Food can generally take an above average time to arrive at your table, and in our case, this time, the grilled chicken sandwich was not properly heated and seemed cold. I've been here a dozen times already, but I still wouldn't consider myself super di-hard. My usual go-to is their grilled chicken sandwich, and today I ordered the combo meal. Their potatoe fries are tge big sell for me, even though they may not be the healthiest. Today was like any other, the drive-thru was jammed and I just decided to park and go inside to order. The line inside only had five people waiting, and it wasn't that bad. After I placed my order, everything else took a mere minutes. I was given a drink at the drive through and when I went to pick it up the cap was not on all the way and half of the drink poured out onto my clothes and all over my car. I asked the worker at the drive through if they could just fill it up since it literally just happened and it was not my fault that the cap wasn't on, and she simply said she could not refill it and handed my half empty drink back to me. Very poor service, no attempt of resolution, lack of over site and no attempt to correct a bad solution. I will say I did get two half hearted I'm sorry. I waited in line to place my order. I choose two bowls of chicken noodle soup. They said ok gave me a total and asked to move forward. I waited for the two lanes to merge into one. Then waited to pay associate. He couldn't find my order? He checked my name and what I order. Then after a wait told there wasn't any more soup! Hi I eat CFA religiously. I am a rewards member and I was the highest ranked level as well. The CFA has disappointed me over and over. 2 weeks ago I got the breakfast meal (biscuit and mini) the chicken was chunky and chewy, as well as I ordered a large coke and received a Diet Coke. I drink coke everyday about 3-4 times a day I know the difference. Last week on Friday same thing happened I ordered a 12 count nugget meal with large coke. I commend you for your customer service, fun humor, and also making sure quality control checks are done. Always a joy to roll here, as it's my one vice. Actually I lift weights and hike up to twenty miles nearby, and this is a fine way to replenish for more physical fitness. Sure it's not apples and oranges, but the food is delicious. Another kudos. Most of the time this company's restaurants, gets you your food piping hot. Yet this one every time. That's very impressive. I think a lot of that is due to the management and employees, who do work hard to see these standards are met. They are loved for good reason. We go to chick fil a at least once a week because my kids love it. The service is always friendly. With the kids in the car, we don't dine in anymore. But the drive thru is efficient and so is the drive up. The food always comes out hot. But more often than not, the fries are no longer filled to the top...I order large fries and it's filled like a medium. And the last time, my sandwich was missing one of the buns. Sigh. read more

We had a great opportunity to attend the new Burke Center Chick-Fil-A friends and family night. This location is next to Kohls. Parking was tight for this night so we parked at the Kohls parking lot. They have 2 drive thru spots and a designated parking spot for curbside pickups. There is small play area for kids and a small inside dining spot. They also have several outdoor eating tables. We had a chance to try their shakes and order full size meals. Staff was very accommodating. The new owners greeted everyone as they came in. NIck, the owner, talked about his early start at Chick-Fil-A( cashier at the age of 17). The food was spot-on Chick-Fil-A style, perfectly fried chicken breast and the best waffle fries! I got enjoy a few glasses of my favorite diet lemonade. I enjoyed a Spicy Chicken Deluxe Sandwich. The condiments(tomatoes and lettuce) were fresh. This town of Burke really needs a facelift on food venues and I'm guessing that this Chick-fil-A will do very well. Like most Chick-fil-A's in there area, this location was participating in a community effort to collect books as donations. I know other locations do other community events. read more

I have a lot of pros to say about this place but there are a few cons that holds me back from giving it a full rating. I've been to several Chick-Fil-As and this isn't one of the best ones. I love getting their Grilled Club meal and the employees do their job efficiently. Pro: Their service is generally fast. I've tried out every ordering methods such as Walk-In, Drive-Thru, Mobile Order, etc. I would say that the Drive-Thru is the fastest order you can make unless it is busy there. Other order methods will have you wait around 10 minutes for your food to be ready. However, if you use Mobile Order in a DRIVE-THRU, it's kind of confusing because after you establish your order on your phone, the screen shows that your order is received, but doesn't notify you if your order is ready yet unless you get in the Drive-Thru line. Con: One of their supervisors make the customer service less enjoyable. I won't name them due to privacy, but she is dressed differently unlike other workers that wear red tops. Almost everyone that works here are greeting and smiling every time they deliver food to the customers except the supervisor. She doesn't really smile when calling out orders and I've also witnessed her slamming the food bags down on the counter because it seems she's in a hurry or frustrated or maybe both. Whatever the reason may be, it takes the quality away because the foods can be all scattered inside the bag that's been slammed down and makes it un-enjoyable. read more

My mom and I came here on a Friday around 5pm and it was packed full inside and there were quite a few cars in the drive-thru. We went through the drive-thru and service was quick. Wait was about five minutes or less. It was decently (a little over in my opinion) priced. The employees were absolutely terrific, patient and friendly. The staff is very friendly and helpful and polite and the food is always out quickly. There is one particular woman that tends the dining area and offers to refresh your drink or clear your table and she is so awesome. Hands down my favorite Chick-fil-a location! 1) food is always piping hot and fresh and delicious. 2) Mobile order & pick up is super easy and the wait is never more than a few minutes. 3) the restaurant is always clean and tidy - even when busy! 4) Kids indoor playground- best thing ever!! I haven't seen a kids' indoor playground since my days as a kid at our local McDonald's. But they have one here and it's awesome! 5) they have a pretty good drive thru, but honestly, mobile order is the way to go.
