Spectacular pizza! They have some creative options too. I got a pizza with brisket and BBQ sauce that was about as good as pizza can be. They had a nice selection of draft beers for a pizza place. There were about 12 different drafts and they weren't your typical selections. They serve a drink called a Louisville Lip (basically a whiskey sour with amaretto) that was dynamite. It was really crowded for a Sunday night. It was hard to find a parking spot. The staff was A+. read more

As a frequent visitor, I'd jump on the bandwagon with other reviewers and also say their pizza is excellent. Their service is usually top-notch. However, they need to pay more attention to the execution of their salads! I ordered a strawberry/spinach salad and unfortunately a portion of the spinach was quite wilted. I mentioned this to our server and showed him the pile of sad greens. His response was "it's hard to keep fresh." Did not offer a discount or replacement. This is the 2nd or 3rd time that I've run into issues with their salads. C'mon Crafter's, pay the same attention to your salads as you do your pizza! At a cost of $13.99, with no proteins in the salad, this usually happy customer was disappointed. read more

I tried this place based on the great reviews from other Yelpers. We went on a Friday night at 6pm and this place was packed. My advice is get here early or you'll be standing in a long line of 20-30 people outside. I ordered the Cuban sandwich on pita bread. It was ok. It wasn't the best I've had and I probably won't order it again. The toasted pita bread made it harder to eat and it came with deep fried chips that may have been a little overcooked. My wife had the Meatball sub and said it was very tasty. It came with 11 meatballs and my wife commented you needed to eat the meatballs down the middle of the sub first before you could eat it as a sub. There were a lot of meatballs and it also came with same overcooked chips. I'm not sure what the draw is for this place. Maybe it's the pizza. It seems they serve a lot of them both in the restaurant and take out. If I come back I will try the pizza to see if that's what the hype is all about. We will try coming back on a week night to avoid the crowd. read more

Traveled to Indianapolis for the Alliance Championship softball tournament in Westfield, IN and came here with a party of about 50 after a long day of games. It was around 9 p.m., and we all had early games the next morning, so we were hoping for a quick dinner before calling it a night. Unfortunately, the service was disappointing from the start. We had one waiter taking orders for our entire group by hand. We tried ordering drinks directly from the bar to help speed things up, but the bartender told us we had to order through our waiter because we were seated. That policy might make sense for a normal-sized party, but with a group of 50, it only slowed things down. We also asked if another server could help since several staff members didn't appear to be busy, but our waiter insisted he had it covered. It took about 30 minutes just to take everyone's orders, and then he still had to enter them into the POS system. I'm writing this review while still waiting for both our drink and our food. It's been another 15 min and he's still imputing our order in the system. It's a shame because the restaurant has a nice ambiance, great décor, and a decent menu. The hosts were friendly and seemed to do what they could, but the service experience had already fallen short before we even received our drinks or food. If you're visiting Westfield, especially with a large group, you may want to consider another restaurant. As I'm finished with this review, we still haven't received anything and we had a couple families already cancel their order and leave. read more

Great pizza and an excellent beer selection. If there's anything wrong it is there are not enough TV screens, especially during football season. Given the relatively low cost of 55" -65" televisions I would have the walls covered with them. read more

I've had two recent experiences here that have been rather disappointing. In our group of six several were not happy with the food and we all thought the service was poor. Three members of our group ordered Chicken Alfredo, and all said that it was very dry with so little sauce that it looked like no sauce at all. Two requested extra sauce from our server and one just didn't eat hers at all. It took quite some time for someone from the kitchen to bring the extra sauce, by which time the others had finished eating. They were all charged for the extra sauce, even though it had been missing from their entrées. The server hadn't checked back with us or offered refills. Two in our group ordered salads, and they were happy with them. I observed two employees sitting on a bench, having a conversation while it appeared that tables needed to be bussed and cleaned. We waited a long time for our server to bring our checks, and then longer for our payments to be taken. I also had a recent experience with a carry out order where some of the items I had ordered were missing when I picked up the food, even though I had been charged for them. I was picking up an order to take to work so I didn't have time to return and pick up the items missing from the order. Crafters has a great atmosphere but improvement is needed in both food and service. read more

