Had a great brunch/lunch with my dad. Our server Gus was friendly and attentive in a relaxed way that mirrored the beachy vibes of this brunch spot. The wait wasn't terrible for a Sunday morning (15 min for a party of 2), and the food was delicious. I got the California Wrap with sweet potato fries. It felt satiating but not heavy, and I took leftovers. My dad got the banana bread French toast combo (weekend special), and he really liked the flavored French toast. As a senior, I love Good Stuff Breakfast in El Segundo. Their Half of Belgian Waffle and Two Eggs with a meat is perfect for me.

My friend recommended this restaurant and I am happy that we went for lunch. The restaurant is a nice quaint place and clean. We arrived and we were immediately seated because we came a little after the lunch rush which was a good thing. Our waitress was really nice, helpful and even provided some recommendations. My friend had the chicken burrito bowl and I had the turkey bacon melt. We both really enjoyed our meals and we ate all of it without taking it home. My friend said the salad was flavorful and filling. The turkey melt was very delicious and was also filling. We had breakfast here recently and it was as good as I remembered. My grandpa used to take me to Good Stuff all the time when I was a kid, anytime I visited him and my grandma, but I haven't been too much as an adult. We finally brought our kids here while in CA and it was such a nostalgic experience. To top it off the server, Jesus, who has worked there for over 40 years was still there and he's wonderful. It was delicious and a large portion that came with a side of toast. The menu was pretty extensive as well and had something for everyone in my group. I can confirm my family will never be back to Good Stuff. Ate there and on top of leaving with an $80 bill plus tip for 2 adults and two small children, the service was complete crap. The food was literally whatever, but the service was horrible. I don't know where these kids live that they've hired but they have no manners and don't seem to understand they are in a hospitality industry that requires some skill to demand a tip. I'd write more but it's not worth my time. Good Stuff just isn't good anymore. We'll never be back. read more

This was a neat spot in downtown El Segundo. I was working in Inglewood and thought I would grab a bite here. I ordered the chorizo chilaquiles and I thought the feta cheese crumble was a great touch. Really enhanced the flavor profile. My server, Gus, was a great host. And I asked if there's syrup for my pancake. The guy checked it and said yeah, it's there. When I got home, no condiments at all .
