decent place for boba when you are craving it so bad in bella terra!!!! I like that the tea is very customizable and it is pretty yummmm
Came by after dinner for a quick treat, and it wasn't truly what I was expecting. I had my fiancé park in the loading zone, while I quickly went inside to order a drink. The tea masters were busy making their drinks, so no one was at the register. Upon looking inside, it was clean and had very nice decor. The menu wasn't complicated, but it was interesting to look at how to order. It came in three steps. When the tea master was ready to take my orders I ended up ordering a Ceylon black tea with evaporated milk and taro boba. She had told me that they ran out of classic boba. I waited towards the side for my drink and I could see the care that the girls had for making and brewing their tea. I'm glad to see actual tea being brewed and used in my drink. I was fairly excited to get my drink and taste it. I'm not sure if it's my taste buds, but it wasn't what I was expecting and it didn't hit the spot. The taro boba was very nice. It had a chewy texture and tasted like taro. My only concern was the drink; it tastes like tea, but watered down tea. There wasn't sweetness to it. I'm used to tasting strong tea or a lot of sweetness. This was neither. I'd say the only decent part was the taro topping. I don't think I'll make the trip back out to try it again, but it wasn't nice to see a boba place in Bella Terra.
COMEBUYTEA is what I would call a fancy boba place. Not at all what I was expecting. Everything is very modern and elegant. The service was quick and the staff were friendly. I decided on the jasmine green tea with pineapple juice and coconut jelly. It tasted great and the jelly elevated it even more. Overall, a great place and one I would visit again.

I got the number 1 creation as I was too scared to make up my own combination but I don't regret it everytime. The taste of oolong is very apparent as they hand pull each drink made to order. The yam boba is my favorite part of this place as it's very chewy and the flavor is much better than tapioca in my opinion, but it's not as sweet as boba. There are is no seating inside but there is some outside as it is part of Bella Terra. The parking area right next to it tends to be busy so I opt for the parking lot or structure.
Like another reviewer mentioned, the teas can be a little on the lighter side. But they are so pure - I got the Sun Moon Lake black tea, and it was the purest I've ever had. The boba was also chewy the way I like it. Visiting from the Bay Area, I would definitely come again!
Decent boba shop in the bella terra mall. Parking was relatively easy to find. I ordered the Top 4 Drink: Guava Oolong Tea with Agar boba. I was a little disappointed in the lack of tea flavor. The guava juice itself is refreshing, but that's all I could really taste. Normally I expect a deeper roasted tastes in oolong but this drink really tasted like guava juice and agar boba. Agar boba was normal and as expected. Overall service was quick. The interior is a to-go style and my drink came out pretty fast. This was a decent boba experience, but I don't think I'll be coming back again unless I'm watching a movie at the Bella Terra mall.
We had a bit of a hard time finding it based on our gps directions. The place looked cool and the staff was very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed it, but a bit pricey in my opinion.
This place taste super fresh real tea and doesn't taste like fake synthetic syrup which i feel is common with a lot of boba places.
This is my new go-to place for milk tea in Huntington Beach. It's located near the movie theater and has a bright, welcoming and fun ambiance. I love all the display, tea grinder machine and teapresso maker. Their patented process produced a strong flavor and refreshing Black Ceylon Milk Tea plus the agar boba has perfect texture. The staff were also very welcoming and explain how their process works. Highly recommended!
This is in the Bella Terra shopping center. Plenty of parking if you're lucky! This place legit has tea hanging from their wall. We were greeted by their staff and service was very very quick. Clean and pretty space and the tease taste good with their Boba. I would probably come back and try something with milk if it wasn't so late.
I absolutely love comebuytea, each cup is individually brewed in a 5 step method of rinsing, warming, immersing, waking up and steeping the tea leaves in their patented teapresso. The tea is flavorful and smells wonderful. So far i love the osmanthus oolong tea and the evaporated milk roasted oolong tea. The drinks here aren't super sweet either. Definitely my go to spot for high quality tea drinks.
This tea spot is in a mall that has a nice theater and play area in front. A bit of a maze to get to after parking in front of REI on the other side. Entering the store, I was hit with that smell so familiar to me when I used to visit Teavana over a decade ago. Great smell, but I also was expecting something a bit more earthly like the classic green or oolongs. I tried the black tea with evaporated milk. It was good, but nothing amazing. I immediately regretted not ordering an oolong! The boba feel and taste was good. I'll definitely come back if I visit REI in this area again. Need to try something different to get a better feel of this tea spot.
Come Buy Tea is the gold standard. I am a boba tea snob. This is my "go to" place....any place else pales in comparison- Just sayin'! Service is expedient and accurate! I absolutely love this place!! I enjoy the selection of items you could add to your tea as well as the different types of tea. I also love the fact that they steam your tea fresh right there in front of you. Unlike other places that pre-make the tea and it just sits in a picture until you order it. This is all made fresh to order. It is fascinating to watch them make the teas, how they put it in the machine and steam them. Best place ever and I wish they had more locations as this one is a little bit harder to get to due to how busy the shopping center can get and trying to find parking. I go to this place every single time we go to Bella Terra but I unfortunately will not make a trip just to go there as that parking can be challenging on most days. You can park in the free parking structure as there is plenty of parking there, but then you got to hike over the stores. So it is definitely not a quick trip in and out place. I also have their stamp card where you can earn a free drink. The prices are decent and the place is always super clean. It is a small location so there is no indoor seating however, you can sit outside at the tables. If you are looking for them, they are down the way from the movie theater closer to the back parking area where valet stores the cars. They are close to the Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory. Every time I have gone there my tea has been made perfectly and it's not too strong or overbearing. They used to sell a lot of different cute tea sets. However, I've noticed over time there's less and less there on the shelves. But that is okay. I am there for the fresh stuff anyhow. Make sure you go early and don't wait close to closing time as sometimes they do close a little bit earlier than some of the other places. I will definitely keep coming back here read more

