I've been a regular here since moving to the area and this latest trip has made me pick different places every time I'm thinking about a sandwich. It was filthy in there and the lettuce was brown and the tomatoes were not great looking. I've always felt like Jersey Mike's was the best, highest quality sub place around but this location been really going downhill. The weirdest thing on this visit was the young lady doing the toppings on the subs was like ripping the lettuce apart and getting more than half around the sub and not in it. We did Peppers, Onions, Mushrooms and Cheese on the grill. When finished, it was topped with tomato lettuce, peppers, mayonnaise. Our entire family enjoys Jersey Mike's. It's such a nice change and a complete upgrade from SUBWAY®. We've always been a Jimmy John's family but relocation has brought us to this area and Jimmy John's is no longer close. Jersey Mike's is convenient. The store is clean. The staff is always friendly. It does take a little bit of time to get an order made so we always give ourselves some extra time but the actual sandwiches and salads are so fresh and consistent every time. read more

If you have a serious case of the munchies, get one of their giant sub sandwiches. One day this was helpful, as I'll admit was starving. Jersey Mikes is a decent option, and certainly better than Subway. They've become quite boring. Jersey Mike's has some decent sandwiches. I like their roast beef and other meats. The same goes for the cheeses and veggies. Yet wow they are quite expensive. Again it's a personal preference for me, but I'm not enamored by the tipping option. Call me old fashioned but that's really for full service restaurants. With that being said, this is a clean establishment with really nice employees. But today the staff looked like they had been really busy because the counters where the food is prepared was covered with crumbs, lettuce, etc. The floor behind the counter needed to be swept. Roller skates is what I needed today at work. Didn't prepare lunch last night and did not wake up early enough. Decided to try Jersey Mikes by my job. I generally bring my lunch because, you guessed it I am Keto(I know y'all are tired of hearing it but let me be great today). I went in around 2pm ans there was no wait. I ordered the Chicken Bacon Ranch Cheesesteak with banana peppers and a few jalapeños for spice. I ordered it without the bun because . . . I have ordered uber eats several times and they have always gotten the order right on point, with all the customizations requested. You can compare this to other sub places in the area and easily see that their tuna sub or cheesesteak sub are much better. The bread seems freshly made, and the meat seems fresher. Came in today at a very busy time, noticed many customers waiting and 20+ tickets with the few staff working. Staff dealt with unreasonable, complaining customers and ignorant food delivery drivers while keeping quality high and responding with the utmost respect. The Little Caesar closed and this place opened up. It's way too tight to form a line but if you stand sideways you can get through the crowd of workers who are standing around. The only happy worker was the guy who sliced my sandwich meat. The woman who made my sandwiches got them wrong. To my surprise to have I don't care about you attitude was eye opening. I came in here tonight because I was literally dying of hunger so I figured I would give it a try. I was seriously eye-balling the big kahuna giant sub for $14.00 but decided against it, because of the amount of calories so instead, I went for the meatball and cheese giant sub for $13.00 It was still packed with tons if fat and calories, but I figured I was the type of sandwich which I knew what to expect. First time going to a Jersey Mike's but will definitely come back again. My husband and I live in Fredericksburg but I stopped in today to get my husband something to eat before heading back home. Because of our Health insurance he has to take his chemotherapy treatment in the Burke, Va. area. A nice guy making my husband's sandwich was very thoughtful when I asked if he had anything room temperature for my husband to drink ? He can't drink anything cold due to the chemo medication so he went in the back and brought out several Gatorades for me to choose from. I thought that was very nice also my husband loved his sandwich and said it was the best sub that he had eaten in a longtime. Let's just say that it was Gone by the time we got on I95 lol read more

But today, I learned they are pre-slicing their provolone and Swiss cheese in the morning, rather than slicing it fresh on the rotary slicer when the sandwich is made. That's not alright: it's discount, bargain-bin Subway-style cheapness. There's a reason why customers choose to spend more money for a premium, high-quality sandwich like Jersey Mike's (as it used to be, anyway), and pre-sliced cheeses and meats utterly betray that. When my husband went in the lady making the food was exceptionally rude and there was a guy complaining that his sub had tomatoes on it and he was allergic to them. We order from this location at least once a week. One of the reasons we keep going back, other than the delicious sandwiches, is that our order is always correct whether we order online or in person. The employees are always friendly and take the time to make sure our sandwiches are exactly as we'd like instead of just thrown together as we've experienced with a few other places in the area. The manager is one of the most hardworking people I've met and she does a fantastic job running this location. We were not familiar with Jersey Mikes until we moved to the area last year and the entire family agrees it's one of our favorite places to grab a quick meal. Keep up the great work guys!
