16 inch thin crust with "classic" toppings
    Ann L.

We ordered a thin crust classic combo pizza to pick up which includes sausage, pepperoni, mushrooms, onions, green peppers and olives. We're from the Chicago area and this reminded us of a hole in the wall place we always ordered from. For anyone from the Franklin Park, IL area, this is super close to Jake's pizza. The crust is thin and crisp and the sausage is the correct type; it is actually Italian sausage which is the key...the balance of sausage, onions, peppers and mushrooms was perfect. The pepperoni and olives were "extra" in my mind but good! The aroma in the car was spot on a memory from childhood. If you didn't grow up on this pizza you might not like it as it is different from other thin crust pizza styles, but if you also grew up on Chicago thin crust you'll probably love this. Next time I will order it "well done". If they know what that means, they are definitely the real deal. The pizza was ready when promised via online ordering, and was hot and fresh. Pick up was quick and easy. I'll definitely order from them again.

I was a little worried when I drove up to Roselli's and saw all the police cars, but later learned that police and firemen get a steep lunch discount. We stopped by to get a small pizza for lunch as I wanted to try their Chicago style pies. We saw pretty quickly that everyone gets the buffet. I didn't want a buffet, but after I saw the variety of pizza and an option for salad, we got the buffet. The dining room is pretty dark filled with large wood booths, reminiscent of a Chicago pizza joint. There is a covered patio if you want more light and fresh air. I got a couple pieces of pizza, salad and a piece of garlic bread that I really didn't need. The homemade sauce on the deep dish is really fresh and good. But I liked the crunchy thin crust pizza the best. The pizza toppings were pretty standard. The salad was basic bag salad with options to add tomato, cheese and peppers. There was pasta on the buffet, but I didn't need additional carbs. I tried the bolognese sauce which was delicious and the star in my opinion. The buffet comes with a soft drink, and I had pink lemonade. All in all, it was a decent lunch. The staff was friendly and worked hard to keep the buffet filled and tidy.

I'm from Chicago and I'm so glad I found this place! The deep dish is legit, crust is perfection, not too thick on the bottom and the buttery end crust is crispy but soft in the middle. Sauce has a touch of sweetness which I love and ingredients are super fresh. I had the deep dish pepperoni, mushroom extra cheese and we got a thin crust pepperoni and Italian beef, all were outstanding!! Chefs kiss

I've heard of Rosellis but finally got a chance to experience. Our waitress was very friendly and outgoing..lots of personality. She made great suggestions. The Pizza is really good and we got the deep dish 10', which was more than enough for pizza for 2. Our appetizer was the fried Ravioli which can see are not in the pictures. It didn't really have a chance to survive to make a food selfie Perfect place to catch a game because it had few TVs indoor and outdoor. Definitely will go again and I recommend it. You won't be disappointed.

Cool little spot but we got ours to go. Pizza was good not great. Mozz sticks were solid but barely warm. Fried ravioli was pretty good. A little pricey for the amount of food. Friendly people inside.

We love the deep dish sausage classic pizza! The chunky tomato pizza sauce accompaniments the toppings and crusty crust beautifully.

What's the difference between the deep dish and the pan pizza?

We'll....deep dish is really a casserole as opposed to a pizza. 🤣

Do they have gluton free pizza?

Even before the barstool review this has been on my list to try just from the tons of positive Google reviews. The people that complain about the wait time are missing the point - it's that popular and in demand and a small pizza shop. If you have any ounce of patience, use it and order ahead so you can try it. It's on the expensive side. All said, it's still well worth it. The pizzas are huge and very authentic New York. Hamilton county has tons of pizza places with brick oven doughy crust, but not like this New York style one. It's crusty and thin, but not doughy. Super airy and flakey - by the time you get to the last bite of the crust it's honestly messy and crumbs are everywhere. You could scrape the bottom of the pizza and hear that crackle. The tomato sauce seemed like true tomatoes, not a sauce with a bunch of additions. The Parmesan on top gave it some saltiness too. We had onions, sausage, and pepperoni toppings - they don't overload them, it's like the right amount to be able to appreciate the pizza as a stand alone and the toppings. It's locally owned too and from the interviews I've seen, you can tell they just care about making great pizza and keeping it as simple as that. Overall, I'm impressed. I'd recommend if you're a foodie and appreciate good food.

Three members of our group ordered Chicken Alfredo, and all said that it was very dry with so little sauce that it looked like no sauce at all. Two requested extra sauce from our server and one just didn't eat hers at all. It took quite some time for someone from the kitchen to bring the extra sauce, by which time the others had finished eating. They were all charged for the extra sauce, even though it had been missing from their entrées. The server hadn't checked back with us or offered refills. Two in our group ordered salads, and they were happy with them. I observed two employees sitting on a bench, having a conversation while it appeared that tables needed to be bussed and cleaned. We waited a long time for our server to bring our checks, and then longer for our payments to be taken. I also had a recent experience with a carry out order where some of the items I had ordered were missing when I picked up the food, even though I had been charged for them. I was picking up an order to take to work so I didn't have time to return and pick up the items missing from the order. Crafters has a great atmosphere but improvement is needed in both food and service.

The crispy thin crusts were thin.... but not cracker thin. They were very good none the less. The food is 100% Halal so the sausage is beef rather than pork. We got a sausage and mushroom pizza and enjoyed it. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Our bill was correct as was our order. The location has very limited dine-in seating. It appears predominately a carryout location. I believe they make deliveries as well but double check, including the delivery zone. Since it is mainly a carryout / delivery establishment, it is extremely important to me that orders are correct. I was very satisfied with the accuracy... my family can be very particular and makes a lot of menu substitutions! The menu consists mostly of pizza and wings. They have limited appetizer, salad, and sandwich wrap options. Drinks include bottled water and canned soda, among other items. We will return to this restaurant. The wings appear to get good reviews so we will probably order them next time.... along with another pizza!

The lettuce was fresh and nicely seasoned with the dressing. We really liked the homemade balsamic dressing. The pizza was very good and had a lot of toppings.
