This was my first visit to a Wendy's for a breakfast. I have been to this Wendys before. The Breakfast Baconator looked promising. I went through the drive through and then stopped in the Wendy's parking lot to eat it. But the temperature of the sandwich was barely luke warm. Not acceptable. Thankfully the potatoes were very good and very warm. I have not had a food temperature problem at this location before. On another note, the Baconater itself is a decent sandwich. Has all the stuff I like. But it would be a much better breakfast sandwich if on an English Muffin instead of what seems like a standard hamburger bun, though it is an alleged brioche bun. Last year this Wendy's was great.. lately I've asked for everything fresh, and every time I get my food it's cold and I have to go back through the drive thru and wait an extra few minutes for them to remake it. The last time I was here, I took a bite of my double stack and the bread was hard as a rock. Super disappointing. Bring the old staff back. Went there once again on 10/30/19.. specifically asked for fresh food and fresh burgers.. fries were fresh and hot.. got home burgers were cold.. one again.. I used to work at this location for a month. I quit because of how unsanitary it is. Barely any of my "coworkers" wore gloves, they would usually just prepare food with their bare, unwashed hands. Sometimes they would eat while making food. Also nothing gets cleaned regularly they just used water and called it good. Don't even get me started on the frosty machines, they had hair in them. Straight up friggin hair and I loved Frostys. Also no one wears their mask. Another thing is one time I saw one of my coworkers drop a burger on the floor and he still gave it to a customer. I don't know how this place is still running but the managers and everyone need to at least get training or fired. read more

Yes, that's right, I am reviewing a Wendy's and what the heck?! 2.5 only because the people working here were nice and the food was edible. I have now officially been to a Wendy's three times in my entire life and I think I've had enough. Sure, I should've known going in that "spicy" anything here wouldn't really be spicy but, I like to be hopeful. I was pretty excited to try their spicy nuggets. FAIL. Then I tried their "spicy chipotle boneless wings" which did have a tiny kick to it but was mostly sweet. FAIL again. Um...and the baked potato. Well it's a pretty basic baked potato - chives, butter and sour cream on the side. Salt and pepper helped it out a lot. And what's with the square burgers? Wendy's, I am not a fan of you (unless I desperately need to have a baked potato and I mean DESPERATE.) I think I'll stick with the golden arches. read more

Pulled in for takeout at the window. The server/cashier did not have his mask on. I asked him to put it on and he ignored me. He managed to breath at my face and the food. Now I need to worry if he had Covid. The Wendy's does not follow the Covid protocol read more

My experience here was nice. I didn't have any complaints about my food. The Cashier Dominic(I believe that's his name) was extremely nice to me and my coworkers/friends. I asked him was it possible to warm my cookie up so I could eat it with my frosty and he was nice enough to do it for me. I have never written a review for anything in my life. I grew up around this Wendy's. Have never had an issue. I move away for a year or two and everything goes to shit. Went here for a quick bite. The interior is a little outdated but clean. There was one cash register but it ran smoothly and a member was helping fill the orders in a timely fashion. Food was as expected. No major complaints. I usually get the spicy chicken sandwich. read more

Don't really get the bad reviews, you get what you pay for and this is a fast food restaurant after all... I like the staff, they're always nice and friendly and always give us good food. There has never been a time where they have gotten our orders wrong, given us food that has been sitting around too long or cold french fries. I would give them negative stars if I could, unfortunately the system on allows people to give a single star. Where do I begin? The line was 10 people deep and they had a single inexperienced kid on the register, even though they had half a dozen people working behind it. Once I make it to the front I order a baconator. I happily wait until my order is completed, only for the man who ordered after me (he ordered a 4 for 4$) to receive his food first, including my baconator. I had to wait another 10 minutes as this man who paid half the amount of $ I did consumed my sandwich. Was offered nothing, but a half-hearted "sorry man", for the mistake. This is the worse Wendy's that we have ever been too. The drive-thru is extremely horrible. They don't give you a total. You get to the window to pay and still doesn't give you a total amount but takes your money. No manners what so ever. Avoid this place at all causes. read more

