    Steak Bowl
    Nicole O.

Peruvian Brothers is a fast casual restaurant serving high quality Peruvian food. I am obsessed with their steak bowl! The ingredients are fresh and high quality and the meal is absolutely delicious. It can take awhile to receive my order at times, but it's a small price to pay for a quality meal. They also serve brunch and have happy hour specials, and they even bring in real llamas on Thursdays. Highly recommend checking this place out if you're in the area and/or craving fresh Peruvian food.

Shout out to the bartender/our waiter. Suuper nice. Very attentive. I got the quarter chicken with rice. Amazing. The seasoning on the rice was great. I also got the Maracuya juice which was passion fruit juice and it was really good. It was like a aqua Fresca so it wasn't very strong. It had more of a muted flavor.

Stopped in for a drink because it was across from where I was staying. It is a cute little place where it seems to be a fast food meets sit down hybrid (have to wait to be seated). You can go right up to the bar and order though. It was a later evening and quiet which good with me! They have really cute wall decors and ceiling to floor of live plants which were getting pruned while we were there. We sat at the bar and had a quick drink. He got the espresso martini (they were out of the vanilla which is fine, we love a good classic espresso martini). I got the blueberry lavender margarita. I don't usually do margaritas but it was so good. Sweet and tangy, and super pretty, finished with a fried lime and lavender sprig! His espresso martini was really pretty and tasty too, with a really nice strong coffee smell and flavor almost cold brew style strength. The foam and cinnamon was a delight.

    Chicken Empanada

This place was down the street from my hotel, so I needed a quick bite. I saw there was plenty of people inside for lunch, so figured I go and try it out. You go to the register to order and go find a seat. They will bring you your food. After you're done, you just leave your plate and etc and they will clean it up. So it's like a semi full service restaurant? I got the power bowl and substitute the quinoa for the rice. The food was not greasy and had good flavor. The grilled chicken was cooked well and had a yummy sauce to go with it. I also tried the baked empanada and that was very good too. The sauce that came with it was equally yummy but a little too spicy for me! This is a great place for a healthy option meal.

Their happy hour is SUPER good!

I had the chicken power bowl, which was cooked to perfection. The ambiance was wonderfully chill, and the service provided by Carlos was exceptional - as always! We visit at least once a week and are consistently impressed by the freshness of their food selection. I highly recommend trying their empanadas and sandwiches, all of which are extremely delicious. Oh and their happy hour is the BEST!!!

I came here on a whim and they did not disappoint. My wait time for my food was about 30 minutes, I think that's because it was getting busy around the time that I ordered, but also I ordered a dessert that was made ready to order. My dinner consisted of a sandwich called the triple. It is sandwich with three slices of bread, avocado, tomato, eggs and light mayo. It was perfection, I am healed the first half and made sure to slow down to eat the second half of my sandwich. I tried out multiple sauces. They have a sweet smoky one, which was my favorite, next the aïoli would be my second favorite, and lastly, the cilantro. For dessert I ordered picarones which is the most heavenly donut I've ever tasted. You can taste the pumpkin, it comes with a syrup you can dip it in that has cinnamon and star anise (I'm not a fan of star niece as a flavor, but however, they do it, it made me love the syrup ) it is chewy. It is a little bit crisp on the outside. It is heaven, and I recommend eating it while it's hot.I received four of those. Will I go back, absolutely, absolutely hands-down I will go to this restaurant again before I leave lastly, I ordered an alfajor cookie. It was not overly sweet and it crumbles in your mouth. 10 out of 10.

    Steak Bowl

Ordered through Uber Eats. I got the steak bowl (minus the hard boiled egg, and sauces and salsas on the side). The food was good and had great flavor but there just wasn't enough of it in my opinion. There could have been more sweet potatoes for sure. Especially for the price point.

    Lomo Saltado
    Tony T.

I came in for dinner and was politely greeted. The guy helped me decide which Lomo Saltado to order. I went for the more basic one. You order up front and then sit wherever you want and they bring you the food. I got Passion Fruit juice also, which was very good. The entree was good, the rice and fries soaked up the beef jus which makes them much more flavorful. The menu claims this is beef tenderloin, but it didn't seem as tender as I was expecting. Overall the flavors were good and the portion was enough to fill me up. I would return and try the ceviche.

