Elena was my first point of contact and was extremely sharp, responsive, and organized in getting everything scheduled. She coordinated an in-person survey, which no other company even offered, and that made a huge difference. Johnny then walked us through the process, gave us clear coaching on how to prepare, and set expectations that were spot on. Moving day was even more impressive. The trucks arrived extremely clean and fully branded, with all licensing and DOT numbers clearly displayed, which immediately gave me confidence that I was dealing with a legitimate, professional operation. The crew--Kenny, Tristan, Mike, Philip, James, and Arthur--were all big, strong, hardworking guys who clearly knew what they were doing. They showed up in full uniform with matching shirts and hats, all branded, and carried themselves professionally the entire time. Communication was clear, and everyone was focused and efficient. They came fully prepared with every tool and piece of equipment you could think of. Nothing was overlooked. All of our furniture was carefully wrapped and padded--true 360 protection on dressers, nightstands, bed frames, everything. Not a single item was scratched or damaged. We had some more complex items, including a heavy upright piano and multiple large TVs (85" OLED, 75" OLED Samsung), and they handled everything flawlessly. They brought proper TV boxes, protected everything correctly, and even mounted our television at the new place. Even though they don't typically handle packing last minute, they still accommodated us and helped with some light kitchen packing, which we really appreciated. They also placed all mattresses into mattress bags and kept everything clean and sanitary, including properly protecting the box springs. The loading process was impressive to watch--they were basically playing Tetris with the truck and maximizing space while still keeping everything safe and secure. The unload was even faster, and everything arrived exactly as it left. No damage, no issues--just smooth execution from start to finish. Overall, the job took less time than I expected, was completely stress-free, and exceeded every expectation. Every single person on the team was competent, professional, and took pride in their work. I reached out to at least 5 other moving companies and Little Guy's rate made the most sense, they didn't charge additional fees like an administrative fee or random fees that other companies do. They charged me 120/hr cash or 130/cc. Two movers arrived to my home right on time, it was great. In the past, other moving companies have arrived late. The two men (Mr. L and Mr. E) who assisted me with my move were friendly and professional. They did a wonderful job wrapping my furniture and making sure all my items were secure. I thought their pace was fair and efficient. Mr. L and Mr. E worked hard and it was truly appreciated. Jan 2026: I hired this moving company again and they did a great job. I had a problem with my storage unit key which made us run late but both Jennifer (admin) and Mr. A were so understanding. I felt terrible that I messed up with not having my storage key but the team was so kind. The move was quick and efficient. Both movers were friendly. One of the movers did look very young though. On a side note, their prices did increase by $10, I believe. I would 100% recommend this moving company and will be using their services in the future.

I ended up picking Sunshine Moving and was so grateful they were able to accommodate a next day move for a very reasonable price and they did a great job for us. The movers showed up early at the ABF location. I was so happy to see them as we were already there. They helped us unload the items from the container to their truck and then drove to our place. They did a great job and were very careful with our items. There is a 3 hour minimum but they were done well before then since we opted to do the unpacking of the boxes ourselves. They did help us bring the heavy items up the stairs and placed them in the location we requested. I would definitely use them again for our next move.

I felt scared as a woman and thankfully my boyfriend was with me. But if you're a single lady and someone is giving you that attitude, be aware. Most of our stuff was just left in a "general" area. With no care. If we pay for 3 hours of work, the expectation would be you work 3 hours. Yet I was told "you treat us like robots" 2 hours in when we still had 1 hour of work left. Prime Moving was the only company who called me. I honestly still wasn't 100% sold as I wanted a more concrete rate that I would be paying and not put in a situation where any movers knowing it's an hourly rate past the required 3 hours could take advantage of the situation and take longer to get more money. I fully understand it's nearly impossible to determine how long a move will take but I think most still want some sense of security that it'll only cost "xyz" amount. This isn't a comment specific to Prime Moving but the moving industry as a whole from what I experienced. A friend had mentioned they utilized Prime Moving so I felt that bit of security and ultimately went with them. Adam was one of the two movers and both were very kind and professional. They wrapped the items I need and got my moved out and into my new place in such an efficient manner I was trying to keep up with them.

I contacted Hulk movers to move a 500 lb rock fountain from my driveway to my newly landscaped…read morefront yard. Sanjar came to my home, evaluated the project on Saturday and agreed to take it on. On Monday he returned with Sardor, Murat and Adlan. They physically picked up the fountain, put it on a dolly, moved it through my yard and placed it on a prepared level pad. It took less than an hour and was done without any injury, problems or damage. The cost was less than a half-day rental of a fork-lift, not counting an operator. I was super-pleased with these men's planning, strength and ability to handle what I believed to be a difficult job, not to mention their friendly interaction with me, my wife and each other.
