This was our first visit to Patsy's Pub, and overall it was a very nice experience. This is a bar type of atmosphere, with "Open Mic" nights and live music on several days of the week. Food: We had a 16" thin crust pizza, which was surprisingly good and nicely prepared. Service: The place was totally packed on a Thursday night, but service was still prompt, and our server was very friendly. Ambiance: The food prices are very low here. I can't think of another recent case where my wife and I had dinner for $34.00 in Hamilton County, but Patsy's is an example of large portion sizes coupled with relatively low prices. It does get a little loud inside, for obvious reasons, but that's to be expected.

Sampler platter. You get to choose 3 from many options. - A food tray contains fried chicken pieces, pizza slices with toppings, and three dipping sauces, accompanied by a glass of beer on a wooden table.

Been here a few times. Last time I came got the burger. It was huge and great. I wish I took a picture. This place fits that Neighborhood Bar for sure!

Bacon cheese burger - A fried meat portion with melted cheese on top and a fried egg on a yellow plate, served at a casual dining setting.

They are served in slider form and come with a side of fries. You can order the pulled pork with coleslaw on the sandwich or on the side. I ordered the pulled pork slider in the American slider. The American Slater was small and very bland. However, the pulled pork slider was very good. We will order the pulled pork again. My wife ordered the Memphis hot honey chicken sandwich. It was $16. It is chicken in a Memphis dry rub, fried, and drizzled with hot honey. It is served on a toasted brioche bun. It comes with a side of fries. Sandwich was good. Not outstanding, but good. We would get it again as well. This was probably the best meal we have had at this restaurant. Bill was accurate in service was good.

Three members of our group ordered Chicken Alfredo, and all said that it was very dry with so little sauce that it looked like no sauce at all. Two requested extra sauce from our server and one just didn't eat hers at all. It took quite some time for someone from the kitchen to bring the extra sauce, by which time the others had finished eating. They were all charged for the extra sauce, even though it had been missing from their entrées. The server hadn't checked back with us or offered refills. Two in our group ordered salads, and they were happy with them. I observed two employees sitting on a bench, having a conversation while it appeared that tables needed to be bussed and cleaned. We waited a long time for our server to bring our checks, and then longer for our payments to be taken. I also had a recent experience with a carry out order where some of the items I had ordered were missing when I picked up the food, even though I had been charged for them. I was picking up an order to take to work so I didn't have time to return and pick up the items missing from the order. Crafters has a great atmosphere but improvement is needed in both food and service.

After a few minutes, we lucked into a longer table for 8 that we sat on one end of so that others waiting could use the other half. While we weren't near the door, there is no buffer and each time it was opened a cold blast seemed to permeate throughout the space. Our server, Holly I believe, was awesome. She was personable and excellent at tending to us in spite of how busy they were. My daughter ordered the Nashville Hot Chicken with fries and blue cheese (12.49). She thought the sandwich tasted OK when she was eating it, but then blamed it for not feeling well later that evening. My wife ordered a 16" pizza (with the intent of leftovers for the next day) with onions, mushrooms and jalapeños (16.49). It had an amazing amount of cheese on it, but the crust wasn't strong enough to handle all of the toppings. It was a good quantity, but just OK on the eating / flavor experience. I chose the Veggie Sub with fries (11.99). I really enjoyed the sub as the vegetables and cheese were plentiful and the bread of the sandwich held up to all of it better than the pizza crust. The fries were subpar and reminded me of what LJS used to serve. Really appreciated the service, but the food probably won't bring us back.

Right now I'm spending about $2.00 per wing, including a few sticks of carrots and celery, and for that price I'd really expect a little more meat on the bones for their signature item. I hate the idea of giving up on Buffalouie's -- I've always loved this place -- but I'm really hoping the wings can get back to their old glory.

I'd return to try a meal from their full menu. I'm guessing that the bar is hoping on game day. There is free parking in a dedicated lot behind the building. If overstimulation could be a concern for you, it definitely will be here between the volume, packed space, and activity. Food was fine, although my wife expected the 'boom boom' to have some spice, which it did not. For my platter, I wish I had requested a different prep for my fish or shrimp if possible as it was a lot of fried/breaded options along with the hushpuppies and fries. They were good, but it was a lot of similar note, which made the etoufee stand out. Based on price point, probably will still frequent Yats to get our cajun/creole fix.