Very cute little tea bar that actually has quite authentic tea drinks. Quite liked the oolong tea latte since it comes with a salted cold foam, but was also quite sweet, would probably get 25-50% next time. read more

This tea spot is in a mall that has a nice theater and play area in front. A bit of a maze to get to after parking in front of REI on the other side. Solid place for milk tea, although with so many Asian chains establishing US locations, I readily admit I can't keep up. Service at this one remains good even tho they've been open for a hot minute, the vibe is still good, and the decor still holds up. And yes, the milk tea is excellent. read more
COMEBUYTEA is located in Bella Terra, Huntington Beach. It's in a decently busy plaza, as there are many other locations around that people stop for, so parking is a bit hard to find at times. It's more of a pick up and go type of boba shop, but the interior is so clean and great to look around at while waiting for your drinks. There are a lot of tea enthusiast things around the entrance for sale for those who are interested in doing a traditional tea making process at home, which I think is pretty cool. We got the chai milk tea and roasted oolong milk tea. I personally liked the chai milk tea more than the roasted oolong milk tea, as the oolong was overly strong. So for tea lovers, this is a plus. The chai milk tea was perfectly average, which I liked since I don't find many chai milk teas around boba shops. It kind of adds a bit of variety to my list. Also the taro topping is so good too, I'd recommend it over just boba or any over topping here. I would definitely recommend COMEBUYTEA for those in the area as I feel that their selection and craftsmanship is pretty good! read more
Craving for some boba tea? This place has it straight from Taiwan, which one of the 2 only locations in the US. This spot is in the center of Bella Terra with plenty of parking around. Great service and clean, modern facility. They use a teapresso method similar to the expresso, where the tea notes are certainly more prominant than normaly brewed tea. I opted for their Evaporated Milk Roasted Oolong Tea, which tasted amazing with a perfect balance of tea and sweetness. Will be stopping by again in the future for another refreshing drink! read more

