Had the best cheesesteak I've ever had in my life so sad to see that this place is closed now

Placed take out order for a cheesesteak (which I customized to my liking), but I decided to dine in. Sign as you walk in says "carry out only," but there's a couple highchair tables that allow you to wait for your food. It's a small place, meant for you to order takeout. Order-taker was very pleasant. I asked if it was okay to sit there and eat my sandwich and was told yes. The 8" sub came on a delicious toasted bun. The steak was well seasoned and had a good amount of gooey melted cheese on top. This is a solid sub and I would definitely come back to have it again. I'd also return to try some of the other food that looks delicious on their website. read more

Right next to the 7-11 in Burke lies a hidden gem that serves so much delicious food! If you are ever in the mood for wraps/sandwiches/burgers, this is the place for you. What also makes this place stand out is definitely the hours. For someone that's a night owl, this is great for late night food in Burke. There's not much options either and I think we could always use more options like these. I got the BBQ Wrap which was a wrap filled with Chicken Tenders, Fries, Cheese, Lettuce, and BBQ Sauce. I can't really complain about the portion you are getting. It is a lot for the price alone and it's worth every single dollar. You may need to be patient as I only saw one person manning the whole store and I think I came at a time when it was near closing. Please support this place. This place has a great potential!! Really! You all should try it! The photos of other Yelpers was showing great food! The owner and his wife works there themselves, with their dedication, hard work and kind heart they will provide you with the best experience ever! The conversation with owner was very interesting to know how they are doing their best to take this business too high to the skies where dreams has no ends and prayers are answered! Also how they are keeping their family business recipes and traditions from overseas! I believe one day we will see more locations! They have a counter for dine in but I'm looking forward to set on the 2 tables outside when the weather gets warmer or also the two picnic tables under the trees! Looks nice! This time I took my nephew with me and we ordered a Beef Pepperoni Pizza! I also ordered the same items that went wrong the last time! The triple dasher smash burger and THE WRANGLER! My nephew LOVED the beef peperoni pizza and this 17 years old youngman knows his pizza and is a picky pizza eater ! I tried a slice too! Oh! The beef peperoni was yummy! The cheese!!! But the sauce needs to improve however overall the experience was AMAZING! The triple smash burger this time was perfect! It was juicy but not greasy! The bread was firm fresh and tasty! This Sandwich reminds me of the Famous KFC Sandwich in Egypt , Dubai and the Middle East , the Mighty Zinger ! 2 huge crispy chicken with cheese, lettuce and mayo ! Also on a decent size bun that fits everything! The chicken was very well spiced and tasted amazingly delicious slightly spicy on the mild side with a hint of nostalgia. This time it was cooked to perfection! The cheese and lettuce with the spicy Mayo is an amazing combination and the nostalgia from that sandwich is the WRANGLER! Been on Skyzone in Springfield for a couple of hours, the nearby (halal) food option that had the best review was Khan's halal. The burgers were delicious and Khans service was excellent! There isn't much room for seating so be mindful about that. read more

After my brother and I had dinner at AmThai by Kanjana, we were still hungry and found out this place stayed open to 11p. It was only a 3 minute drive from the Thai restaurant. Parking was limited but manageable, it's a small joint with limited seatings and understand why most orders are take out. We ordered 2 items: 1) Django burger 2) Chicken tikka pizza. The burger was tender and juicy. The bun was a soft and light. The fries were seasoned and delicious. Surprisingly the chicken tikka was gorgeous display but unfortunately it fell flat for us. The flavor was bland and it didn't help by dipping it into their homemade ranch sauce. The crust was nice and light. My friend and I decided to try this spot on 1/9/25. It's in a small parking lot next to a convenience store. It's small and not really an eat-in spot but the food was good. We had the Philly cheesesteak and Chicken Cheesesteak subs and "masala" fries. The sandwiches were well made with fresh bread, mushrooms, onions, peppers and a decent amount of meat. The fries are over priced in my opinion at 8.99 w drink add on. That's the cost of 20 lbs of potatoes and the portion is small. That said- would definitely go back. Customer service was "sufficient", not over or under done. Solid spot for subs and plan to try something else next time. read more

