For dine-in, which is what we did, one need not pay upon ordering but we did so for our convenience and that of the staff. We both ordered off of the $20 lunch specials menu, for which you get one appetizer, one entree and one soft drink. We found the portions delicious and generous - both of us brought home considerable leftovers for lunch the next day.
