Playing far right content
Janice C.

We ordered the drink half sweet and it was still very sweet. Also playing far right political content at a boba shop was not really the vibe. Bathroom access requires a key and is in a separate area.

The matcha einspanner was delish! Cute spot, easy to order, would definitely come back

Chrysanthemum Milk Tea

Was in the area and had a craving for some boba. Staff were very friendly and it was pretty easy to order since they had some touchscreen pads. Got a chrysanthemum milk tea with crystal boba which was well made and tasty. Thank you!

Paradise
Emily J.

The paradise tea flavor was decently strong, which was nice. But the sweetness level was a bit too high considering I asked for 25% sweetness. Service was kind of slow, but the boba tasted pretty fresh.

Vietnamese coffee & Taro Milk Tea
Jesse L.

The food smelled good but I only ordered drinks, I got a Vietnamese coffee & a taro milk tea. They were both made fresh & fairly quick. The inside is pretty chill & it's easy to order on the kiosk.

This was my first time here! I got the traditional boba with 50% sweet and light boba. It had really great flavor! The place itself is pretty small, but has a few tables. You can order your drink on the screen and it's made fairly quickly. I'd definitely order again.

Got my usual - Signature House Milk Tea, half sweet, less ice. It was still on the sweeter side but I didn't mind. The milk tea is a very nice flavor. The boba was sweeter too, but also a bit hard in the center like it hadn't quite been cooked long enough, but I much prefer this over a mushy, bland boba. This is my second time here and each time, I've been happy with my drink. They have a lot of different types of drinks. The shop is small with self-order kiosks inside which I ordered from as the staff person was busy. Small tea shop located inside a large commercial area on the corner with lots of parking spots.

I'm sure this place is good but hours of operation is not up to date. Came here 15 minutes before their supposedly open time but saw no movement and even by 11 I waited few minutes and no one. Location probably slow which typically results with later opening. Missed opportunity

Excellent milk tea. Have fresh taro in the milk tea which isn't very common. Signature milk tea with the dark sugar is a great combo as well. Very nice owners who even remade it to my liking when the sweetness was off. 2nd review and will be back when I'm back in Costa Mesa.

All I wanted was Yomies but there isn't one around. No worries. A quick Yelp search brought me here for a rice and Japanese yogurt drink. It's a little different than Beijing yogurt but still good. I came in through I guess what was the back door, and the lady making my drink rushed over to let me in since she forgot to unlock it. She apologized several times. But I could see inside that she was making my drink that I ordered online in advance. Within a few minutes of arriving, I was able to walk out to the front door with my drink. The place is well decorated, and well lit. Since I showed up about 30 minutes, after opening, there wasn't a crazy wait, or anything. I was told that to order, you can order through the kiosk. I ordered in advance through Yelp, and drove by to pick up, and was good to go.

Mom's Favorite and Paris Milk Tea

We really enjoy the flavors of the Paris milk tea and Mom's favorite tea drinks! Nice staff and affordable prices for milk tea compared to a lot of other places these days.

We got the Campfire French Toast and Cowboy Steak Fries and honestly enjoyed both. The french toast was yummy -- not overly sweet, topped with fruit and graham cracker crumbles for that little crunch that totally fits the campfire theme. The steak fries were solid, though the steak came out a touch more done than the medium we ordered -- minor thing overall. For drinks, we ordered the Coco Drift and Jasmine Coast -- the names alone are cute and very on brand. Coco Drift was my order and it was a seasonal item, but I hope it becomes permanent one day. I'm a huge coconut water matcha person and this met my standards - super refreshing, and the matcha and coconut water were balanced from each other. The space is really charming -- beachy and coastal with warm rustic wooden touches that make it feel cozy. It all ties together in a way that actually matches the name, which I appreciate. Service was super friendly too, everyone was really welcoming. Street parking only and there's usually a line, but both moved faster than expected and it wasn't difficult to find seating. Overall just a really fun spot -- would definitely be back!

At the Costa Mesa location, parking was a little tricky at first, but after circling we got lucky with a corner spot. The location itself is SO cute! It's right next to colorful barrel fountains, and on a sunny day it honestly felt like the perfect coffee outing. The line was pretty long and you are standing in direct sun, so just keep that in mind, but the service was quick and efficient once you order. Inside, it's small but really charming, with Sunny Angels hidden around and a very open, friendly vibe. My sister (who is basically a professional coffee drinker at this point ) got the matcha and said it was her favorite, which says a lot. I got the iced Spanish latte with oat milk, and it was SO good. Spanish lattes are my go-to, and this one had the perfect hint of cinnamon without being overly sweet. Even as the ice melted, it still tasted great, which is rare. The Torrance location was just as good! Parking was easier, the space is bigger, and the service was still super friendly and fast. My husband got the cold brew "Nook way" and finished it in like 10 minutes. He said it tasted like Golden Grahams cereal. Highly recommend both locations and especially the Spanish latte. Definitely worth the visit!

Coffee, tea, breakfast, a chill place to read, or a counter top to sit and focus on work. It's my default cafe spot. The staff are excellent, always on top of it and friendly. There is no obligation for anyone to remember my name or get to know me or my usual order, but they do and it's very much appreciated and noticed. They'll always take care of you and make sure you're happy with your order and your experience. They are always attentive and professional. Kitchen staff are *chefs kiss* really good at what they do. Always hot and fresh and work hard to get the orders out and at 100% their best. Never had a wrong order, even during peak hours. Met a few new faces here and it's nice to always feel like this is a community watering hole. If it's busy and the line is long they have iPads to help ease the flow of traffic. Parking is a bit tight but the valet staff do a pretty good job of regulating the flow and other people are usually pretty good about the 10 min parking. I love the turkey sandwich here and the eggs Benedict-- both are a weekly must for me now. Having worked as a barista myself at expensive/ritzy coffee houses-- this one beats them all for sure. 6/5 stars

It was disappointing customer service. hot matcha latte 10/10 Smooth, on the sweeter side but not "in your face." Flavoring was very good and matcha wasn't grassy or grainy - very high quality. iced churro latte 0/10 Unfortunately this drink was super bitter and the espresso was so overpowering that you couldn't taste the flavoring at all. The baristas were very kind and welcoming. I saw lots of seating and also peeped seating outside as I looked for the bathroom. I closed my eyes for the first sip and was so happy about how smooth the foam was. The rosemary flavor came through first, then it was softened by the sweetness of the caramel. It paired very nicely with the slight orange flavor of the morning bun. I am usually a sipper but I drank it quite quickly, which is usually a good indicator that I absolutely love the drink. Those straws weren't individually wrapped, so it grossed me out when the barista handed one to me with her bare hands. It's a cute shop with minimalist, modern vibes. Barely any parking there, so we parked a block away and walked over to its little nook. If I were to come back, I'd try the Shakerato, as it seems to be consistently crowd-pleasing.
