Our experience with Movers best was not great, the initial conversation on quote was very automated like "we got you, we will take care of everything - boxes, wrap etc. I was bit surprised when one of the guy said me on the pick up day- "let me check on bubble wrap with my manager and he took more than 20 minutes to confirm thus wasting our time and money as they are on clock as soon as they reach. The calibration was poor on quote as they did not pre check our stuff to see how many mover guys will be required. FYI, We were in 2 br property but according to them it was 3br+ stuff. moving was handled very haphazardly moving empty plastic boxes which were kept deliberately to fill in floating stuff, they didn't bothered to utilize them and were blindly taping the empty boxes and carried it. With 3 moving guys, I clearly remember 1 of them was so useless like strolling in the park mindset and doing nothing, just picking and dropping stuff not helping with packing and loading at all. On lunch hours they did not bother to text or call for accountability, like ok we had lunch btw this to this and now starting on drive to drop location. I.e., no heads-up. The drop of our stuff was handled poorly, the guys broke my vanity mirror and kitchen aid glass mixer and ignored to read FRAGILE- please handle with care fat logo on the boxes. I will not be hiring them again! Cherry on top they overcharged me my final bill was $$$$+ read more

We are very happy with Mover's Best from start to finish. Scheduling went smoothly and the process was explained clearly. The 2 movers who helped us were Bulat and Bogdam. They were focused, fast yet careful, worked very hard and treated all our belongings like they were their own. They never complained and were happy to help in any way possible. Well, it's because I will no longer write or support businesses that suck and, due to this economy, will not take them down with a bad review. Thank you to Oleg and Anton, my five-star movers who helped me move out of my condo for the last time. I've been holding my property there for 20 years, and I was upside down during the market crash in 2005. Anyhow, having had family and friends stay there over the last two decades, a young Millenial Team who I love told me "hey, it's time to let it go" I used Yelp Bids to get mover bids because I am currently unemployed. Movers Best came in at a reasonable rate for three hours. My husband and I did most of the moving of the kitchen, bathroom, and any sort of entertainment systems, CDs, records, anything of any value, heavy boxes, etc. My condo is 422 square feet, and they packed and moved 2 dressers, a bed that Anton professionally disassembled perfectly, 7 boxes, and 1 wardrobe box. They were quick, professional, and very kind and considerate of my place and my husband's place. Anton, thank you for talking me out of moving my entertainment center to the upstairs of my husband's house - I never took Physics. :) and I suck at Algebra. Reached out by phone for an inquiry and Emily was friendly and very thorough. She asked about all the details of our move (we were moving from one home into two different homes) and made sure everything was planned out before ending the call. They charge by the hour, with a 3 hour minimum. We had three movers help us, Misha, Stan and Vadim. They were punctual and called us to let us know their ETA. The three of them worked very quickly and efficiently. They wrapped up our furniture very securely and were very careful carrying and loading them into the truck. We had two different stops to make and they were very communicative with us on which items went to the back of the truck vs the front of the truck for efficient unloading at each destination. We also had an upright piano, which they took very good care of. It was only $100 extra to move, which is already cheaper than some movers who only specialize in pianos. Unloading at both destinations was very quick. They assembled our beds and tables and even helped fix a broken part of a bed. They even helped move a couch inside the house for us from the garage, which was last minute and not mentioned in the quote. Overall the move took a little less than 4 hours. Very quick with the amount of things we had and the logistics with two homes. We had a very good experience with Misha, Stan and Vadim. They were reliable, efficient and honest.
