I reached out to Movers on the Move to help me move a commercial refrigerator this evening. This was my 4th time using them. The owner, Carlos, had just completed a previous move and accepted my request. He was at the pick-up location in an hour, stress-free, and smooth. He's my #1 moving company. HIRE them! read more

We were unexpectedly moving but had to travel out of country prior to the move with little time to prepare or shop around for movers. Upon the recommendation of my hairstylist I contacted Carlos while I was somewhere in the Pacific and explained our situation. He immediately gave me a quote over the phone based on the information I gave him and scheduled the move within 2 days of our return. Isaac and Daniel were our movers and did an outstanding job and did not waste or pad any time. Isaac was a Jenga master fitting everything into one load! The were very gentle with all of our boxes and furniture and set everything back up in the new place. We will definitely call them for the next move! read more

We booked this company 2 weeks ago and they confirmed for Saturday 8/7 at 8:30am. We reconfirmed Friday 8/6. This would've been our first time using them. I say would have been but they were no shows yesterday morning. By 9 o'clock we started calling and texting them and they did not answer. At first the phone would ring and then after we left a voicemail their phone put us straight to voicemail for future calls. We decided to give them 24 hours to respond and to date they haven't even attempted to provide an explanation, apologize for standing us up or attempt in anyway to redeem themselves so that's why I'm leaving this review. We are still dealing with moving everything ourselves today. I would leave zero stars but Yelp forces you to leave at least one. read more

Great movers! Fast, efficient, timely and nice. How can it get better? Also cheaper then other companies. Go for it!

These guys were fantastic. Showed up early and helped finished packing a few things. Loaded the truck perfectly. Tied everything down with my straps when they found em. Put my mattress bags on for me. They were polite, smart, strategic, and strong as hell. Moved a dresser to the curb for give away. Price was no haggle. Paid w Venmo and got a great deal for the service provided. Found them on Craigslist with no recommendations and could not be more pleased. Isaac is a ninja w a hand truck... read more

I am the kind that can think up all kinds of things that could go wrong, so I was nervous about this move. But what happens? Everything could not have gone better. Isaac, John, and Zack arrived, we did a walk through of what needed to get moved, then they started to work. They were an absolute pleasure to work with. They asked questions along the way to make sure they were moving or leaving the right things (because I admit my descriptions were a bit vague sometimes). They loaded the semi trailer tight, compact, and secure. My wife was nervous about her prized curio cabinet, but she was pleased that it was secured properly. The trailer was loaded so well that I will probably not have to pay as much as I had estimated for the space on the trailer. These guys are great. read more

My move started at 2:00pm on a Tuesday. Carlos (the Owner) communicated with me throughout the entire process. Anthony and Sebastian arrived when he said they would ready to work. They were professional and kept a positive attitude through a long and difficult move. They protected all of my things as if they were they own. Carlos came in the middle to make sure everything was on track. I would recommend this company to anyone needing to move! read more

These guys are LIFE SAVERS! After I was no showed by a different moving company, I phoned and spoke to Carlos. WHAT a gentleman. I called him incredibly emotional after being no showed and being in a tight time crunch to get my belongings out of my home. After being no showed at 8am by a DIFFERENT company, I called Carlos at 8:50am and by 10am, two men were at my home ready to help. Mike & Gito, my movers were ABSOLUTELY amazing. They were so kind and helpful and they somehow got all of my boxes, tubs, antique furniture in a single load on the pickup truck. Even though I saw it with my own eyes, I'm still amazed they were able to get all of those things loaded in a single load. They treated my belongings with incredible respect and were much more cautious about damaging them than I have ever been. I greatly appreciate Movers On The Move coming through for me on such a last minute request. They were more cost effective than the company who left me hanging, and the customer services was best in class. I will be a life long Movers On The Move customer- they helped alleviate all of the stress of moving. Thank you Carlos, Mike & Gito! If I could give 10 stars, I would! Best in class! read more

