I took a bunch of pictures, and had time to sit and think on it. They gave me plenty of time to try many different frames with absolutely NO pressure on purchasing, which I really appreciate. They know they provide an extensive experience, mid to high-end options with excellent service. They have Cartier, Tom Ford, Miu Miu, Versace, Gucci, Ray Bans, and many more. After a couple weeks, I couldn't get this one frame out of my mind that I absolutely adored. I returned to order them, and they again let me try more frames & sunglasses, just to make sure. My heart was set on these Barton Perreira frames, which I hadn't heard of before, but I learned are handmade in Japan. I found the perfect frames for my face & personality, and they were more than happy to put an order in. My order was ready in about a week! They also have every type of lens if you have a higher prescription and need specialized lenses. They gave an amazing price and I'm so happy to find & support this business. Cohen's Fashion Optical on Boylston has top of the line designer frames, and glasses for every budget. Dolly & Danny couldn't be nicer and more welcoming. I was really turned off by the demeanor and snappiness of the counter person booking appointments at Costco, that I promptly cancelled it right after making an appointment at Target. The two front of house people handling the sales of glasses and contacts were extremely friendly and helpful with any questions I had. I did most of my pre-appointment stuff with a separate assistant, and then promptly saw Dr. Patel after. She answered all my questions and conducted my exam (of which I hadn't done an exam in years and was now wearing expired contact lenses) thoroughly. I appreciated the trial lenses she let mr leave with in order to test 2 different sets of daily wear contacts, one of them being a pretty expensive brand that I actually ended up going with. Payments were modern as they were done through a tablet with receipts sent to your email for record keeping. There was no pressure from the front people to buy through Target Optical, although they reassured that they would price match competitors and check all insurances to find ways to bring down the price.
