Much better experience today for an early dinner. We sat for about 5 mins (uh oh) before our server came over. He did bring 2 waters with ice when taking our order. My son wanted beef medallions (sold out) so opted for 9 oz sirloin, salad, baked potato & bread. I felt like getting the full rack of ribs ( Glory and bbq sauce on side) slaw, mac n cheese & corn bread. The salad came out first. Cold, crisp and fresh. Yummy. The sirloin came out medium rare. It was soft, a little chew but tender with a very beefy flavor. The steak was seasoned perfectly. The baked potato was good. A crust of salt on outside skin and soft inside. Not an Idaho fluffy potato but still good. The ribs came out as half (I ordered a full rack). They were naked but char grilled. I wanted both glory & bbq sauce on side to dip the meat. Dry but tender and flavorful. I love that char grilled flavor. Bbq sauce nothing special but glory sauce had that NC vinegar tang plus sweetness to cut through the heavy pork meat. Mac n cheese & slaw were good. Nothing special. Corn bread was average. The warm/hot buns/bread was awesome. Unfortunatey, we had to ask for them except on the menu, it said buns came with steak dinner??? A few hickups today but overall, well done Glory Days. We went on burger night. The burgers were very tender. I cut it in half and you could see the juices! It was perfectly cooked and very flavorful. I like how Glory Days uses bigger buns so the burger fits on it. We get our fries without seasoning and they were perfect and hot. The side of crispy thin onion straws were so tasty I couldn't stop eating them! Yasminth is an awesome server. She greeted us with the biggest, brightest smile and checked on us regularly. Everything was clean with TVs everywhere to see sports and news at every angle. We chose the Merrifield location as the one near our home isn't up to par. I haven't been to the Pan Am Shopping Center Glory Day for about a year. We stopped going because the service was so slow. Sadly to say things have not changed. The food is your typical sports bar quality. The cheeseburger sliders were fine, nothing memorable. I normally go to the Centreville location, but I've been here a few times, mostly on burger night. The burgers are very good. The buffalo wings are also very good (but pricey). Other menu items I've tried have been good. The ambiance is good, and the service has been so-so when I've been there. read more

Our first visit in awhile was disappointing. I felt something was very different (menu) and discovered online that the Virginia and Maryland restaurants are under new ownership. When i tell you this place has a manager that should be fired on the spot I mean it...the store manager Lucia is the worst I have ever dealt with. She is mean with a bad attitude towards the guest at the restaurant and actually told me NO I can not change my order..I had ordered the wrong item and went to change it 2 minutes later. She then lied to my face and told me she went ahead and changed it...she did not. Unbelievable. Order a beer with my dinner, Waited over 25 minutes, inquired three times to the waitress, waitress kept saying that the bartender was backed up, with other orders, never received the beer. Complained to the manager, telling her that the bartender needs help or needs to be fired. Manager did not care at all, then realize the bartender just needed help. Arrived in DC and had two days of meetings in Fairfax. With limited options in the area I was in I decided to head to Glory Days. Upon walking in I was greeted by an odor and garbage which once I look past the mannequin in the Green-bay packers outfit it went away. Okay on a serious note, one can't help but see that it resembles BWW a lot but with it's only flair. Service at the bar was great, made me feel like I was a regular. I needed to report that management here takes the time to read reviews and certainly takes them seriously. I was at A Glory Days at another location and wasnt very happy in reviewing my visit. I received a response and a call. And also a certificate to come back. Unfortunately I was unable to get back there. Though my experience here was very pleasant and positive from the moment I walked in. Staff were wearing masks and taking all measures in cleaning after each table was used. Here at Glory Days are many TVS --football is a biggie, though you will find other sports on too. The menu has much to choose from ...and check out my photos, generously packed sandwiches....and very filling too. I found our waiter to be very attentive as my glass was never empty for long. Since they changed the management and got rid of the dedicated fryer (which was safe for those who can't eat gluten) I no longer can eat here. extremely disappointment in the new management and who's decision it was to get rid of the dedicated fryer. I've gotten sick now 3 times since the change in management and no longer eat here (since I have celiacs and used to be able to get the fries and wings). Glory days, you're losing customers since you made this switch. Not a good decision on your end. read more

*Uber eats order* Omygosh the food was amazing. Buffalo chicken dip - perfectly cheesy, with just the right amount of sauce (which IMO is not very much). Really really good. The STAR of the show -- the wings marinated in teriyaki sauce. YUM. Highly recommend. Perfectly juicy & the sauce to marinate it was unreal. Onion rings - very good too!! Perfectly crispy, not soggy at all. Cheese fries - forgettable. Wouldn't get them again. Server JC was very nice but super slow ... missed drinks... drinks took a very long time missed condiments. Section didn't seem too large it seemed manageable, but he was not attentive. EXACTLY AS PICTURED! In the process of walking past the restaurant I saw the stack of anti- Covid paper menus. The lobster roll looked so delicious that I couldn't resist. The food arrived quickly and looked just like the menu photo. The lobster roll and fresh ear of corn were great. The lava cake was luscious, and arrived quickly too. It's a decent place. I do like the service here. The wait staff is solid, no doubt about that at all. They are great with kids too. This is a basic sports bar, but aside from the televisions, I just don't get the oomph factor I'm looking for. I would say this is more of a family place, that's trying to be a sports bar. Nothing wrong with that necessarily, but not at the top of my priority list. This makes it family friendly, but where are the characters? What kind of excitement separates this from the rest? Their food is decent and reasonably priced, although it's an opinion, I can get wings for less. The menu is pretty basic. If you want good service and a decent meal this works. I do like it, yet it's not in my love category. If you go with an entree their burgers are quite tasty, and it's an extremely clean location. read more