Movers On The Move - Mike & Gito single-handedly saving my life! Thanks Movers On The Move, you all are AMAZING! - Movers Near Me

Carlos and his crew were extremely helpful and patient with us. We moved a 4 bdrm house and a FULL 2 car garage and they were able to get it to fit in one truck in less than a day. I'm so glad I decided to go with this company and when it's time to move back to San Diego this will be the 1st company I call. read more

I have used Carlos the last 8 months consistently for my business. He picks up from our warehouse and delivers to the job-site. They were friendly, professional and punctual. They were very fast and wrapped all my important items very carefully. I will definitely use Movers On The Move for my next move! read more

I hate to give such low stars, but in my recent experience I can't help but be frustrated. I've used them twice and my second time, I learned I had accrued more items then they were able to transport without expressing frustration. I recently moved and was retrieving my stuff from storage. I used another moving company because I had alot more items and needed a company that would have a bigger moving truck. In summary, i discovered that my bed slates were missing. Of course, I know it was not at my old place since I cleaned it out, and clearly not at my new place because there weren't any slates in the storage. The only place would have been with the movers in their truck. Unfortunately, it being 7 months, I emailed to inquire and the only response i got was they don't remember. What I learned with the new moving company, is they let me check their truck to ensure everything has been cleared out. They also communicated if they noticed there was a dent of some sort that was not of their fault (which I learned was from this moving company). In all, Movers on the Move is great if you have very little items. And I would check to make sure all your items are moved out because now I have a bedframe without my rails. read more

These guys did a great job. Very efficient, fast, and hard working. Lamar is a whole snack

These guys were awesome!!! From the first phone call to the final goodbye after the move, they were nothing but professional, courteous, and helpful. The move took under 3 hours from start to finish and they were working hard the entire time. From now on I will recommend Movers On The Move to anyone needing movers and I will definitely be a repeat customer whenever I move again. Thanks again so much for your help yesterday, you guys were super cool and good people! read more

We have used several different mover companies since our needs varied daily. The others paled in comparison. Guierrmo Beau & Carlos (the boss) take pride in their work & offered suggestions to make the work easier. I was so relieved to find they were available on a Sunday with short notice. This move has been very stressful & they decreased the stress. Great job & will use them again read more

Carlos and his team were incredible! I moved from Salt Lake City, Utah to San Diego, California with little stress thanks to them. Carlos provided a moving truck, plastic wrap, blankets, and a trailer for my car. He arrived on time and was professional throughout the move, keeping me updated while he drove across state lines. The team disassembled and reassembled my furniture with care. They even helped my mom move a large pool table out of her garage! It was a pleasure working with them and I will definitely be using Movers on the Move for any future moves. read more

I used this company for a move this past weekend a been more impressed. The movers were on time, they were efficient, I don't believe they ever stopped moving all day. I had a lot of anxiety as it is the first time I moved independently and they were great. Any little hiccup I experienced they had a solution for. And the cost was so reasonable. I would highly recommend them to anybody needing to move! read more

Chito and Grant did an excellent job with my move. They worked so fast. They finished the job within 2 hours. When I got quotes from competitors they said they would need 4 hours to move my stuff. I am so happy with their work. The cost is reasonable. Keep in mind it is cash only. I like how they wrapped my mattresses with a thick plastic. I provided a plastic bag for the mattresses that I bought at Home Depot, but what they have was a higher quality. Use them. You will be happy that you did!!!! read more

These guys were amazing!!! Carlos was incredibly helpful on the phone in helping me determine my moving needs. They communicated with me when their time of arrival changed; they were fast, but careful with the belongings. Most importantly, they were affordable with no hidden fees - I felt like I was an important customer! I would recommend to anyone!!! Call these guys, they are just awesome! read more