Ceviche, Chicha morada Fresh Chicha Morada
    Erin W.

4.5+ Warm greeting and smooth vibes set by the music playing. I opted for the ceviche ($20) and my husband got the quarter chicken, white ($8) with plantains ($5). The ceviche was a large portion of fish, thinly sliced red onions, with sweet potato and two types of corn. Perfect for a warm day but I loved it even in tonight's freezing temperatures. My husband said the chicken was flavorful and he loved their house sweet and smoky hot sauce. The sweet plantains tamped down the heat a bit. The chicken is a bit pricey compared to Sardi's but a nice local spot for dinner and drinks.

We came here for a quick dinner while staying at a nearby hotel. Great food! We got the power bowl and chicken bowl with the picaronnes dessert. The bowls were fresh and tasty, with food portions. Service was quick and efficient. The ambiance was what you'd expect for a fast casual place. Would come back!

If you love empanadas, Peruvian Brothers does them right. My seven-year-old daughter and I LOVED their beef ones. They sprinkle a little powder sugar on top and give you a delicious dipping sauce. So good! My wife loves their seasonal soups, especially on a cold day. The space at this location is large with plenty of seating. Order on the screen or at the register. Your food is ready within minutes.

Peruvian Brothers was a convenient spot for a quick early dinner. It was not very busy at all. We came during happy hour and they had some specials. I feel like it's a bit pricey for peruvian chicken.

    Chorizo Sandwich
    Scott W.

Relatively good food and courteous staff. I do like that it's close enough to walk to because parking can be a challenge. It's paid street parking, if you can find a spot. Prices are ok but I think cater to the area. The setting is nice, with a casual but comfortable feel to it. Great for hanging out with friends. I think some food is better than others so you'll have to find your favorites. My wife and I decided to split two sandwiches for different experiences. I found the chicharron ok but very average, while the chorizo was better. We also capped our meals with a chicha morada and something else (sorry; name escapes me). They were ok but didn't "wow" me.

Though what I really like about the place changed. When I first went all they offered was Chicken, Cole slaw, and fries. In a world of many option I actually thought this sent a message that we are so good we only offer a limited choice that's you will enjoy. Tbf the fries can't compete w McD or Chikfila Waffle fries but they were good. The service counter is modernized and they are efficient and friendly. The layout if the restaurant is still basic like the limited menu they used to have. No frills no gimmicks just good food. Still the same vibe The chicken was still very good. Other places are fairly close but Apollo Rico is just a touch better. The charred seasoning is evident. What tipped the scales for me in comparison to other places I've been is the green sauce. It liked fresh. It wasnt like other places where that has the consistency of ketchup it looked bright green and freshly made vs other places where it seems as if it was poured out a container.

You can definitely taste some Cantonese influences. Corazón: Very unique. The beef heart was grilled very tender, and the spicy and tangy dipping sauce was refreshing. I've also never had such large kernels of sticky corn before. Lomo Saltado: Similar to Cantonese black pepper and beef cubes stir-fry, but noticeably coarser. The meat was a bit tough and dry, the sauce didn't coat it well, and it wasn't very flavorful. Chaufa Mixto: Chaufa = chaofan 炒飯 (fried rice in Chinese) A very straightforward transliteration. Similar to Chinese fried rice, it had plenty of wok hei 鑊氣 (wok aroma), which is rare in the US. The beef and chicken were quite tender; however, the shrimp wasn't fully cooked, and you could clearly taste the raw texture inside. Vegetales Salteados: Seasoned exactly like Lomo Saltados, it's even stranger to use it for stir-frying vegetables... It was entirely for the vegetables' benefit; otherwise, it was completely unnecessary. Suspiro: Dulce de leche custard, meringue, and passion fruit glaze, sprinkled with cinnamon powder--it was far too sweet.

