This fast food restaurant is close to my home. I love their drinks, although I find that they charge a fair amount for them. I have done drive thru and in restaurant visits. The restaurant was clean and the employees were kind. That is a plus, if you ask me. Over the years, the food has been ok. I do feel comfortable buying at this location. I placed an order at the speaker. I pull up to the window and sit there for several minutes while no one takes my card or gives me my food (I am at least glad they didn't charge me). There is a worker clearly standing near the window, so I bet he saw me and just refused to serve me. You have lost a now-former customer, Wendy's. Horrific customer service. read more

Just left Wendy's after ordering 2 meals. The fries for one of the orders was forgotten and the chicken nuggets for the other order were cold. You would think that by ordering this late at night after getting off work, the food would be hot and fresh. However, they must have had the chicken nuggets sitting out for a long time before serving them to us. I sincerely regret ordering from this Wendy's as it's one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a Wendy's. Wouldn't be shocked if the company decided to shut down this location as I've heard they are shutting down under performing locations. read more

I had not tried a Wendy's single hamburger in a long time and stopped by to pick up just the Dave's single. The drive through menu stated the single was $5.79. I bought it and was not given a receipt. When I layer chrome debit card, I noticed I was charged $6.35. Not a big deal to apparently be overcharged but a receipt would have been. I will not be back but I will remember to always ask for a receipt in the future wherever I do business. Seemed odd in the moment that is why I checked my debit card. read more

Dave Thomas was a genius. He came up with double and triple burgers, use extra beef for chili, and so much advocacy for adoption. My hats off to this man, who's legacy lives on. Wendy's wins in one crucial area. It's beef is never frozen. The taste is obvious. There's nothing like one of their burgers, which are the top in fast food. Their fries are okay, and the frostys are decadent. The dining area and drive thru are pretty good here. If in the area and you have the munchies, they'll take care of you. Nice employees but can't say I'm a fan of the new chicken nuggets. They should go back to the drawing board. read more

I got robbed 30 bucks of fast food. I've been disputing since JANUARY. I ordered food through the Wendy's app . I am pregnant and it's alot of money for fast food. Only to get a call from dasher that the manager refused to give me my food that was already paid for bc The scale that Wendy's uses was broken. This was infuriating . Was told to call door dash. Door dash couldn't refund since it wasn't through door dash app but sent request to Wendy's since it was paid directly through them via app. I called and called back and forth between Wendy's and door dash only to never get refunded for my food I never received. Someone at my church surprised me with a free meal last week, and this was it! I loved it so much I'm eating it for dinner tonight! Highly recommended! On Tuesday July 18th, 2023, I was at the Wendy's Drive thru (6056 Burke Commons Road ) I ordered my Salad (Apple Pecan) , when I received the bag I asked for my receipt because they don't use to give receipt by the drive thru. When I got home and took out the Salad , the container was wet and sticky, the dressing inside the bag was broken on the top left as if it had been bitten and that had soaked the napkins and the bottom of the salad . That happens when the Employees take the dressings from the Lobby and return them inside the kitchen so as not to think that they have mice inside the Restaurant. I went here a while ago and everything was just terrible. I was missing a drink and had to go all the way back to pick it up. They didn't give a receipt so I couldn't find a way to reach them. The burgers had a fishy smell. The fries were stale. The side salad did not seem fresh. I came back a second time and again because I give every place a second chance bc sometimes places have an off day. This place was terrible both times. I did not get a receipt during handed to me the second time either and had to ask for it. To have any form of complaint you need the receipt to get the store number. Here's the scene, 235pm Friday: I went inside to order a couple of burgers. The crew was working on Drive Thru orders and a couple of employees were emptying trash and filling the ice for fountain drinks. A clerk after filling the ice just stood there, no eye contact-no "Welcome to Wendy's can I help you?"-no "Can I take your order?". I also had another employee look right at me while she was separating onion slices. Still nothing. Both employees decided to have a small conversation. Ms. Harris (GM), if you are reading this you need to have your employees have some depth of customer service. Second, having an employee leave 2 buckets on the counter-top and just standing nearby doing nothing is a huge negative. Also the area near the sales counter was covered with some-kind of orange soda and a couple of cup lids. I came to this Wendy's a few years ago thinking "Hey, it's been a while let's give it a try". Fool me once, shame on me. Fool me a second time and FINAL time, shame on you. Avoid this disaster of a Wendy's at all costs. Stopped in to grab a very quick bite to eat! Since we were going wine tasting later we didn't want to drink on empty stomachs. This is the local Burke Wendy's fast food! I love their burgers and chili. The dining room is open and clean. The line to order was nonexistent so we walked up to order our dine-in meals. The food was made quickly and burgers were stacked with the proper amount of condiments. As a former child- worker( my first job), I appreciate the carefully made condiment- stacked burgers. The meat was lacking in freshness, probably sitting on the heat slab a bit too long. I ordered my fries extra crispy and they happily obliged. I rarely go to Wendy's because so many times they get my order wrong and their prices have gotten way too expensive. Tonight after leaving another store in the same shopping center, I was hungry and wanting a hamburger. For convenience sake and because it was late, I decided to give Wendy's another try. Big mistake! I ordered a single hamburger with lettuce, tomatoes, ketchup, onions, and pickles. The person taking my order said it back to me - lettuce, tomatoes, ketchup, onions, and pickles, and asked if the order was right. I said it was. When I got home and opened the burger what did I find on it - lettuce, tomatoes, onions, pickles, and MAYONNAISE! My family and I had our 2013 Thanksgiving Eve meal here at Wendy's. On this particular night, I tried their new Portabella melt on brioche. To my surprise, I enjoyed the gooey cheddar cheese with mushrooms on brioche. The burger was a bit messy but I didn't mind since its finger food. Service was pretty good considering mom used coupons and tried to confuse the cashier. Fortunately she did not succeed as our order was accurate to the penny. This particular Wendy's has a unique interior design as the kitchen is hidden to the side and not directly behind the cashier. So I'm gonna keep this short and sweet, horrible service! I mean it makes McDonald's food service look like a five star restaurant (not really), but sometimes you can't tell the difference between the two. And what made me hop on here to warn you not to come here was the fact that I had a gentleman who was working with food and helping out whom appeared to be a trainee. This man has the nerve to wipe his face snot and all with his bare hand right in front of me then continued to bag orders without washing his hands! The food is good. The staff is mostly nice. But my problem with this Wendy's is that the drive through has NO ROOF COVERING so when it's raining, you get soaking wet at the order stop and the payment stop. It's terrible.