Carlos and his company is great to deal with. They are affordable and hard workers. This is the second time I have used them. Their prices are reasonable and well worth using for a move. Best moving company hands down. Carlos helped my mother with a long distance move to another city.... in the rain!!!! Not only was her property dry and undamaged, Carlos set up everything in the new house to mirror the old house. Carlos is very professional, caring and receptive. Movers on the Move did a wonderful job for us. We will highly recommend you to anyone looking for an honest, fair, reliable, and trustworthy moving company!. Ours was a last minute call and they accommodated to our schedule. Carlos gave us an estimate and called us to let us know that his crew was going to be arriving soon. Gito and Manny were professional, careful, and very courteous. They wrapped each item with plastic, then put a blanket on, they taped it, and loaded it. In one hour they had wrapped and loaded the truck. In a total of three hours our move was complete. Thank you, Carlos, Gito, and Manny for making our move such a great experience !!! read more

Carlos was great called him to help move when running out of time and he showed up next morning at 8 as promised and had us all loaded by noon so we could begin our 3120 mile trek. When we unloaded the truck nothing broken or damaged he did an excellent job packing the truck for our long distance. read more

Both my moves did an excellent job (Germo and beau?). They showed up 15 mins early to review which items to move and sign the contract. They then wrapped all of my furniture to prevent damage during the move. They were courteous, professional and respectful and stacked my entire one bedroom apartment onto their truck. It made me a little nervous to see my stuff piled high in the back of a truck, but it made it to my new house safely. They were both athletic and able to carry my items up and down the stairs quickly. They were in a race to beat the clock..I don't think they even took a break to use the restroom! They also did a second stop for only a $25 charge. I would defiantly use them again because they helped make my move less miserable. At this time it is cash only. read more

Was pleasantly surprised! Gito & Grant arrived promptly at 830a and quickly got to work! Very efficient and professional. I only had a few items to move, as well as a friendly request! Having sold my love-seat, I asked if they would help deliver said love-seat to its new owners about a mile away...they accommodated this request without hesitation & did not even charge extra! What can I say, all items were 'shrink-wrapped' as though they were antique pieces (i.e. With a lot of care) even though it was IKEA furniture! Never hired movers before, but if I do again, these guys will be the first one's I call! Thank you so much! read more

I had to move 10 boxes in the nick of time from tustin to San Diego! The MOTV team really helped me out and got the work done in less that 2 hours!!! They're truly awesome and I'd recommend this service to anyone looking for a job done fast and effectively!!!! read more

Had a great experience with them. I called them earlier today to request help with moving some boxes. Got a really reasonable quote, help arrived on-time (wonderful guy!), completed the work professionally, and even finished a little bit early. Could not have asked for a better experience. Thanks Carlos and team. read more

To give you an idea on how well we know good movers, we have moved 6 times in 6 years within a 7 mile radius. Each time using different movers, because none had been worth using twice. Let me just say that I will not be losing Carlos' number. These guys took us off the 4th floor in one building & onto the second floor in another & never missed a beat. It took other movers longer to move us across the courtyard 3 years ago. So, if you are looking for hard workers who WANT to work... are polite, respectful, efficient, & really care about doing a good job, this is who you want! read more

I used these guys twice in two months to move my entire three bedroom house and full garage. Moving isn't fun and MOTM made the stressful day go so smoothly. Chito was my crew chief each time. He never stops, personally wraps and packs your items. He communicates really well if there is a question or problem. The cost was reasonable and I would highly recommend them. I have used a large moving company before and MOTM exceeded the job they did. Carlos checks in and confirms the dates. He has connections at the truck rental companies and was able to help steer me to the best truck equipment for the moves. read more

Extremely fast and very friendly staff. The workers were able move all of my stuff in very efficiently and without any damage to my property. These guys SAVED THE DAY!!!!!!!!!! We had hired a mover off of Craig's list that didn't show. I called Carlos and he showed up with an awesome partner and finished our move in 3 hours. I'd recommend them to anyone. What a wonderful start to our new home. Thanks Carlos!!!!!!!!!! read more
