    Malin patio furniture was not wrapped and rubbed/chipped down to the metal.

    We moved across country and had Sullivan come out to give us an estimate. After they came, we gave away all our pool furniture, large faux plants, other items that would have taken up a large amount of space on the moving truck. Even after we downsized, their estimation was so far off, it took two separate crews and trucks to come box up our things for a separate freight shipment. We were told to label the already packed boxes as "priority" if we needed them on the actual truck. We did so based off what the packers had labeled - which was a mistake on our part. We should have opened the boxes as we ended up with a box labeled "coffee maker" with an ice-cream maker in it, art supplies in a box labeled "toiletries", etc. I spoke to the original estimator who assured me they would meet their contractual delivery deadline of May 24. It's now the 31st and our shipment has been pushed twice - once to June 3rd and now to June 6th, nearly a month after we've moved. Be sure your things fit on one truck, do not agree to separate shipments, press the estimator to be accurate. Shipment finally arrived on 6/6. Nearly every single piece of furniture in this shipment was damaged in transport. Our patio furniture was chipped down to the metal, painted furniture rubbed down to the wood, legs of furniture splintered and scratched, holes in upholstered chairs... it was not properly wrapped and not properly transported. The lesson here is do not allow your things to be shipped by freight, overestimate the estimator and be prepared for damage.

    The company was very professional. On time, they packed some cherished items for me, dropped off my household goods to my new home in a timely manner, and even called an hour ahead to meet them. The driver and team were efficient, hard working, and polite. They worked wonderfully together. They laid down paper at both residences, and were very careful with my walls and floors. They took precautions to care for my valued antiques. Angie, the customer service rep for Sullivan was always polite, and helpful.     so far terrible! no one calls back and I can't seem to schedule my delivery! I paid $199 for white glove delivery too!

All of the people that work there are so pleasant so helpful. Shoot, even the bathroom is amazing at the facility along with their little candies that they have available for you I've suffered a traumatic brain injury in the past so businesses that can help me remember things or at least be kind when I have forgotten mean a lot to me. Recently my truck was broken into while I was in Mexico and my purse along with all of my credit cards in my bank card were stolen. This made it impossible for me to pay my storage bill when it came due. I had been on auto pay, but once the cards were killed, that was no longer relevant. Andre went way out of his way to call and remind me that the bill was due, he even let me know how many days I had to work with before a late charge would be assessed once I realize that I wasn't going to be able to use my bank card in time he immediately sent me a form which was super easy to fill out online, allowing my bank account to be linked to my auto pay, and the funds were immediately available so that my items in storage were safe and sound Andre followed up with me to make sure that I had it done if I needed any help he was there for me and just overall compassionate and understanding!     So I've been storage searching for about a week now, and I finally locked in on this storage place…read more I loved the units and I love how clean this particular location is. I didn't smell any rot or mold like I did at the other places I looked at. Jessica helped me. She was nice. Straight to the point. Im not a fan of the administration fee and the lock. They should include that if you decide to get a unit with them in my personal opinion. You need insurance for your property here. They lock the flats, so you will have to ask for a key to get them to help unload your things. I guess the storage rent has the opportunity to go up within 7 months, so we will see about that. For I 5x7 ill be paying about 70/month with insurance. Not too bad. First month is free, but I still walked out the door paying 66 something because the admin fee, insurance, and lock You need a code to get inside the doors, so thats cool. I feel safe with the location also.

I fought for 2 1/2 years for his return and held that storage so that when he was returned, he would have all his things. When I started that storage, it cost, if I recall $130 or so and you raised your prices continually until I was being charged $300+ I have all those things and more in storage elsewhere for $60/month! I spent over $300,000 to return my son to the US and when I tried to clear out my storage after all these years, you locked me out and charged me for an extra month! You can keep your money and I will write a review, with my story to every review site there is! I asked you all to work with me and you don't care And I will write that review for every day, month and year my son was kidnapped So you can understand humanity and how much you charged only to keep our memories, while those memories were the only think we could hang onto! What could have been resolved in a few days you dragged out to another month. Now my friend is having to rent a uhaul in order to vacate your sad premises! Thank you for nothing!