I saw they make their tea fresh in a teaspresso machine so wanted to try it out while out in Huntington Beach. I decided to get a guava jasmine fruit tea with seal salt cream and it mostly tasted like guava juice. They do make the guava juice which is nice, but would have liked more jasmine tea flavor. The staff was friendly and they have loyalty stamp cards for every time you make a purchase. There's no seating inside, but plenty outside. read more
Great place to go if you're looking for strong tea flavor in your drink! They have tea leaves in the shop so you can smell everything as they make your drink. The best part is it's located in a shopping area so you can either enjoy your drink sitting down or while browsing shops. The osmanthus oolong tea was light in sweetness and strong tea flavor so it felt very refreshing. It also came with brown sugar boba and agar so you get some good texture in there as well read more

Stopped by this tea shop last tuesday. It's a cute little spot with a nice vibe and a solid selection of drinks. It wasn't that busy and there were two workers. I ordered and it took about 3 minutes to get my drinks. I tried the matcha latte and the roasted oolong milk tea. Both were well made, but the flavors just didn't quite hit the mark and that I'm not really a tea person. The matcha was smooth but leaned a bit too milky for my taste, and the oolong milk tea had a strong roasted taste that others might love, but I found a bit overpowering. The quality was there, and I can see why people enjoy it. Overall, service was friendly and quick, and everything was clean and well-presented. I probably wouldn't order those two drinks again, but I'd definitely come back to try something else. If you're a tea fan, it's worth to check this place out. read more

I dropped by ComeBuyTea with a friend around 6:30PM on a Thursday after doing some shopping around Bella Terra. Upon entering the boba shop, you're greeted with the strong, pleasant aroma of tea. The interior is elegantly decorated with giant glass canisters of tea leaves, but it is rather small, providing no indoor seating. I was told that they were sold out of the classic boba topping and that it would have been a 40 minute wait for more taro yam boba at the time I ordered. I suggest you come earlier than I did if you want a greater variety of toppings to choose from. It's also worth nothing that the addition of a topping is a whole extra dollar, which is a slightly steeper price than other boba shops. DRINK: Evaporated Milk Roasted Oolong Tea (3.75/5) - Got this with the Taiwan Guanxi grass jelly since there was no taro yam boba readily available. I also chose the 75% sweetness option which I think intensified the already strong oolong tea flavor. I tried my friend's 100% sweetness drink and it was definitely more milky tasting than mine. Solid drink, but it didn't blow me away despite being one of the top drinks there. I would personally skip the grass jelly next time since it wasn't anything special or worth the extra dollar. One confusing thing that happened was my friend receiving a significantly smaller drink cup because she opted for no toppings. I've never encountered that before, and I thought it was especially weird since the amount of grass jelly I received was not equivalent to the volume difference between the two cups. SERVICE: (5/5) The staff were super sweet, nice, and efficient. You can see them make the drinks in front of your eyes. TLDR// A solid boba spot, and perhaps I'd like the other drinks more than what I tried. I think people who really enjoy strong tea flavors would like this place. Come earlier than I did to ensure the availability of all toppings. I am willing to return, mostly to satisfy my curiosity about what taro yam boba tastes like. read more
Comebuy has grown on me. I didn't really like it when I first tried it but over the years I have come to enjoy it. They offer a DIY menu and freshly brew their teas. My favorite topping is the taro boba. My favorite drink is the oolong soy milk tea. I like their new cups. Plenty to parking but it may not be as close to the stores. Dropped by this place while spending some time at bella terra! Their interior is nice and the employees also were pretty kind while waiting for me to look over their menu. I saw they had huge glass displays of tea leaves on their walls, which is cool seeing as that they're a very tea forward boba store! I ordered a jasmine green milk tea. Something interesting to note was that I think the employee making my drink pulled a cup of tea, the same way you would pull shots of espresso for a coffee. The green tea was very fragrant, with floral notes and a nice brightness! I liked the taste of my green milk tea a lot, and the boba was soft and had a good chew. Only thing to note is that the milk tea is a bit on the blander side. Their menu also has very limited options and is kinda confusing to read. I would come back to try more of their drinks though! read more