The two worker working tonight (12/28/19) are absolutely ridiculous... Im almost certain they robbed me.. I received basically a percentage of the meal I paid for and then had to argue with BOTH of the workers to try to get my full meal. Eventually she charged me more for an item I still never received. Though Wendy's is generally pretty good about serving fresh-tasting cheap food, this one was awful. Very disappointed that this location was "not participating" in the two promos listed on Wendys.com (4 for $4 and a frosty coupon deal), which was basically the whole reason we went. The building is ancient and dirty as well. The food was ready quickly but was not even warm. Even for fast food, it was soggy and gross. At least they didn't burn the frosty. read more

This Wendy's used to be much, much nicer (do you remember when they used to serve breadsticks way back in the day???) but now it's anything but. It's not horribly disgusting or anything inside, but it's old and outdated. That alone wouldn't bother me, but the service has gone majorly downhill. The last couple of times I visited, orders took FOREVER to be taken and FOREVER to be filled. I also didn't get everything I ordered, the chili wasn't as good as other Wendy's locations, and they didn't give me my croutons for my side salad. Have you tried them? I ordered an Asiago Burger which comes with applewood smoked bacon, asiago cheese, creamy ranch sauce, lettuce and tomatoes. All I got was a chicken patty and bread!!!!! Not even the sauce on the burger. RIDICULOUS. Maybe if the woman taking my order wasn't in such a hurry I would've gotten what I ordered. Don't come here! I ordered the pulled pork bar b-q sandwich smokey flavor and it was horrible. The bar b-q pork was over cooked and the carrots were crunchy. The pork and carrots should be soft and melt in your mouth as you chew and it didn't. I was a pinch throws away from either throwing it away or taking it back to them. I'm not sure if I would order this sandwich again. It is an embarrassing situation for bar n-q lovers out there. On the flip side; they usually make great sandwiches but not this one. read more

i dont know why i gave them a second chance...... i ordered a #6 combo with a large sweet tea, get back to my apartment which is literally down the street. fries were completely horrid and the tea tasted like someones sweaty armpit. aside from the crappy side, i finally moved to the main course.... just holding it in my hands i could feel the cold emanating from the wrapper. i stuck a thermometer in it and it read 46 degrees. took it in and demanded my money back from the manager, who insisted that there was nothing wrong with the burger. showed him the thermometer and he continued to deny that they served me a cold burger. i have to restrain my word choice when talking about this insipid chain restaurant, because if i dont, my language would be too (true and) offensive for this to be taken seriously. i understand that this is a fast food joint, but the fact is that there are standards of quality that this location is not following. read more

Just stopped in to get a snack for my son. Very poor customer service. The cook never changed his gloves. I left and went back because they messed up my order and the cooked still had on the same glove. He didn't change them when he remade my sons sandwich that I'm throwing away because of the mans gloves weee sweaty and not sur how long he'd been wearing them nor what all he'd done with them on. Was the worst and slowest service I've ever had. His place is price sooo high for a fast food chain until it's ridiculous. I would expect these prices at whole foods not Wendy's. We've come here 5 or 6 times and the place is always clean, the food is hot, and the service is friendly.

When I go to a fast food place, I do not expect good service. This Wendy's is (by far) THE FRIENDLIEST fast food place...ever. There is one guy in particular who usually works the drive through (an older man) who is always easy to understand, never messes up our order and is always polite. I love going here because of the food (Chicken BLT salad and oreo frosties!) but also because the employees are just so darn nice. read more

The Best WENDYS in the DMV area...BY FAR! Everyone speaks English and I NEVER have to repeat my order like I do at the local McDonalds. Food is excellent until late night ...where the quality and accuracy of the order falls off DRAMATICALLY. (which is why I deducted a star). But it is great to know you can get good food till 2am. Co-workers are friendly and clean...and did I say they all have a commanding understanding of the English language! They have a great charity as well with St Judes...donate a dollar and you get free frostys for a year. Amazing! read more
