So it is very stingy for KFC to do this, im not sure if jts just this location or a company wide policy, but its just a bad look for them to do this especially when all their competitors dont do it. Soda should have free complementary refills as well as no ice options available- most these places are charging pretty high prices for a cup of soda to begin with- but even places like McD's who sell large cups of soda for like $1.60, still allow you to get it with no ice.