They have amazing pizza! Whenever me and my old mother need a pick me I drive her over there and we have a delicious pizza!

first time trying Crafters Pizza and Drafthouse and i'm surprised i've never heard of it before! they were extremely busy for a tuesday night, but we were able to get a seat in the bar area. the ambiance was nice! we were served very quickly, which was a nice surprise. they had such a huge variety on their menu that i couldn't decide what to get, but i ended up going with the wings (can never go wrong with wings!). i also tried the gold road mango cart and blake's hard cider, and both of those were good! this place reminds me of buffalo wild wings, but definitely a better version. i'll definitely be back! read more

I'm out 32.42 USD and have no food. Lol. This business uses door dash even for pick up which could be the problem. Ordered my pizza. Drove over at the time they said it would be ready. Nothing. They couldn't find my order. I showed them the email confirmation, the money taken, the correct address. They just stared at their screen. So not a great business. I used their way of ordering, I have proof of funds transfer. But they don't care. I'm just out $32. Lol. Never go to this place. This was my first time trying it. UPDATE: after I drove back home, I checked Door Dash again, this time the app showed my order name which is a shortened version of my name without my last name! So that's why they couldn't find my order. Door Dash is terrible but the business is responsible for using it. But they found my pizza, it was cold and mediocre. read more

We met some friends here to watch the fever game and have some pizza. Our friends come here all the time because they love pizza. We had the Doc jones and Luchador brothers pizzas and shared. Both were excellent! In addition we got kentucyaki wings and Tennessee honey wings, yum! Both the wings and pizza were extremely tasty, we all agreed. I also got a Virgin Bloody Mary which was awesome and only $6. They wouldn't turn the Fever game on for us so I had to watch it on a TV a looong way away. They also brought food to our table three times that we never ordered, weird! But no big deal and still an excellent experience. read more

We finally had a salad at crafters that wasn't made with bad lettuce! We ordered the spinach salad and it was wonderful! It is $10.99. It comes with spinach, applewood bacon, sliced mushroom, mushrooms, and goat cheese. It is tossed in honey mustard vinaigrette. It is very good. The spinach was good quality. On previous occasions, we have ordered salads with the mixed greens. The mixed greens were either rusty or the rib part of the lettuce. But the spinach salad was excellent. We recommend giving it. Asses are normal, we ordered the pepperoni and sausage pizza, but Tavern style. Tavern style is their thin crispy crust. If you like a crispy, cracker like crust, then order it extra crispy. It is great in our opinion. The 14" pizza is $15 and then add $2.50 per topping. With the salad, this was enough for two people with enough to take home as leftovers. Service was good and attentive. Our bill was accurate. We always sit in the bar area. You can sit at the bar counter or they also have high top tables. Some of the high tops have a booth on one side. There are plenty of TVs to see any local or national sporting events. They normally do not have sound on any of the TVs. They play music throughout the restaurant, a medium loud volume. You can still carry on a conversation, but it is not what I would call soft music. All that being said, during big local games (Colts, Pacers), they do play the sound of the game through the speaker system. During Colts games, they also serve from their social happy hour menu. read more

Definitely one of our go to spots for pizza and beer. They offer a wide variety of both. The staff are friendly and attentive. The atmosphere is perfect for watching a game, date night or dinner with the family. The tavern style pizza is amazing along with the pretzel breadsticks. Highly recommend if you get the opportunity to check them out. read more

Well, nothing like finally going to a place that lives up to your expectations and it's a WIN! The service was quick and responsive even on a busy night. The food was timely and delicious . Definitely, try the dry rub on the wings and explore the different sauces. The pizza was light and not weighed down. This place gets a thumbs up! Really good pizza and a wide drink selection. The staff were friendly and attentive. The TVs were all sports, all the time, which isn't necessarily my thing. But they were all on mute with classic rock playing, which was more my thing. Not fancy by any means (well, maybe fancy like Applebees), but a good place for pizza and brews. read more

