They showed up on the scheduled day about 8:30 am and we did a walk thru, showing them what was going and what was not. moving from a 4 bdrm to a 2 bdrm takes some downsizing. They started right in, wrapping, filling boxes and moving them out to the truck. Taking apart the furniture that needed it and moving it out to the truck. They are definitely good at their job. It took them till 10:30 at night to get it all packed and stowed in the truck. They were prompt on delivery day too. Showed up at 9 am . started unloading and putting together furniture and placing it where requested. Took till 4pm before they were finished with their part of unpacking . Great job! I highly recommend this company. They are prompt, polite and very good at their job.

The person who booked us was very responsive and answered all our questions. The movers they sent were friendly and handled our stuff with care. Their initial time of arrival was between 12-2pm, however they did not arrive until 3:30. We chose this company because they gave us a quote of $100 fee for moving a massage chair but then when the movers arrived tried changing the number to $300. We settled on $200 since we were basically suckered into having to use them, and the issues continued from there. I walked them through the items we needed moved and the ones that we could move ourselves. They proceeded to wrap and pack several items that I told them not to move, adding extra time to the move. They disassembled and wrapped the crap out of several items that did not need to be broken down so much, adding time and frustration as the adjustable bed and couch were broken upon re-assembly. Luckily we fixed the bed, but the couch is not assembling correctly. I told them my 3 high priority items were the massage chair, bed frame and a squat rack. I noticed that the truck was filling up and asked if they were sure they would have room for the squat rack, and he assured me they would. Fast forward SIX HOURS and they did not move the squat rack as it wouldn't fit as i predicted and 25% of the items they dropped off were not re-assembled. They also ate their lunch/dinner upon arrival at our house at 3:30 and took some breaks. I am fine with that EXCEPT they charged us for 6.75 hours. 9:30 minus 3:30 is obviously not 6.75 hours. So not only did they charge us for their lunch and break time but even charged more on top of that. We were also tried from moving a lot of stuff ourselves that day but couldn't go to bed until they had moved our bed. They also left all the plastic wrap in our garage instead of taking with them for disposal. Overall i would not recommend this company to anyone and suggest you look for a more trustworthy company.
