Personally, not a fan. Not one bit. For the boba/milk tea connoisseurs out there - this place was not it, but of course, drink at your own discretion. We placed an order through the kiosk, and the photos on the kiosks were misleading. My husband ordered based off the picture shown on the kiosk, which was a jade green tea milk tea drink, but we were not made aware that we had to select an additional add-on with the choice of sea salt foam or milk to make it a milk/creamy drink. Based off the picture, you'd expect to be ordering what is shown. When we got our drink, we were surprised to see something completely different than what we had expected. We told the lady we weren't aware we had to select a milk option, and chose the drink based on the name & picture. She refused to make us a new drink, and said "this is what you ordered". So customer service is very lacking. Whoever engineered the kiosk menu, you might want to replace the picture with a regular iced green tea drink instead of a milk tea to avoid this confusion. In addition to this, we were already waiting 15 mins long for our drink. When I went to check on it, the same lady said, "uh, let me check because I don't see your order". Turns out, the printer ran out of paper when I submitted my order, and she never got our drink ticket. Luckily I had said something, or else she wouldn't have checked the printer. She had to finish 2 other orders before making ours. So overall wait time for our drink was 30 mins. When we got our drinks, it was unfortunately underwhelming and very disappointing. read more

So happy I finally tried this place! Came here around 7pm and there was only one person ahead of me. The menu has a lot of interesting drinks, but I decided to try a basic first, honey lemon green tea. It's actually on the Top 10 list! I ordered it with 50% sugar, less ice, regular boba --- perfect!! I'd definitely get it again but with aloe vera nice time to try. Pricing is a bit high but seems like most boba tea places are increasing their prices. You can order off the touch screen if you want. The man who took our order was nice and helpful. There seemed to be some drinks and desserts out of stock, but I'm not sure if it's because we came somewhat late. Other than that, great tea place! read more

Delicious delicious tea and the toppings are made just right. This is a newly opened tea store that my husband and I both really like. I believe it is a mom and pop shop because the staff was being trained how to make the drinks by an older lady when I went back for the second time. The lady was very kind and although my tea took a little time to be done, she was very apologetic and told me she was training her new staff. This place is super cute. Front door faces Adams and there is parking in the back. You can order ahead online. I got the matcha milk tea - they recommended getting it with whipped cream and red bean...which i did...and wow! Sooo bomb! That is real whip cream too not like a ready whip. I'll definitely be back. Amazing drinks, my favorite is the bamboo charcoal it literally teleports me to heaven. The atmosphere is also super cute and if you want to study, they got these couches and roasting tables so so adorable. We ordered the Mango Green Milk tea with boba and Four Seasons tea. I was really excited to try them because the cups and packaging were so cute. The Four Seasons tea tasted perfectly sweet and was light. I ended up enjoying this one way more than the Mango. It reminded me of Nuac Mat or sweetened Herbal tea. The Mango Green Milk Tea tasted like milk with caramel drizzle and I couldn't really taste mango. The boba was firm in the middle and I prefer more of a squishy center. Drinks are not very good, but the service was terrible. I ordered off the kiosk with nobody else in the store and it somehow took over 30 minutes to make my three drinks. I assumed there was a backlog of online orders but it was late at night and the one worker was clearly trying to figure out how make my drinks. After about 15 minutes and no real progress an older lady who I assume was the manager appeared and just ordered the worker around for like 10 minutes. I came to this store around 8 o clock on a Saturday night and the place is extremely quiet. I have to look for the staff from the back kitchen in order to make sure that it's opened. The staff is friendly and even give out samples to try. But the tea is just not so great. Ordered multiple milk tea and regular oolong tea. And all taste extremely watering. I can barely taste the tea . With the fresh milk it's even worst. The teas are all with no ice and it just taste like loads of melted ice with a hint of milk. The worst part, we were the only two group of customers and the staff forgot to put boba in one of the milk tea. Luckily I always double check before leaving and he added boba for us. We tried the bamboo charcoal, signature milk, jade jasmine green tea. All the drinks were really good! We don't like things too sweet so we did 50% which was the right amount of sweetness. The Bamboo charcoal is something we've never tried before but was really good! It had a nice hint of herbal flavor. The jade jasmine green tea was also quite good, with a really good green tea base that had some floral notes. That being said, the interior is clean and pretty average for a tea shop. Some more decor may be nice, but I would recommend this place if you're looking for a legit Taiwanese tea place with good tea. We'll definitely be back! read more

Sue is part owner! She is soooo wonderful, knows details about our past orders, our names, our lives! That is like a breath of fresh air to be welcomed with such kindness! So service is amazing! Next the ambiance is cute--nice pink chairs in the side of the barista area. I think it's good for being a location on a busy street. One time, I wasn't too keen on a flavor that I ordered, but Sue had no problem changing the order--even though I didn't ask for it--and also gave me extra goodies with foam cheese. There are a lot of drinks that I'm not familiar with, like a fusion of flavors--pretty exotic, and very great qualities of international quality ingredients where Sue shares the benefits known in the region for such as health reasons to the ingredients and where the ingredients are from. One of my favorites is the charcoal brown sugar matcha boba cheese foam concoction! Her boba also is quality--not too chewy, and definitely freshly made. My hubby likes fusions of fruits like mango with a little piazza of tea or milk. Coffee with whatever you like is delicious also! The list goes in and in. As far as desserts, there are a few options--haven't tried much, but the cake was a pleasant light delish. We mainly go there for Sue and for the drinks. I think my hubby and I try to support her at least 2-3 times a month or more--we've invited church friends, sons, and other family to come with us, and everyone loves Sue and her touch of love with what she provides. This is my new favorite boba place by the way! They make everything fresh there and the signature milk tea is the best I have ever had. It's a little more pricey for the drinks than regular places but the quality is so worth it. It's not an everyday boba drink but a favorite "special treat" for myself and my friends. You order on a tablet near the front whichever limited interaction with workers, but they are always friendly when handing back your drinks and I don't think I've ever come in without a greeting. The store inside is cute and there is a couple tables to sit down at, although relatively small the atmosphere is very relaxed and the kitchen area is separate enough that you don't feel like your intruding. I always recommend this to everyone I know whose as big of a boba fan as me! read more
