Happened to be in the area and decided to drop in after seeing some tasty images of their bowls! The service was very helpful and even gave me a sample of their chicken when I asked about the flavor. I opted for the combo rice bowl with lamb and chicken sprinkled with the hot and white sauces. They were running a special portions were hefty and the taste hit the spot. Seating could be limited, but they do have an outdoor seating option for those nicer weather days and nights. Will definitely be back again. Enjoy! read more

I saw this place in passing, googled it and realized it was a chicken over rice spot, and got super excited. I'm a huge fan and try to hit up all of the spots. I'm surprised I had not heard of this. Walked in during a Sunday afternoon and it was just us. But the service was super fast, and we saw the bowl being made right in front of us. I got a combo with chicken and lamb and my husband got the lamb with extra meat. They are super generous with their portions and even have a few toppings that I haven't seen at other places. Such as cheese! I believe it's an extra charge though and we didn't know that until we saw the receipt. I had to get a ton of white sauce of course but they had about 4 different choices, including the spicy red sauce. We were given complimentary drinks from the fridge which was nice. As for the food, it was amazing! Even after taking it to go and driving 15 mins in the freezing cold. The food remained warm and the cheese got all melty. So delicious. I have some mixed reviews because I didn't have the best Uber eats experience and similar to a previous reviewer, their chicken made me a bit sick. Ordering was easy and their menu is pretty straightforward but again my delivery driver didn't do the best job. He didn't actually change his arrival status and attempted to call me but I had no signal for the call to go through. Would only re-order if I was craving something sweet like a crepe. read more

We walked in to try the crepes which the price is fairly reasonable at $10 (there's also bogo deal too for now but only if order delivery, not for pickup). Ambiance is plain, music was pretty loud, but the main issue is the floor looked dirty. The chairs are really low quality like cheap plastic that you'd see in a preschool. Not sure why the utensils are placed right by the open door, something could get on them like pollen or whatever flies in (especially since they're not individually wrapped in plastic, they should be placed away from areas where they can get dirty). The service is really mediocre, as the person who was cooking the crepe was on the phone with a personal call the whole time trying to multitask with asking if we want toppings. The crepe was really bad, it felt doughy and undercooked, no crunch whatsoever. It was just really soft and flat, plus the batter tasted odd. The middle had more Nutella and the sides had almost none. The captain crunch cereal had large chunks inside that tasted stale. Would've been better if it was crushed and spread on top. I liked how it had a lot of sauce on it, and I thought the gyro meat was good, albeit a little salty. The chicken was not very good though. It kinda had a weird taste and wasn't super flavorful. Almost just as good as DCG!!! They have amazing BOGO deals on Uber Eats. Also one of the very few places open til 4am on weekdays and 5am on weekends! I always get combo chicken and gyro with rice and salad base and white and red sauce at all halal locations. I did really enjoy the orange chipotle sauce too! probably my new fav halal place! the hours are really generous for late night eaters. prices are reasonable, $13 for a rice platter and $11 for a salad platter. we ordered combos and we got a LOT of meat! we could have shared one rice platter and been satisfied for dinner. the sauces were sooo good and the meats were very flavorful!! the space is very bright, parking is a little tight. service is very to the point but efficient. i went around 9pm and there was a lot of seating. there's kind of a wild ubereats deal where you can buy one get one and including delivery it comes out to around $24 or $12 per platter (not including tip). read more