Favorite tea shop in Huntington Beach! The place is clean and I love that you can see the tea being pulled from the dispensers. The service is fast and kind. I alternate between guava and mango juice and the toppings as well but the black tea is a staple for me. The tea itself is very light and smooth. Depending on the sweetness level, 100% sweet isn't crazy sweet but getting less sweetness is the move for me. I get half sugar and it's a perfect balance between sweet and refreshing. Love coming here ! They also have a stamp card rewards :) read more
This is my second time trying comebuytea and I can attest that you can definitely taste the quality and how the tea is freshly brewed. I really liked the pineapple jasmine green tea. One tip is to order with less sweetness. My friend and I both did regular sweetness and it was a bit too sweet. Service is friendly and quick. Come Buy Tea is a tried and true boba shop that I've been coming to for YEARS because they offer freshly brewed to order milk teas with homemade toppings. Every drink has a strong tea taste even if you choose to make it a milk tea. I love how they use their special machines to brew the tea to order you can tell that they do it with the right water temperature and duration because it never is bitter. My go to order is an oolong milk teas with whole milk, 0% sugar and brown sugar agar QQ pearls. The brown sugar agar qq pearls are bouncy with a nice brown sugar taste to them. I like how it isn't swimming in a brown sugar syrup but rather the brown sugar is infused with the agar. I haven't been able to find a topping like this anywhere else. If you're interested in the taro yam ball topping it's absolutely delish! Sometimes they do run out of that topping though because they only make a set amount every day. Their menu has a top 10s which is their most popular drinks but then the other part of the menu is build your own style. I really like this because everyone can find a drink that they love whether it's a fruit tea or regular tea or milk tea. This makes comebuytea a place that I can come to time and time again to try new items. I will also note that they are extremely consistent because the drinks taste the same every time. Pro Tip: because the brew the tea fresh to order the drinks do come out sorta warm. I've combated that by asking for Extra ice so even when they put the hot tea into the cup there's still ice and it actually cools the drink. This is absolutely game changing and it DOES NOT water down the drink. The store is super tight and standing room only. But the nice thing is Bella Terra has a great amount of outdoor seating! Parking can be very hectic especially on the weekends so just beware that it may take a bit to find a spot! Overall Comebuytea is one of my top boba shops in OC because of the quality and yumminess of their drinks. I'll be consistently coming back whenever I want a stellar milk tea! read more
I've been coming to ComeBuyTea since the pandemic when I was introduced, and I have yet to take someone here that did not enjoy its deliciousness! This is a Taiwanese concept that has expanded to Hong Kong, Australia, and to Southern California. Aren't we fortunate?! I've tried a number of drinks here, but my favourites are the evaporated milk roasted oolong and guava oolong teas. They are completely different in flavour, but, damn, are they good! Of all the people I've recommended these to or gifted them to, none have given me less than the "Mmm!" and "Ooh!" The evaporated milk roasted oolong tea has a delicious and balanced flavour, with a mild sweetness. It makes it hard to stop drinking it, which also makes me sad when there is nothing left to sip in my cup. The guava oolong tea is one of the most refreshing drinks you could have for a warm day. Some would even say it is a summer drink, but we just had some in October! Still delicious! Every time I drive to Orange County on the 405, I'm tempted to stop by ComeBuyTea. It is too accessible and right off the interstate in Bella Terra! The parking lot can get super busy, though, so parking can be rough. Service is fast and friendly here, and prices are average. When I think of 5-star tea, this is my spot! read more
