He explained the menu and offerings, made recommendations based on our different preferences, and then served us our food when it was ready. We got birria tacos, a chicken taco, a Shrimp Burrito, and chips and queso. The food definitely deserves 5 out of 5 stars, especially the birria tacos. The meat was flavorful and the accompanying broth was amazing. In fact, we ordered a couple of more birria tacos to bring home for later. We also ordered a shrimp burrito which has rice, black or pinto beans, pico de gallo, cilantro, lettuce, cheese, cilantro aioli sauce and red cabbage. The shrimp is fried, not grilled, but the breading is not overwhelming and pairs nicely with the red cabbage and sauces. As other people have mentioned, the burritos are huge and the ingredients are fresh and plentiful. We enjoyed the chips and queso with the chips being fresh and flavorful. The red habanero sauce had a nice kick to it and the green tomatillo sauce was refreshing. Overall Two Burritos gets a big thumbs up for its food, the quick food preparation and service, relatively reasonable prices, closeness to George Mason University, Fairfax City, and University Mall.
