While I was waiting for my order, saw the green beans and beans and rice & both looked excellent :) Fresh green beans vs canned is a huge plus in my opinion! Should be renamed Slow Chicken! I went here twice while in town for work. Chicken was moist but not ver flavorful. But this place is SLOW! First time I ordered at the counter and it took 20 minutes. Second time I ordered online and it took 30 minutes after I'd arrived. It was busy with steady stream of customers but no reason a grilled chicken place shouldn't have chicken constantly coming off the grill. With exception of yucca fries, the sides are all pre-cooked. Need to retrain staff on health and sanitation practices . There should be a Serv safe certified manager working on every shift. Staff accidentally served my food to another customer, the customer left the building with my food, the staff actually chased him out into the parking lot, took the food back from him, and tried to serve it to me!
