I saw the online ad and sent in my prescription. Got electronic reply saying there was a problem w doctor info. It was on the upload I sent, I replied telling them so... and got the same electronic reply. Canceled the order and the next electronic reply said 7-10 BUSINESS days before refund would be back in my account. Summary: received poor communication, no product, and had to wait for refund.... I ordered my prescription Holbrook sunglasses from glassesusa.com on 10/28, received them on 11/10. The quality was very poor as the lenses were too small to cover the entire existing lens. And they weren't the same on each side, leaving big, uneven gaps on both lenses. I sent pics to @glassesusa, and they agreed to make replacements. The replacement sunglasses finally showed up, and they were just as poor quality as the originals! I contacted customer service and asked for a refund since their quality was so poor. They said their policy was no refunds on the second pair. My thought is that I gave them two chances, and they were both very poor so I'd rather just purchase them somewhere else. Two different customer service agents promised me I would hear from them within two days and that I would get the refund. The first chat was on 11/26, and the second was on 12/02. Still have not heard a word from them!!! They both basically lied to me as I was reassured they would send the info to their returns team. VERY POOR QUALITY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE! So furstated!! I ordered glasses for my son and had to use a number that pertains to him. I had it on the website label, confirmed it via phone and it was all good. Rachel (Store Manager) & Jennifer (Ophthalmologist of Natick, MA) are the best people that I am still working with to correct my sunglasses. It has been over a MONTH since I ordered my sunglasses and the lab has been HORRIFIC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Not only due they have the nerve to produce them wrong the first time, (non-gradient lenses) but when they are sent back because they were made wrong, they were not expedited to be fixed and yet another 3 weeks go by. When these arrived, they were STILL WRONG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I requested the color of the sample that was shown (burgundy) and when they were sent to the store, the lenses were not only RED BUT they had white spots in them and the gradation stopped in the middle of the lenses. Visualize, bifocals!!! The email that came back from the lab stated that this is as close as it will get! SERIOUSLY???? Even I, who know nothing about making lenses know that this was BS. How could the quality control person let these go through? So to make things easier for these idiots in the lab, I changed the frames to have wider lenses in the hopes that these idiots in the lab, might get it right this time. I am waiting and was told it would only be another 2 weeks. I received confirmation , yet again, that they were in production BUT it states clearly in the email that there were going to make them in a green gradient!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If this wasn't so wrong, I don't know what could be worse. So I called the store immediately since you CAN NOT REACH A CUSTOMER SERVICE PERSON NOR HAVE A LIVE CHAT WITH ANYONE AT ANYTIME!
