I'd give these guys six stars if they allowed it. Friendly service from the start, The reservation was easy to make and they were helpful and friendly while I made it. The movers themselves were excellent at communicating with me regarding arrival time and showed up when they said they'd be there. Once arrived they were professional and friendly. Within minutes the first loads were going out the door. photos just now New Big body movers sent two movers to my house. During their work, They brought a table downstairs In a way they're not only damaged a table, but also my stairwell. When inquiring about next steps, the owner offered to pay me $50 As a refund. When I asked what he thought the $50 was covering, and if it was appropriate to cover the table that was broken by his employees. He snapped at me and told me he would no longer refund anything. This company doesn't even have insurance to cover the most basic issues. I don't understand how they are preferred U-Haul provider. There are so many other options. I'd recommend you look elsewhere. Good chance the owner will Respond saying, I asked them to move it that way. Which is ridiculous and insulting... Why would I ask someone to damage my property? Why would I not assume that you're movers would try their best not to damage things. The honor will also probably say he told me they were not insured if I didn't go through U-Haul. We asked for 2 movers for 6 hours. They were one of the cheaper available but didn't disappoint. They arrived on time and communicated well ahead of time. They packed the uhaul perfectly and we only had to make one trip. These guys were working fast but also taking good care of my belongings. They listened to my needs and helped me set up my bedroom. They carefully wrapped the furniture and fragile items to protect them and were very careful with all the items. I moved recently to a place 10 minutes away. I rented my own U-haul truck and picked this moving company through the U-haul website. It was $255 for 2 guys for 3 hours. I did my own wrapping of my furniture pieces prior and had everything ready to go. Two young men showed up on time. They were courteous and went straight to work. They were open to my directions, otherwise I let them do their thing. They knew how to stack items in the U-haul to maximize space and none of my furniture was scratched or damaged. The guys came out, running a little late. This was okay. But they charged us an extra $200 for wrapping a glass display case. We paid for the blankets to wrap it from Uhaul. All they had to do was wrap it up and load it. But no they charged my unknowingly wife $200 extra. Unfair. Called this company to book a move of several furniture items from a house to a storage unit in the same neighborhood. Gave every detail of the move and we agreed on a price of $325 for 2 hour services, which I thought was a fair deal given I have a fairly simple move. Sent my deposit and agreed on timing and confirmed everything in writing through text. On the day of the move I get a call in the morning from Jordan asking me if I will be providing the truck? I was pretty confused as why would I. This is a pretty big detail that should've been discussed when I originally called. He claimed that his "notes" were deleted and this is a misunderstanding. So he said he can only provide a regular pick up truck for my move. This was pretty frustrating as I spent the weekend getting everything ready and packing to then being provided deal breaking details on the day of the move. I assume they either didn't want to do that or got a better deal move and had no problem changing plans and basically screwing me over. Unprofessional company. Beware. read more

Jordan and his crew are the consummate professionals! My move consisted of unloading uboxes onto a truck at one location, going to another location and unloading the truck into the house.
