We've been coming here for a while; service has been hit or miss and after a particularly bad experience months ago we haven't been back... but we came back last week and were happy to be back; food was good and came out promptly. Don't waste your time or money on the salads here but the pork, lomo saltado, and nachos are tasty!

We really like their Salvadorean House Specialties. The food is good, most of the time. Every once in awhile the salsa hasn't been our favorite. The service is always good. If you go early it's a quit setting. It gets loud around 7PM.

My husband and I came here for taco Tuesday with a friend! We came here around 6 and it was definitely busy. It's a smaller restaurant but the food and the service were good. I ordered the quesadillas and a margarita.

I did a Yelp search for a restaurant nearby me with outdoor/ patio seating and decided to check out Margaritas Grill on a Tuesday evening and oh boy, was I pleased!! The patio holds 6 people at the tables and maybe another 4 or 6 people on the long bench outside. There is inside dining as well. I was totally impressed and felt welcomed by the staff. It felt very cozy and warm. I had a House Margarita which was delicious! They serve you a basket of corn chips and salsa that had a rich, smoky, chipotle flavor. We ordered the Cheese Poupusa for appetizers. For my entrée, I had the Salvadorean style Carne Asada with a flavorful, rich tomato, onion and spices sauce on top of marinated fried steak which was really tender and not too chewy, black beans, and I had fried plantain instead of rice. They were out of the flan dessert , so we order the Tres Leches instead! It was soooooooo good! The only downfall was that I had to wait a significant amount of time to dine outside. I wish they could expand the outdoor dining area a pinch further. I can only imagine how long the wait is later in the week. The food was really good. Service was quick yet personable. The solid yelp reviews, outdoor dining and the combination of Salvadorean and Mexican food on the menu is what what sparked my interest to give this restaurant a try. I could become a regular here!!! This is the most delicious food. We always Uber Eats it. Taquitos and Papusas are our go-tos. Queso is spectacular.

Consistently good food. Have only ordered takeout, but we are always pleased with our food. Our go to for Mexican food. Best in Burke.

I wasn't feeling up to the big chains and places I wanted to try seemed to close early. Luckily this place was open and I had been wanting to try it for a while. Definitely it let a hidden gem! There are some parking spots right in front, although not many. There is a decent amount of seating, but it would be tight if you had a large party. My partner did note that the bathrooms weren't that great. You immediately get served complementary chips and salsa. They were pretty basic, but not bad. We ordered the following: + Papusas (Pork and Cheese & Loroco and Cheese) - Decent, although I prefer the Loroco (an edible flower bud). + Pollo à la Primavera (chicken dish) - Yummy, especially the sauce which mixes well with their hot/spicy sauce too! I could do without the salad dressing. + Camarones con Calabeza (shrimp dish) - Same as above! Note they leave the tails on. + Natural Juices (Mango and Maranon) - So refreshing! I loved the Maranon (cashew apple) was a wonderful burst of tropical sweetness with a subtle nutty taste. I appreciate that for the pupusas they had the foresight to provide my partner and I two plates so we could sphere the papusas. The portion sizes of the entrees were great for the price. It did take a while for the staff to swing by so that we could get boxes and the check. Note that credit cards and mobile pay are accepted. I definitely wouldn't mind coming back again to try more items on their menu.

All were pretty tasty overall I enjoyed the birria the most it was served with cosme and it grilled in the sauce so it's crunchy savory and has melted cheese with the braised beef. Langua was very tender with great seasoning. The al pastor was savory and sweet. The steak was good but had the least flavor to it was still tender. Service was friendly and nice. Food came out quickly. Place is definitely divy but food is good and has tvs for watching sports.

We ordered the tacos al pastor, the birria tacos, shrimp tacos, and carne ones. They were all delicious!! The tortillas don't break up, they have a lot of filling and the seasoning is so so good. I wish I'd taken pictures of them, but they didn't last long! Too good. The sauces that came with them were great too! The margaritas are so good, you need to be careful not to drink them too fast haha. My favorites were the peach margarita and the tamarindo one. However, the mint and cucumber one was super refreshing, and if you're feeling adventurous I recommend trying one of the jalapeño ones! It is spicy though. My friend couldn't handle it and that's why I ended up drinking it. It was really good! The ambience is great too. The owner personally greats everyone when he's there, the waiters are really friendly and make sure to check in regularly to make sure you have everything you need! Overall, the place is great for a laid back lunch or evening, with yummy food and drinks! I hear they have karaoke nights too. Not sure when... I'll definitely have to try it out. Fully recommend!

I…read moreordered 2 pupusas from here, one which I assume was supposed to be pork and one beans and cheese. The "pork" one was not authentic as it was basically tomato blended with cheese. It was still good because it almost tasted like a tortilla filled with pink pasta sauce but I knew it wasn't the real deal. The bean and cheese one was good. For 2 pupusas it was a little under $5 and came with the pickled cabbage and tomato sauce. Two was filling but I maybe could have gone for 3. The staff was very kind. They do have a variety of items on their menu. Do not be confused by the outside like I was. It does appear to be just a liquor store on the outside but the deli is located at the back of the store, if you keep walking to the back when you enter.

This place is located in a convenience store, so when you're approaching the address, it's not very obvious that this place is located inside due to the lack of signage. This place has limited hours and I believe they open early for breakfast and close at 4:00 p.m. I originally wanted to call in my order, but didn't see a decent menu online and/or prices, so I made my way there. I got there maybe about 20 minutes before they closed as I saw the chairs up on top of the tables in their seating area. I immediately just ordered the carne asada tacos, the pork pupusas and the cheese pupusa. I took it to go, brought it inside my car and because I didn't eat lunch and it was almost dinner time, I literally picked up the cheese pupusa and ate it in my car. It was piping hot and delicious. I didn't even put the little salad / hot sauce on top as I was really hungry. Overall it was really good. Of course, I moved on to the taco and thought it was kinda small, but thought to myself I should have ordered one more. I think it was comparable to the price that I paid, but for someone that was hungry I knew that maybe four wouldn't not be enough but thankfully the pupusas filled me up. I didn't finish my food completely as I drove home because I wanted to really sit down and try the food. My overall feedback on the tacos is to probably ask them to make my tacos medium rare if at all possible. Secondly, I would probably order at least five and maybe four pupusas. I think that would satisfy my craving and I would be full. I love supporting small businesses so if you are in the area, please stop by and try out this place.
