This 5 stars if for the gentleman who was working the drive thru window the evening of 5/8. We ordered some food for our children and asked for no sauce on the quesadilla because our kids are picky. We didn't say that it was for the children, mind you. But, when the man handed us food, he clocked our children in the back of the car and asked if the quesadilla was for the kids. Then, he asked the staff to confirm that they certainly did not put sauce on it before he let us go. The food was your average Taco Bell food, which we love imo, but it was the considerate service that we loved from this location! We will be going out of our way in the future to come to this specific location to support this location's staff. read more

It's Taco Bell. Actually laughing how sometimes publications votes, put this as citizens favorite Mexican food spots. That's beyond funny. Taco Bell is a cool fast food spot though. They are quite creative with some of their offerings. Plus tacos alone are a good enough reason to roll. This one is very clean. It's low key and a decent spot for a quick meal, whether dining in or drive thru. The employees here are kind and efficient. I like this location, as it's convenient to a lot of spots visited. You'll get a quick meal at a decent cost, although inflation has raised prices just like everywhere else. read more

Specify what meat you want in everything you order, check all meals before you leave the window. Ordered 2 chicken chalupas, was given beef instead. Ordered two cinnamon twist, only got the one. I look at all my kfc meals, not a single biscuit. I forgot to order a meal at the speaker, tried to order at the window only to be told I could not. I would be remiss if I didn't review this local Taco Bell. This is the only drive through that is within a 5 minute drive from our home. Although they have had some bad days, most often they come through with flying colors. My only 'beef' with this location is that close early. We've driven by at 10:00PM and lights are out and no one is working. This is a great place for a quick snack. The drive through team is quick. The tacos have recently improved. instead of those teeny tiny shells with a teaspoon of meat, they have revamped their portion and given out a full sized taco. All this for under $1. The wife often craves those spicy tostadas: a flat taco shell with refried beans, a spicy mayo, topped with lettuce and bits of shredded cheese. Again, a snack for under $1 is not a bad deal. read more

I vowed never to come here again but when I get a craving for those flat, bean tostadas, I find myself in the drive-thru...mesmerized by the vast menu! Surprisingly, the food was good today! The hard shelled tacos were actually filled with meat and lettuce and the shell was not broken. The Mexican Pizza was in tact, no messy cheese, just a nice round pizza. And of course, my $.99 tostada was its usual tasty.....when desperate for this type of food! Terrible place. Goto another taco bell.. any order you get here will either be flat out incorrect or missing items. Case in point.. I ordered on doordash, asked to substitute black beans for meat.. they sent both meat and black beans. Okay no problem.. called to have them re deliver.. sent the exact same incorrect order again. Then over the last few months i've ordered quite a few times (in person and on the app), they screw up the order everytime. I ordered a burrito supreme and was given a burrito with nacho cheese, rice and beef. It was not what I asked for, and perhaps paid more than I should have. Please note that this store is drive-thru only at this point. So, there is no way to easily provide feedback regarding incorrect orders received. I have never left a review at a place in my 25 years of life and this was the first place I left a review for l. The cashier was named Rebeca as it was shown on the receipt. I wish I could leave a a review lower than 1 star. The service was horrible attitude for no reason. I just tried to place an order and was being very respectful and was returned back a crazy attitude and I just thought she was having a bad day so I just said thank you and walked away after placing my order didn't complain or anything because it happens. But after receiving my food i was eating at the restaurant and I could hear her talking in the back yelling with a lot of profanity with other workers and they kept telling her to watch her language but she said "don't language me" which is outrageous even her co workers see her bad behavior how did someone like this even get hired? Not sure why but this Taco Bell/kfc doesn't let people sit inside the place to eat, it has plenty of tables and space for social distancing. I went in and was yelled at to not sit in and eat. They only had a to go option. Workers aren't even attentive to customers waiting to order. I waited a while to have my order taken while workers just stood there talking. I've been to this Taco Bell and KFC drive through several times. The lines is typically very long and slow. On one occasion I went inside after a long wait and the service was just as slow. On another occasion I just left. Last night however was a wonderful experience. The young man spoke clearly and was very helpful and professional. I could hardly believe how quick the service was since the line was pretty sizable when I arrived. I didn't get the guys name but I told him he was doing a great job. Sometimes the staggering lows of a restaurant are both shocking and offensive but can be internally forgiven by the simple statement "At least I'm not eating fast food". This is fast food. So nothing can make you feel better about it. Unfortunately this store is right by my house so I end up here far more than I should. Especially since a full 75% of the time, they get the order wrong. Since this is a combo store, Taco Bell & KFC, they do not always have every menu item from both stores. More often than not, they are missing items from the KFC menu. But since it is a combo, they also do things like use fried chicken in the Mexican dishes when they run out of grilled taco chicken. An Original Recipe Chicken Quesadilla is one of the worst things I have ever eaten. The nearest Taco Bell store to here is at Burke Centre Pkwy & Rte 123. But it is slightly more expensive. If fate has damned you to be here, do not leave the counter or drive-thru until you have visually verified your order in its entirety. read more