On January 9th my sister and I came here for crepes and there was a Indian guy at the register typing our order and was smirking, upon looking at our receipt (attached in this review) he called my sister a b****. Annandale has been surprising me every time by how many new places are opening around here. I went here on a whim after an event around 3 AM. Your options are really limited unless you want to make a trek to the nearest breakfast joint or go down the street to a open Korean restaurant but sometimes you just want to grab something quick and go. Bitez has been teasing me all over Instagram with how pleasing their rice platters and crepes are. For 12 bucks, I don't think I could really complain. You get a hefty amount of food packed, especially if you get the combo platter consisting of Chicken, Gyro Meat, Rice, Cucumbers and Salad.. you really can't go wrong. Topped with either white, red spicy or Bitez's own sauce you can pick to however you like. This place can get packed if you go here early evening, but when I was there it wasn't too bad. Not really a line at all ( yeah it's 3 AM ) and honestly even if there was a line, it would have went quick. Do I think this is better than other Halal places that serve the same rice platter? I don't think so. But if there is one advantage that this place has over the rest, it's closer to me and I'd probably gravitate going here more as a result. I don't really recommend dining in as it's small and there are not many tables to sit down at. Although there are seats outside, depending on the weather people are just going to either sit inside or take it home to go. I was browsing uber eats and happened to come across bitez again... I browsed their menu and saw they had new items. They now had lamb burritos available. I decided to go ahead and try them out. I did not have bitez for over a year because of constant order issues or drowning the gyros in sauce. Interestingly, they had an offer on uber eats which said "2 free drinks with lamb burrito order". In addition it was a buy 1 get 1 free on uber eats. So I added two lamb burritos to my cart. I stated on the order notes to put bitez sauce and white sauce on the side only. As before, with many orders in the past, they did not include any sauce whatsoever, not on the side, nor inside the burrito. I also mentioned putting the rice on the side only, and the only topping for the burrito was supposed to be lettuce. The toppings in my burrito were cucumber, lettuce, tomato and rice. This time they took things further. My order was supposed to include four drinks since I ordered two lamb burritos. They only included two drinks in my bag. So at this point, in addition to not providing any sauces at all/being very stingy with sauces, they are now also resorting to putting fake uber eats offers on the uber eats app in an attempt to entice people to place uber eats orders, This is blatantly false advertising and dishonest and I think they need to be reported for doing this. This is the first experience I have had with a business putting fake uber eats offers up on the app to entice people to order. Now the food itself, the rice thankfully wasnt too greasy. The tortilla of the burrito wasnt too greasy either, and the lamb meat chunks also werent too greasy and tasted fine. Unfortunately they seem to not follow the order notes or just are stingy with providing sauces on the side. And now they are also basically putting fake offers up on uber eats that they wont follow through on. I didnt need 4 drinks in one sitting but if youre offering 2 free drinks with a lamb burrito, that obviously means you have to provide 4 drinks if 2 burritos are ordered. The burrito itself is a good size for one person so im not sure what logic they used to justify sending 2 drinks instead of 4. I will continue to never order from them again, and totally regret being lured to try them out again because of a new menu item and advertised deal on uber eats. I like it. Am glad that halal foods are becoming more common. The beef, chicken, and lamb here are quite delicious. Staff definitely cook it properly. Very nice employees. Always have found the folks here professional. The pricing is up, but inflation is everywhere these days. Kudos to the very fresh vegetables though. These make the combos even more tasty. Serving sizes are pretty good. My recommendation is lunch time. It's popular but not too busy, so you can get a nice hot meal. read more

The marketing on Instagram was super Duper good for it so I thought it was gonna be really good but I was a little disappointed. The Nutella and banana crêpe. I think was a little overwhelming for me because I felt like it was too much sugar in it. I'm not sure if it is because I had not eaten that rich dessert in a long time or it was just too much sugar. So it might just be me. And then for the actual chicken kebab dish. I did not think it was super good. Outside of the gyro's & bowls they also serve crepes (very weird, I know), but these are all of their options. They don't skimp out the portions here which is great! The combo platter is usually my go to and I love how it's open late. The sauces provided have a lot of flavor and zest, and the meats are always tender and have a nice bite to it. Even the rice provided has a nice flavor profile to them. Five stars on that aspect. Service is nice but it is a bit slow. Even getting beverages can take a while to ring up. The reason I'm giving a three star review is because my friend and I came to eat here last night and we did get moderate food poisoning.
