love the uniqueness of this restaurant. The location and ambiance is pretty cool. I can't wait to return.

There is seating upstairs or outside. Entry-level is basically to pick up the food.

I tried some of Futuro's amazing pizzas recently. I purchased the "Classic" pizza Tavern style and a Pepperoni pizza Detroit style and breadsticks. Alyssa helped me and was extremely friendly and helpful. The first bite was the Tavern. All my wife kept saying was mmm...mmm...mmm. so, that was a hit and I would definitely agree! Next we sampled the breadsticks. My first thought was how soft they were and tasted the parm and seasonings. Not a normal breadstick. I commented I could eat a full order of just them! Lastly we tried the Detroit. As with the Tavern, the toppings are abundant. From end to end, corner to corner. I'm a fan of Detroit style and spent many years there for work. I tried a lot and I would put this right up with the best. The crust was perfectly crisp and golden brown. Next time, I'm going for the Chicago-style! Note: There is seating upstairs and outside.

    Tavern Spotted Pig

Outstanding pizza experience. Had the chance to try the Spotted Pig, the Tavern Style, and the Detroit-style Meatball and every one of them was phenomenal. Great flavor, perfect crust, and you can tell there's real craft behind what they're doing. Ricotta If you're in town, this spot is absolutely worth the stop. I'll definitely be back next time I'm here.

Worth traveling in the snow for!!! First off, such a cute little spot. You order at the counter and then if you want, you can find a table to sit and dine. There are maybe two tables on the first floor, and then about 10 tables with bar top- like seating on the second (not handicapped accessible). Also, a great area to co-work. I went during lunch and got the pepperoni pizza special. You can choose from cheese or pepperoni and it comes with 2 breadsticks and a drink for I believe $15. That's a DEAL! It was a ton of food. They specialize in more of a deep dish style, which I love. I know it was just pepperoni, but something about it was different! So so good. There is a reason why they got #2 on Yelp's Top 100 Midwest Pizza spots!

The booths have taller partitions so it feels more intimate. I also liked the marquee saying "EAT PIZZA". I will certainly follow instructions there! The pizza we got was "The Special": sausage, green pepper, onion, and mushroom. I'm not a huge fan of Chicago style deep dish pizza but I hadn't had it in a few years. The crust was ok but not flaky enough. The sauce had a good tomato flavor and a bit on the chunky side. There were only a few pieces of sausage and the cheese was not very noticeable in the flavor profile. My Caesar salad was very good with lots of Parmesan cheese. The service left a lot to be desired. I'm not being critical of our server but rather the overall management of the service. They were very understaffed as servers were taking orders, bringing food and drinks, and clearing tables. The food came out of the kitchen slow. And there was one person (who I assume was a manager) who stood around with his arms folded, biting his nails, and doing nothing to help the servers. I'm sorry but if you are short staffed, roll up your sleeves and help clear tables or bring drinks. He did nothing while the servers ran from place to place. In the end, the food was ok but our experience lacked efficient service and I wouldn't go back to this Giordano's location again. There are a lot of other options in the area.