This place was extremely busy when we checked it out, but the wait was not bad at all. Definitely a sports or group outing type of environment with a large selection of alcohol to choose from. We were told around 30min, but probably got seated somewhere closer to 15-18. Our server was prompt and friendly, and even though we could see his section was definitely filled to the brim; he checked on us frequently. My biggest compliment was that I was able to request flats only when ordering the bone-in wings! Very few places do that, and it was a very pleasant surprise. The wings were fantastic. The cheese curds were interesting with the buffalo powder! Definitely good for snacking on while waiting for the main entrees. Our New York style pizza had good flavor, but the dough was a little lacking. It felt soggy, floppy, and slightly undercooked. That may have been from trying to rush stuff out since the restaurant was so busy. My pasta however, was not good. It tasted like plain noodles boiled in milk with zero seasoning or flavor. Overall I feel like the issues were probably from an overwhelmed kitchen trying not to drown, not necessarily the standard of the menu. The sheer number of pizza customizations and the appetizers are a good reason to try this place! read more

This review is for delivery! Fantastic option to feed a group. I love how the menu has lots of options and everything we ordered was delicious. We got a veggie pizza with the hand tossed crust and a meat pizza with the tavern style crust, bbq boneless wings, a Greek salad and a buttered pasta for the kids. The pizza was AWESOME. I wasn't sure what to expect with tavern crust but it was thin and crispy. The hand tossed was soft and doughy. The salad was fresh and the dressing was the perfect Greek vinaigrette. The bbq sauce on the boneless wings was on the thicker side and super sticky and sweet. Classic bbq flavor and super good. The chicken itself was super crunchy! A great plate for sharing. I was super grateful this restaurant was open a little on the later side to deliver. Highly recommend! read more

If you can't tell already, we eat a lot of chicken wings and love a good pizza--Crafters hits both perfectly. The smoked wings are fantastic, especially with their monthly rotating sauce (a fun excuse to keep coming back). The pizza is superb, and the cold garlic dip on the side is phenomenal--exactly what every crust needs. The bar is another reason we love this place, with a solid bourbon selection and even a few West Coast IPAs, which makes my born-and-raised Vancouver guy very happy. Great food, great drinks, and easily one of our favorite casual spots." read more

Our pizza was HUGE! I don't know what I was expecting, but it was way bigger than I imagined--and I'm not mad at it. It was my first time trying Crafters, and we decided to order in while watching the Pacers game. We got the NYC pizza, which is basically a margherita pizza, plus an order of mild wings. The wings were way better than I expected! The pizza was pretty good too--thin crust, although I believe they also offer regular hand-tossed. I'd definitely order from here again... and next time, I might add pepperoni to the NYC! read more

Came to this place specifically to try the pretzel breadsticks, so we ordered them with our food. Our order was not repeated back to us, but we did not see this as an issue at the time. We did not receive pretzel breadsticks, but instead received regular breadsticks. After trying to get our server's attention for upwards of 15 minutes (he did not check on us once after taking our order or bringing our food), we asked to get the pretzels and he insisted we ordered the breadsticks and told us we would have to pay for both if we wanted the pretzels now rather than returning the breadsticks and giving us our correct order. We requested to speak to the manager who told us our waiter heard regular breadsticks and repeated it back to us, then accused us of lying and trying to get free food when we told him our order in fact was not repeated to us and instead we received the incorrect item. On top of it all the food was terrible and majority of the staff was cold and unkind. 0/10 would not recommend even to someone i dislike. Will not be returning. read more

Crafter's Pizza lives up to all the great hype. We went over to check out the Colts game day specials. When you walk through the door, the aroma of baking pizza dough is intoxicating. The bar/dining room is upscale with lots of tables. We sat in the bar. TV monitors were playing various football games. The bar is locally owned. They offer several Sunday drink specials and I selected the $5 Bloody Mary which comes with a beer chaser. (They really know how to treat a girl). My husband had a craft IPA that was on tap that he liked. John was our server and he was attentive, friendly and helped explain various dishes. He checked on us regularly. The bar was hopping but they seemed to have enough staffing to keep people happy. My husband had a small Grandma's Money pizza. The pizza was top with a delicious blend of sausage, roasted tomatoes, mozzarella balls, prosciutto, pomodoro sauce and more. The crust has a great flavor and texture. I had the BT Wedge salad which is an upscale version of the classic salad. The dressing is fresh made with lots of blue cheese. Two wedges of young romaine are covered with dressing, bacon, roasted tomatoes and pickled onions. The salad is filling and delicious. We loved our visit so much that we joined the Club. Club members get emails describing specials. Parking is a bit cramped in the strip mall. read more

