    The Goopfellas Pizza

I LOVE Goop Kitchen! The Goopfellas pizza and dairy free ranch are the best!! I also really like the hot Bianca pizza. I've ordered online twice from this location and the pickup process was easy and convenient.

    Miso-Glazed Salmon Bento Box

pick up was a new experience, but really easy! when you check in after your food is ready the locker assigned to you opens with your food. we got the rotisserie chicken family meal and the miso salmon bento and everything was good! the salmon could definitely be bigger, the roasted potatoes could use a lot less salt, and they could cut down on the amount of sauces they give--but everything otherwise was tasty!

I've ordered goop kitchen from a different location in the past. But seriously, this is my first order from Pasadena and the salmon is so tiny. It's $22 with taxes and fees. Include tip and it's almost 30$. This isn't cool. I'm so tired of getting the bare minimum. The salad has more dressing than actual lettuce leaves. It would be nice to have more lettuce. Honestly the best looking item is the egg. But an extra egg is $4 Also rice is cold, it's like the rice has been sitting all morning.

    Blackened Salmon Bowl

Goop Kitchen is now open at the Allied Food To Go ghost kitchen located in the City of Pasadena. They offer nutritious meals and a variety of gluten-free options like hearty bowls, salads, and handhelds. Orders can be made online via the Goop app or website at order.goopkitchen.com. For a quick lunch, I got the Blackened Salmon Bowl. A bed of quinoa and brown rice was layered with seared salmon, creamy avocado, and crisp vegetables. Very colorful and tasty dish. I got it with herby aioli which was a nice complement. Salmon was delicious, but I wished it could have been a bit bigger because I love salmon. I would have loved a whole avocado instead of half of one. The vegetables were very fresh and crunchy. Sesame seeds were a nice touch. Overall, it was a wonderful and yummy dish. I would get it again. I look forward to trying their other healthy and nutritious dishes in the near future. Highly recommend Goop Kitchen!

    Fall Harvest Chopped Salad
    Luis D.

surprisingly great salads for a ghost kitchen but a bit pricey. The Japanese sweet potatoes were well roasted but could have used a sauce. The blackened salmon came with a great lemon forward aioli. Both the fall chopped salad and Cobb were very good especially with the unique dressings. the added chicken was moist and flavorful. Will definitely order again for a healthy and light dinner.

    Chicken Soup

I ordered thru Uber Eats the Queen Marghuerita Pizza, Chicken Soup and Caesar Salad, Dark Chocolate Sea Salt Brownie. The food is healthy and delicious. The food description is precise as well as the options. I would order or go into the restaurant again.

The carrots cooked unpeeled and shriveled looking. The sauce provided tasted strongly of cayenne. Too hot to enjoy.

This has become a weekly order for us! The salads are so good! I've been getting Asian chicken and my husband loves the BBQ Thai with tofu.

There are so many Middle Eastern cafés and restaurants in town, but this one always stood out to me. It is extremely fresh and flavorful they make the food after you order and Service is warm and friendly. The quality has never wavered and trust me, I have eaten here many times. I enjoy their pressed wraps, but especially love the fries. I am picky about fries, but these are always made to order and always just perfect. It has a Middle Eastern seasoning on it which you can opt to leave off. I love them with a dipping sauce of spicy tahini, which they will provide if you ask. You can of course get it non-spicy as well. Their menu can satisfy many different diets including vegetarian/vegan, keto/low carb, pescatarian and meat eaters It's just extremely reliable and high-quality and I plan on continuing to be a regular customer.

We have also enjoyed their foole soup, peppers, baklava, hummus, and garlic sauce. Especially for Old Pasadena, the prices are very reasonable, and a good value with large portions. Unfortunately, our most recent order was not very good. The produce did not seem as fresh, the lavash was drier and falling apart (it didn't have the elasticity that it normally does), the falafel was very dry and flavorless, and the seasoned fries were plain. Some of the small containers of garlic sauce and hummus were also missing. We recognize that even good places have bad days every once in a while. Hopefully it was a one-off, and not an indicator of lower quality or less attention to detail.

It consisted of lettuce, avocado, corn, black beans, jicama, tomatoes, onion, quinoa, krispies, kale, cilantro, and cotija. The lettuce wasn't too fresh and there were some that were yellow green but not a big deal. It was packed with flavor even without the chipotle vinaigrette (relieved I got it on the side because I wasn't s big fan). The avocado was very fresh and plentiful. I added chicken for extra $4.74 and it was very tender! Overall, I enjoyed the salad but a bit pricey so it was a good one time experience! The Chicken Pesto Caprese ($14.10) was pretty good. It consisted of chicken, mozzarella, red peppers, pesto, and mixed greens. The greens were very fresh and the sandwich was packed with flavor. The chicken was a little dry but not a big deal. There was a lot of red pepper and it was a bit overwhelming so I wished there wasn't so much. Really enjoyed the pesto since it it wasn't too salty and was the cherry on top to the sandwich! I also really liked that the bread was soft and fresh. Got the "Not so Fried" Chicken Sandwich ($13.68) - 1/2 portion and it came with a side (paid extra $1.26) for tomato basil soup. It consisted of chicken, krispies, mustard pickle slaw, tomatoes, onions, and herb aioli. The bread was very fresh and soft. I'm glad I got this in half portion because I thought this was just ok and nothing special. The tomato basil soup was very oily and salty so wasn't too enjoyable. The Pomegranate Mint Lemonade ($5.10) was sooo sweet. It was refreshing but the mint was a little too overpowering. Definitely recommend adding ice and/or water otherwise it's way too sweet! Overall, the sandwich and salads were a bit pricey but definitely one of the better spots for sandwiches and salads in terms of quality and quantity!

The restaurant is never that busy, but don't let that fool you, because every time I've passed by, it's mostly people grabbing takeout. Their menu is very limited. I got the beef-lamb shawarma. For 6 inches, it's not a ton of food but it's a fair amount. There was a good amount of beef and lamb which was cooked really tender, and I liked the combination of sauce and vegetables they used. The taste wasn't overwhelming and I don't think it needed anything additional. They even have Sriracha sauce on the side which I used and it added a nice flavor kick. Definitely will be back when I want something small, good value and convenient.

I'm really glad I gave this place a shot--I'll definitely be back. I also had the chance to meet the owner, who was very welcoming and kind. He shared that he's from Syria, which I really respected due to the authenticity.

I decided to walk over and was immediately welcomed by the gentleman at the front, who was incredibly friendly and helpful. He took the time to explain which pastries were freshly made that day and was super patient while I stood there pretending I wasn't mentally trying to order one of everything. There were so many good-looking options to choose from, but I ended up trying the spinach boreg (pie). He did kindly warn me ahead of time that it has a bit of a sour flavor, but I appreciated the honesty and decided to go for it anyway. I also grabbed some cookies (completely forgot the name of them ), and my total came out to around $25. Inside was very clean, welcoming, and nicely kept, and service was quick and friendly from start to finish. As for the food -- I'd give both the spinach pie and the cookies around a 7/10. They weren't quite the typical pastries and breads I'm personally used to, but that's more about my own taste than the quality itself. Everything tasted fresh, and I still enjoyed trying something different. If you've never had Lebanese pastries or baked goods, I definitely think this spot is worth checking out. It was fun stepping out of my usual comfort zone and trying something new. Happy eats!