Just MEH at best. The wings were ok, not a ton of flavor or heat for being considered "hot." The Crab Mac and cheese was lukewarm. Being in a fake cast iron skillet, I expected it to be hot. Nope. I also had a Cleveland Brownie Sundae. I'm not sure what makes it Cleveland, but it also was served in the same fake cast iron skillet, and it suffered the same as the Mac and cheese. You'd expect to scald your mouth on the Brownie touching the bottom of the skillet, but it was like it just came out of the fridge, and they knocked the chill off in a microwave. We ordered take out, can't go wrong with Glory wings. Still delicious after all these years. We do wish they'd offer specials for take out not just dine in (i.e. Wing Wednesdays). In today's world, everyone loves to eat in, order food delivery, etc. - the world of going to a bar for wings isn't exactly "in" when we have the same environment at home! We also tried a couple Glory cheesesteaks which were dry and not really great. Stick to the wings. Came here on a whim because we have enjoyed the Glory Days in Winchester, VA. It was Mothers Day, but was not busy at all. Waitress was fine, food was meh. They didn't have the cauliflower wings, so we ordered fried pickles and cheese bites. Orders came out for four and we had to wait for two other dishes. My hero burger was not medium, I ate half of it. It tasted like it was boiled. Everyone else liked their meals ok. Waited awhile for the check. Just wasn't super appetizing or enjoyable. read more

Good crab dip, buffalo chicken tenders, and shark drink (it's a kids thing with sprite and grenadine). It's a sports bar with plenty of sports bar flaire and a commitment to the community. You're not going to get any Michelin stars but you will get the all American sports bar experience. read more

The manager Charissa consistently gives horrible service and has a terrible attitude when HER STAFF repeatedly gives the wrong orders. I was given the wrong salad that had foods in it that I am allergic to, and not only did she not care about my safety, she didn't apologize nor try to rectify the issue. I wasted my break coming there and waiting forever for to-go service even after I placed my order 30 minutes ahead. Worst glory days location. You're better off going to Wendy's. read more

I ordered 10 bone-in wings, boneless wings, and fries. When ordering from the online system, it changed my order's location to an entirely different Glory Days. After arriving at my original location, the host had to explain tbere was no ticket and I had to track down where my order went. Then i had to drive 25+ minutes one way to go pick up my food. When I arrived to pick up my food the host disappeared into tbe kitchen for an extended period of time - +7 mins. After returning home from the location that was 25+ mins away, I opened my order to discover no wings! Instead I had received an order of 2 full salads! Again, no wings. I'm still hungry. Not feeling like a very satisfied customer. Not sure how one can mix up the two, ESPECIALLY since the receipt on the bag was our correct order. read more

We after much debate, decided to order from Glory Days. Ordered online and had a 8:30pm Friday night pickup. Arrived on time. Called and Maria answered and promptly arrived at our car looked at the bill attached to the bag of food and confirmed the name and we did the same as we took the bag. Ahhh I know, I know....you should have checked the bag before you left. I know. Honestly we both accept that. Of course we get home, and we have somebody else's order with our order attached. Past hungry now just mad. Call back get Maria back on the phone. She understands what is happened and starts to look for out ticket to re-order the food. We get somehow disconnected. We call back. After 2 minutes just to navigate BACK to Maria. Explain who I am and that you just hung up or we were disconnected. Her response was.....OK. Asked for the Manager. She apologized with every bit of script you can imagine. No genuine ounce of concern. I asked for a refund and can only hope that my money is returned. Seriously, please don't make me come back with this receipt. After YEARS of spending endless Friday nights, Wing nights on Wednesday's, I am absolutely done and will never be back. I was invited back by Glory Days to give them another shot. My husband and I stopped in here on a Saturday night to do just that. The beer selection has clearly improved. My husband was happy to learn that Dan Patricks debut beer called The Audible was on draft here. The tap is a microphone! With our beer and for a starter we enjoyed 6 wings made with Glory Days sauce. My husband ordered the Pittsburgher sandwich with a fried egg on it. Instead of fries as his side he ordered cornbread. This sandwich was amazing!!! The cornbread was delicious and moist. I ordered the Glory glazed salmon dinner. I opted for the parsley redskin potatoes instead of mashed. My meal was a little disappointing. I typically eat healthier and this meal was bland. I thought the salmon was good but it was overloaded with the sauce that according to the menu was "brushed on". The potatoes and seasoned veggies we good. Overall, my return here had improved from last time. Both times our waitress was tentative and friendly. My husband seems to know what to order here since his meals both times were good. I would hope for maybe better healthier tasting options in the future. I would probably stick with the boneless naked wings from my first visit even though there were overpriced for the food amount I got. read more

Glory Days is the best of whats around. They have anything you could want on draft - goose island, voodoo ranger, blue moon, seasonal sam and shandy, even their own IPA! They also have all domestics and good signature drinks. The reason I mention this is because they have at least 30 TVs. I came during a Nats and Caps game and even though the bar was full (covid spaced out) and I sat in the dining room there wasn't even a difference! Every seat in the house is great to chill and drink for a while when enjoying great food. The wings, ribs, dynamite shrimp(!!), salad, wraps, clam chowder ... it's all tasty.