Went into Crafters on a busy college football Saturday and it was definitely a good time! Big TVs everywhere with every game on & of course the AMAZING smell of pizza was in the air. The place was packed and buzzing on a Sunday and I expected there would be a wait but we got seated right away. Our server Mallory came pretty quick to grab our drink orders. Since the place was so packed I thought that food might take long, so we ordered breadsticks with queso. The queso came in less than 10 mins. The breadsticks were slim and light and the queso was a perfect pairing with it. We ordered two 14" - Grandmas Money and Doctor Jones to share between three of us and were again surprised by how quick the pizzas came in. Also the pizzas were loaded generously! It made my heart sing to see such generous toppings and the crust was not crisp yet light. My youngest had the kids order of pizza and finished it. I also ordered a happy hour margarita - decent. Came here for Pizza and was absolutely better than expected. Good sports bar vibe and quick service to top it off. read more

Generally speaking, I don't gravitate toward "bar food" these days, but when I do feel in the mood for it, I want to go somewhere that adds something special to what would otherwise be a somewhat worn-out food genre. I think Crafters achieves that goal of going over and above the call of duty. I had their Zesty Baked Ziti this time, but I usually gravitate toward their pizza, which is always great. Their cauliflower thin-crust options are particularly good; I wasn't able to tell the difference between that and a traditional flour dough crust. Service was truly exceptional during last night's visit. The place was packed, but our server never disappeared, and I never got the impression that she was hopelessly trying to service 20+ tables simultaneously. That's a major pet peeve of mine in the post-Covid world, when restaurant managers sometimes choose to staff thinner than a layer of varnish. And, there were no less than two senior-level managers who dropped by, to ask us how everything was. I like that. The only slightly negative aspect of our visit was the parking situation. The strip mall where Crafters is located is perpetually packed with cars. I'm pretty sure the time zone on my phone changed during my long walk from the car to the restaurant. That's not the restaurant's fault, but it's something you should definitely plan ahead for. read more

I've always enjoyed crafters food + pizza, but this time we did take out and hit a few snags. I placed the order online and when I came to pick it up they had no record of my order in the system. I had to pull up my order on my phone and then they went in the back and it was there. Not sure what the disconnect was there, but if you order online just beware this could happen. An added annoyance was that the 2 girls at the carry out desk (high school age) were both super snotty and did not like that they were being interrupted from their conversation. Overall, food is good, customer service can be spotty. Worth trying if you haven't had already! read more

After waiting about an hour for a table it was well worth the wait! It was extremely busy a great place to go with friends, family and sports teams meals. Our server was phenomenal he was so happy and made our dining experience that much better. He was super attentive and anything we needed it was out within seconds no matter how busy he was and his recommendation on food were also great! We started with appetizers we got the chips with the 3 dips (cheese, onion dip & garlic) extremely delicious in which we had to ask for extra chips it was too good! For mains we got pizza, calzone and pasta dish to share. Portion sizes are large so sharing is recommended in my opinion with leftovers to still take home! Crafters is actually a really decent place to go. As always, we sat at the bar and the bartenders we great! They were friendly and attentive and were on top of out drinks once we were finished. It was a Saturday night so the place was crowded. Which is OK, that means it's a popular place. We ordered a plate of wings, a 14 inch pizza called "shake hands with meats (meat lovers pizza)" and a small house salad. The reason for a 4 star rating is that the pizza was just "ok". Trust me I've had worse but I wasn't blown away. However, it is still good pizza. The wings though, those are some good wings!! Big, juicy and tender!! The salad wasn't bad either. In closing, this is a nice place for a date, family dinner or hanging out with friends. I definitely recommend Crafters if you're in Carmel and have a hankering for wings!! read more