I wanted to wait and give a review after the first time as I hoped it wasn't one of those, ("the first time it was great! The second time...not so much.), let me reassure you that was not the case with Autentico! On my first visit, I had a seafood selection, and it was so fresh and so good! I was also checking out my buddy's chunks of beef that were part of his meal, and wanted that too! He gave me a chunk and it was so tender, juicy and good, I knew on my next visit, I would have to order some form of their steak! The service was spot on, and food order time to table, was exceptional! My next visit came yesterday, and yes I ordered a steak! It was a late Friday afternoon, and even though they were busy with a few large tables of people, service was still outstanding and the food was even better than the first time! If you have read some of my reviews, by the time I think to take pictures, there's not much left to take a picture of! Also, I know some people just take pictures and not much else, and while something can look really good in a photo, you have to dig into it to unearth what's really good about the dish, and everything I have tried at Autentico, was superb! I ordered the NY Strip with fries and instead of the rice that comes with it, I asked if I could substitute veggies for the rice? They said no problem! While the first time I had a couple bottles of their Corona, which was very cold and was also provided with a frosted glass, this time I asked for a Modelo Especial. I was told they had it on tap! Major points, as I love all of Modelo's products especially the stouts! It was just my buddy from work this time and me, and we had such a great meal and the ambiance was awesome! I had joked my first time visiting there while driving in, that there was an Irish resturant right next to it! I mentioned that we should go there after for a couple pints. We never got around to it, as we were too full both times to make it in. But that resturant is in the back of my mind for a future visit! So if you do go to Autentico, you won't be disappointed. It's a great location that's worth the drive, and an exceptional resturant!

The only downside was the limited and not very clean restrooms during a busy event. First, let's give an applause to their social media team for helping me discover this place. You could tell Inca Social was well prepared, with a fully staffed team that stayed attentive throughout our visit. Whether it was quickly finding us an extra chair or constantly refilling our water, the service was excellent. The food was equally impressive. I highly recommend the lomo saltado, and the pasta served alongside it was surprisingly delicious. The Inca Balls were also a great appetizer with a light, crispy exterior and a savory filling. The drinks were solid as well and rounded out the experience nicely. My only complaint is that there are only two restrooms, and given how busy the restaurant was, they weren't as clean as I would have hoped. Food selection was smaller, food was not worth the price and service was awful. We did not have a reservation but saw several tables open. They sat us near the welcome booth as we were a family of 5. We were given menus but not enough utensils and thought eventually we would get it along with the menus. There seem to be a huddle of employees in the entrance of booth and the waiter did not show up for another 5 minutes. Another 5 minutes passed and a different waitress showed up asking if we were ready. She did not tell us of any specials and we had to ask her the price of the bistec a lo pobre which she said was $26. We also asked her about other items we saw at the online menu but she said they weren't available. We decided to stay and order ceviche, lomo saltado, anticuchos and bistec a lo pobre. My husband ordered a beer and I ordered a chicha. There was no physical menu for children and she verbally told us the options. I ordered chicken tenders and fries for my toddler. She took our orders and food came out after 15 minutes. The meat was missing the sauce the menu said it came with, the ceviche tasted very lemony and the chicken tenders were more like chicken balls. The waitress never showed up with our drinks and we decided to just eat and go as the staff seemed to want to socialize more than tend to the customers. Once we were done, we asked for boxes and the check. Apparently, gratuity was already included and maybe thats why the service was so bad? She hardly came to check on us and to top it off she was surprised when we told her drinks never showed up to please take it off check. She didn't apologize or asked how the food was. She gave us boxes and off we left. Later, we realized the bistec a lo pobre was $28 instead of $26 and we had ordered two. I just wanted to leave at that point and not wait another 5 minutes for waitress to fix her mistake. The ad, as shown in picture, said all moms receive a flower but I guess having three kids with me wasn't enough for me to get one. We also noticed when we left their website said a party of 6 or more has gratuity included but we were a party of 5. What is shown online is very different than what you get in person and if the food was great I would gladly go back for at least takeout. Food is not worth it, the service for Mother's Day made it worst and the environment was mediocre at best. Prices were inconsistent and menu is not appealing. Not sure what happened here but changes should be made at least for Mother's Day.