Don't pay with cash! Have tried this location's drive-thru a few times and each visit I've been shorted with their scam. They'll give you the change with your food order, telling you the correct amount but will hold back a $5 or $10 bill. Look. I know this is Taco Bell. It's not Chipotle and it's not Moe's. But this one is SO much better than the Taco Bell/Burger King in Kingstowne VA. Granted, in Kingstowne they don't use fried chicken in their quesadillas.. but I'd take this place over K-towne. Everything I've had from here was hot and fresh. I usually only grab a quesadilla (steak), a crunch wrap or a couple tacos but I can't complain. It's Taco Bell and it's good in a pinch! And make them give you extra packets of hot sauce. The drive through line is always 10 cars long during lunch time and the line inside is just as long. Eating at Taco Bell was the best decision I've ever made. I can say, with 100% certainty, that Taco Bell has changed my life for the better. The $5 cravings box is always a great way to go because you get so much food for such little money. Although the $5 craving box will always be the OG it truly was the chalupa that changed my life. I took one bite of that glorious shell and my eyes were opened. It was like Jesus came down from heaven and gently kissed me on the cheek before assessing back with kittens in his arms. Very poor experience drive thru was quick but the food was incredibly undercooked and hard to chew...I got two crunch wrap supremes and a quesorito the crunch wraps weren't even wrapped all the way so most of the insides fell out. The quesorito the rice wasn't even cooked! It was horrible. It's like there was no time let alone effort put into it, but then again it is Taco Bell...so I shouldn't have got my hopes up. And to add the icing to the cake the lid to my drink wasn't on all the way and you can already guess my drink spilled all over me and the inside of my car...it's doubtful that I'll ever go back there, unless the staffing changes leaving a bunch of teenagers to run a restaurant, not the greatest management decision. My boyfriend went to this Taco Bell location this morning for breakfast. When he pulled up they told us yes they still had breakfast, when he went to pay he got the receipt back and it said 2 chalupas which we did not order. He then went back to the drive thru requesting a refund because we did not want these items we got told no. He then proceeded to knock on the door to speak to a manager. The manager came to the door saying he will call the cops and slam the door in his face. Thankfully there was a undercover cop in the parking lot near by and came over to see if everything was okay. My boyfriend explained to the cop what happened and even he knocked on the door and spoke to the manger and the manager did the same thing. Told the cop no we don't do breakfast and shut the door in his face. I have never seen so much disrespect from a Taco Bell before especially from a manager. We will stop doing business at this Taco Bell and will rethink even returning to Taco Bell's if this is how customer service will be handled by a manger. read more

This place is unique because it's a Taco Bell /KFC. It's amazing because they cover both types of food, Mexican and American. I love that I can get a little bit of both. The Taco Bell is good. My favorite is the nachos with a double decker chicken supreme. I have been getting Taco Bell for a long time and most of the time I'm not disappointed. The only problem I have is that the service here is very slow. And for no reason on top of it; I ordered a bean and rice burrito and it took forever to come. Their fire sauce is amazing though.
