We stopped by Love.Life Holistic Health and Wellness Club's cafe for a quick brekkie! AMBIENCE (5/5) Sparkling, spacious, and brand new! The space felt super comfortable and calm. FOOD (4/5) Kitchari: Love Life's take on this traditional Indian / ayurvedic porridge is warming and savory. The combination of jasmine rice, mung beans, yellow lentils, squash, zucchini, eggplant, ginger, cilantro, peas, yams, and spices including cumin and turmeric made for a cozy small-portion meal. Tropical Green Energizer: healthy with the perfect balance of sweetness: spinach, kale, mango, pineapple, supergreens, and lemon juice! MCT C8 Coffee: tastes fine - ie like oily coffee - but for $8, I'd probably pass next time and instead pony up a few extra bucks for another smoothie. SERVICE (4/5) The two staff members behind the counter were polite and friendly - sounded like they're new and learning the ropes!

Food is clean, healthy, and nourishing. Bowls and smoothies are filling. If service seems a little slow it's because they really take the time to prepare the food. Space is clean and there's lots of seating. It's a good place to get work done, if you choose, and there are outlets under the bench chairs. This café is open to the public. You don't need to be a member to come here. I think there should be signs & posters somewhere in front so people know what the cafe offers.

Tumeric Latte! Clean and high quality.

Well thought out, one stop healthy living spa. Nice concept in a beautiful space. The food was very clean and healthy and portioned correctly. Great place to reset for the new year!

Green curry with chicken and blistered long beans

Simple and healthy. I ordered take out. The green curry was fine, nothing to write home about. Nowadays, you have to be grateful that the food is fresh, which it was. The blistered long beans were really disappointing. I would not recommend those. But overall a good meal.

Service was really good and space was really comfortable and clean! I visited early on a weekday morning and there was plenty of seating and outlets. The server was extremely helpful and friendly! Would come again

Steak salad was delicious with super fresh ingredients

I absolutely recommend this place, the food is out of this world fresh and good. The service is fantastic. The team are super super attentive and they deliver the food as fast as they can but apart from everything the quality of the food is amazing and you definitely will not regret trying it.

Green Tartine with poached egg on side and cappuccino

So happy I discovered LLC!! They recently had a soft opening and this facility is AWESOME!! I just went in for lunch but discovered they offer a membership to their holistic health & wellness club. There's a gym, pickleball courts, doctors on site and a ton more! I ordered the Green Tartine with a cashew cream cheese and ninja radish on Tommy & Atticus bread with a poached egg.. delish. Their cappuccino was really good too! Can't wait to go back and try one of their bowls.

    Breakfast burrito

Stopped by around 8 am - there was no one else there but I still waited 15 minutes for food and a drink. The burrito I got to go was stuck to the wrapping which made it pretty impossible to eat. Not the best experience. Kind of pricey for a subpar matcha as well.

The Original salad ( bottom..not for sure on the name) SO GOOD!! Not sure what the top salad is called.

It doesn't appear to be a restaurant from the outside because it's an entire whole body (gym, restaurant, dr etc), but GO IN because the food is amazing!! I had one of the most delicious salads I've EVER had!! I think it was called The Original (not sure exactly but it had peas, edamame, beets, etc) I'm vegan so i didn't add meat but there was plenty of protein in it already!! I am definitely coming back to try more!! Please support this place!! We need more delicious plant based restaurants!!!

Delicious, clean, healthy food. Lovely atmosphere. The bang bang lentil, tempeh chorizo bowl with a peanut sauce was lit. Highly recommend.

You get that laid-back beach vibe with a great view, and it's ideal whether you're grabbing a quick bite before heading back to the sand for volleyball or settling in for a chill remote work session. It really feels like a local staple--easy, consistent, and exactly what you want when you're trying to eat well but still enjoy the whole Manhattan Beach lifestyle.

All the servers were warm and beyond the usual helpfulness. My friend saw an empty table they needed to be wiped so she asked a server for a towel to wipe it. He immediately said, "No, I'll do it." And he grabbed a towel and wiped in extra well with a smile. Two of us ordered the Buddha vegan bowl (9/10; quinoa was fluffy, tofu was tasty but a little firm for me, everything else about it was fresh and well-done. The mushroom serving was my favorite part.) My friend ordered the Beef Macro bowl (9/10: beef was the best part and everything else was good. The wild rice was tender; but it tastes "healthy"). My last friend ordered the salmon bowl (9/10: all of us raved about the salmon. Had the same wild rice. I liked it but my friend said it was too soft for her. The rest of the items that came with it were similar and tasty). Before I left, Molly helped me order a mushroom reishi hot chocolate drink. Molly was so sweet and helpful. She recommended the homemade almond milk. (8/10). The ambiance was warm and cozy. I loved the multi-level structure. Therefore, the name, "The Hive". Cute design and a good place to bring a computer and have a quiet spot to chill.

Came to get the Friday pizza special. One topping pizza for 12 dollars. Good customer service. Clean store. Pizza took less time than originally thought. I had time to do some browsing. There were some good 50% sales on selected items. Can't beat the number of hot bar and pre made food to go available. Beautiful cases of pre made food too. Huge selection of cold single drinks. I haven't even checked out the whole store yet! I ate outside at a nice clean table. Very convenient! Highly recommend this location.

There's tons of parking and eateries around the corner. This Whole Foods is large and spacious. There's a variety of baked goods and prepared foods ready to grab and go. There's a pizza counter where slices are sold, and sandwiches and sushi freshly made. However, their freezer section where the ice cream is held doesn't seem to be working well. The ice cream containers have ice on them, as if they're not being kept at the proper temperature. I mentioned that to the checker and she agreed. She also mentioned several other Whole Foods locations with the same issue. Other supermarkets don't have that problem. I don't understand why Whole Foods doesn't resolve it. Otherwise, we enjoyed the ice cream selections that we did buy.