Came here two weeks ago for the first time and tried the chicken sammich based on the recommendation from the employee as he said it was the best thing on the menu... it's not. The spicy chicken shawarma blew everything else out of the water!!! And then let's talk about the fries!! Mouth watering deliciousness!! We liked it so much we ordered twice in a week! We had friends over a few days later and ordered the tiki pizza (which for us was a miss and lacked some of the flavor we were really hoping for; seemed like pizza sauce with the chicken on top and we would have preferred more of the tiki or something different) but the spicy chicken shawarma was a hit and again the fries were a fan favorite! We recently moved to Burke and have been looking for some good late night foods. We happened to give this place a try since they are open till 2am. SO glad we did! The service is great and they bring it out to you if you want to wait in the car. The portions are decent for what you pay for. I will say it might be a little pricey for a late night meal but they make it fresh to order so it wouldn't be fair to label it the same as a fast food spot. I got the smash burger and my boyfriend got the chicken sandwich. So good. I very much enjoyed by double stacked smash burger patty. The sauce and onions go perfectly with the patty!! Did we mention that we went two nights in a row?? It's safe to say that we are now obsessed and will most likely make this our weekend treat. Check this place out! Wow... one of the greatest hole in the wall places I've found in the area. Just moved to the area and as a foodie I like to try all the nearest options around me. I've heard amazing things about the Deli shop (A Deli) that runs at the same place and intrigued me when I looked into it that they had another secondary restaurant that they run as a "late night" option called Khan's Halal. It peaked my interest even more when I saw the menu was a complete flip to smash burgers and chicken sandwiches. Let me tell you.. these were probably the best sandwiches of this caliber I've had. The food was fresh AF and seasoned to a tee with the crunchiest bite you can imagine. I appreciated how they use different types of seasoning to differentiate themselves from other chain restaurants. Khans Halal is a rare gem. I found them and was curious about their beef pepperoni pizza. When I got there, the owner said the machine isn't working properly but made a work around to provide it to me. It was yummy!!! Next time, I'm adding onions and other items. Me and my Family got dinner here for the first time and it was surprisingly great! I was in the mood for some shawarma and I definitely got what I was hoping for. The menu is organized and substantial, along with well priced items (is very budget friendly). The staff as I picked up my mobile order were very helpful and very friendly. My brother got a very large and good Philly cheesesteak, me and my mom got shawarma, I got the Fiery and my mom got the velvet which were both really good and flavorful. My Dad got the wings which were very good, not terribly as spicy as he was hoping a for, but overall really good. I am definitely coming back to this place again! read more

First off, the food is made fresh to order and comes out piping hot, which I really appreciate for a small hole in the wall. The chicken sandwich and Philly cheesesteak were both phenomenal. I especially enjoyed the cheesesteak, even though it was served on a softer roll than I am used to, it was still packed with flavor. The only thing I did not love were the fries, they just are not my style, but that is more personal preference. I only wish this place was closer to me because I would definitely be a regular. My family and I just tried Khan's Halal for the first time. We ordered fried chicken sandwiches (takeout) and they were so good: not too spicy and definitely not bland. They remained crispy during the drive home. We also ordered French fries. Those were on the bland side: however, we ate them with aioli and they were good (and remained hot and crispy). Finally tried this place after noticing it the last time I stopped at 7-11. Ordered online and picked it up right when it said it was ready. Food was hot and fresh. I got a smash burger and seasoned fries. Burger was really good. Lots of flavor! Only thing was that the cocktail sauce was pretty spicy. So make sure you like spicy or ask for the sauce on the side. I have sensory issues and am super picky about my food, but the owner kindly added the select few toppings to accommodate. I almost gave up on trying to find it because there's no sign, it's in the same shop that's labeled deli. I'm glad I got out and looked because this burger was amazing! I came here today bc I've seen it pop up on Yelp. It's a small carry out spot. Looks like it's co owned. There's 2 different menus. Khans halal and Anna's pizza I believe was the other menu. The staff was very nice. I ordered a smash burger with a double patty. It took about 10 mins or less to get my order. So not bad. Now let me tell you, this smash burger was amazing!!!!! The beef patty's are actually smashed. You can taste the seasoning from the patty as well. Very good seasoning. The bun is great. The smash sauce and cream cheese just compliments the meat so well. Absolutely amazing! Truly a hidden gem tucked away right next to 711. I was looking for a spot close by to grab a quick bite for dinner and noticed Khans Halal which I don't remember seeing before. Off the reviews alone I had to try it, on top of the fact that I've been wanting a smash burger recently but there's not many options in the Burke/Springfield area. I got the double smash burger and honestly it was one of the best burgers I've ever had. Definitely an authentic smash burger and it was seasoned very well. The sauce is sooo good too! I also got the fries which were seasoned and tasted amazing, along with the garlic mayo sauce for dipping which is crazy good. Owners are very kind as well. I was waiting in my car since it was a little cold outside and as soon as it was ready they came outside to look for me and hand me my food. 11/10 food + service! read more
