    1/4 Dark Meat Chicken
    Howard F.

A halal greasy spoon with gyro, Peruvian-style chicken, burgers, cheesesteaks, etc. I had the 1/4 chicken dark with salad and fries. The fries are good (thin and over fried, nice), the chicken was a bit over cooked (it had been sitting in the warmer), but also tasty.

Great food - must have the Chicken Philly Sandwich with the green chutney - best sandwich in the local. DMV!

No checkbook options to add your sides but according to the gentleman for the counter there is..
    Jay S.

First time ordering through their website (via ChowNow) and I ordered a family meal #1. When I added the meal it didn't give me an option so I thought I would choose when I get there. As soon as I stepped through the door the gentleman at the counter, in a passive aggressive tone, asks why I didn't add my sides. I told him that I didn't have the option to on the website and if I could just order there. He then proceeds to tell me that I'm wrong and he gets online orders all day. There was no convincing him so I opened the website back up and showed him and instead of just accepting it and moving on he continues to say I was still wrong. At this point I'm just over it so I simply asks for my sides. To make things worse the gentleman half cooks my fries and Yuka and then proceeds to grab a chopped up chicken from the warmer. The chicken definitely tasted like it was sitting out for quite some time and the fries and yuka were obviously soggy. The sauce was mediocre and the coleslaw was bland (imagine large size portions of cabbage with a watery dressing). I'll never order from this place again and will stick to other local places like Max's chicken. Think twice and read the other reviews before ordering unless you're looking for God awful service and warmed up chicken.

Super grill is a super place! Come hungry because the portion sizes are huge, delicious, and most are under $10. The staff here are nice and get you your food quick. If you like Peruvian food definitely check this place out they even have inca cola. They also do delivery.

I came here hoping to meet a woman in blue underwear and a red and gold cape. Should have gone to Supergirl instead of Supergrill. It's a really interesting place with friendly workers and absolutely enormous portions. The food can be a little on the bland side, but it's a lot better than American bland food, and the garbanzo beans aka chickpeas side dish is really good. The rotisserie chicken is good too. Because of the enormous portions and because it actually tastes pretty good, I will err on the side of five stars, rather than four stars. I mean prices are as amazing as the portions, so give this place a try for rotisserie chicken - or whatever you're in the mood for.

#20 Steak & Cheese Combo (w/ onion rings and sweet tea)
    Katrna M.

The Steak & Cheese sub was "ok," but what was delicious was the very fresh, and hot onion rings that I substituted for the French fries! The sub combo also came w/ a soda, got the Sweet Tea. Overall first impression was that the restaurant is very old and needs lots of cleaning and updates. And by the last hour, they were selling the last remaining chopped chicken grills, which we aren't as fresh. Still haven't found the BEST Philly Cheesteaks in the area though??

Half chicken all white - huge portion

Conveniently close to H Mart so decided to drop in after shopping. Blown away by the quantity + quality of food! We got the half chicken (all white) with veggies and yuca. For ~$10 it fed me and my friend post-workout and left us feeling full! Not to mention the chicken was super moist and tasty, especially for white meat! Don't sleep on the yuca, they're like normal fries but a little sweeter and flakier texture. Would highly recommend. Also the green sauce they give you with the chicken is an absolute favorite of mine. Overall, a really nice small business with some fantastic chicken! Come here if you're shopping at H Mart and want some chicken!

Their proteins and fries are perfect, their salad is cold and crisp, and the execution of their rice is consistently the benchmark. First off though: the lighting is really harsh. It's Temu hexagonal 10000K bright white led honeycombs from blaze hell. The walls are primer black, and there are no paper towels in the bathrooms. Solution: I almost always get my food to-go. I flip flop between the Falafel Platter and the Mixed (Chicken + Lamb Gyro) Platter with the following no-charge mod: NO fries, MORE salad. This leaves the rice alone - you will get rice - and it is a very long grain, saffroned, Basmati rice that is distinctively al dente. Not fluffy or clumpy - they are highly separated and firm rice grains, and I absolutely love it this way. This rice blows the competition far and away. If you like fries, they are good - they're the double-fried "Burger King" style and keep their heat decently well in the to-go clamshell. The sauces are quite special. I like them all. I always ask for the following on-the-side (no zig-zags for me): the white (tahini-like), the green (cilantro), the red (spicy), the orange (signature Blazin spice). There are a couple of others, but I find these 4 create a nice balance. Oh and the late-night hours secure the 5-star rating. This can feel like the perfect late-night food - thanks to the owners for accommodating the late-night fans. Quickie review notes: The burger is just okay - the patty should be bigger. The Chopped Cheese is convincing, but not the best value item, IMO. The milkshakes are very tasty!

You can definitely find something here that you'll like. My go-to is The Loaded Philly and WOW. It's a Philly cheesesteak with onions and peppers, plus mozzarella sticks, chicken tenders, fries, and a homemade chipotle sauce all stacked together. It's messy, over-the-top, and absolutely delicious. Don't skip the Blazin Sunset drink either--half strawberry, half mango and super refreshing. Perfect balance to the savory food. If you're hungry and want something fun, flavorful, and different from the usual, this is the spot. I'll definitely be back (with extra napkins).

We arrived at the tail end of their Iftar buffet and the restaurant was pretty full, but the manager (owner perhaps?) was so gracious and accommodating. Nobody else was sitting outside but he had the server set up a table for us within a few minutes. We ordered a sort of deep fried cheese stick wrapped in phyllo dough (can't remember the name!) which comes with a yogurt and dill dipping sauce - excellent! We also had the goshnan, a traditional meat pie with lamb and beef. The pastry was flaky and buttery and the mixture of meat and spices were very delicious. My son and I shared a chicken pide - a flatbread with cheese and chicken - also spiced to perfection. My husband ordered the rock pot soup with noodles and beef (you can also order it with seafood). He said it was very good. Our server was a sweetheart - patient with our questions and attentive even though he had to run in and out of the restaurant. The outside seating is nice because it's set back a bit from the street so you don't have cars roaring by while you eat. The Dolan Chai is not to be missed! It has dates and rose and lots of other wonderful elements. I've never had tea like this before. They also serve it iced which I imagine would be delightful. I first tried the assorted kebabs. Unfortunately, the chicken had dried out and the kofta felt too crumbly. The lamb rice dish had both aromatic rice and juicy, well seasoned lamb. I ended up combining the lamb pieces with the chicken rice. Out of curiosity, I tried a piece of their fried chicken. It proved juicy and not too oily. It would do well as a standalone appetizer in most restaurants. I also tried something that looked like lasagna, but without tomato. It tasted, to my uncultured palate, like a lasagna with some sort of cream or bechamel-like sauce. I quite enjoyed it. For dessert, my friend convinced me to try what I had initially passed over as oatmeal or tapioca pudding. The Omi Ali proved quite delectable, like a cross between bread pudding and oatmeal but with more nuanced spices and sweetness. I added it to my short list of desserts I enjoy, since I don't have much of a sweet tooth. Overall, I appreciated the breath and variety. Some hits and misses are to be expected at a homely, ethnic neighborhood style buffet.

I didn't realize you could also get white sauce, green sauce, etc, so I probably wouldn't get tzaziki and get olives or something else next time.
