Sales agent was dismissive of a concern I raised about unit freezing up last winter. Finally, upon heating system installation completion they ask you to sign a standard maintenance agreement but all it essentially says is "here are our prices if you need a service call, and by the way, prices are subject to change." There is no customer benefit unless you negotiate one.

I did a large remodel on my first home and they needed to add ducts, heat-pump and furnace. The house was only equipped with cadet-heaters and the job was massive (8 days). At the same time, I was installing a gas-lines and an independent contractor just wrapped it through my basement. These guys took the time put the gas-lines inside the ceiling and floors in order to hide it and never charged me for it. I don't think you will be disappointed.

I had a technician come out a few days ago about another issue and he said he would let Eric know about the original issue that has not been addressed, still no response. I kind of feel like I'm dealing with a used car lot salesman that as soon as they get paid, They don't offer no assistance. The response that I got from Eric over two months ago was he wished that he hadn't taken on this job because they don't do roof vents on my type of roof. When they put the initial chimney in; I thought all was fine until one rainy day... the chimney was leaking water. These people come back out. They don't keep their time or their appointment. They show up hours late and near dark time. They assure me that they can work in the dark and fix the issue. Chimney is crooked, has gaps in it and it's leaking from the chimney on the roof. Has nothing to do with the roof cause I had a brand new roof put on about six months ago. Stay away! Unless you want them to take your money, do a partial job and shine you on and run. I kept getting excuses about how the owner was having medical issues in the hospital with a stroke, etc. Honestly... I have as much compassion as the next person, but this is business and honestly, it's not my problem. DO NOT hire these people. They are sketchy. They do not listen. They do not care about the customer. I will be reporting them to the state, L&I and other agencies as well. BE WARNED!

He didn't want me to worry as he wanted his guys to check it out first. He gave me a verbal quote on an AC pump that turned out to be much cheaper than two other companies that I had contacted. Two of his techs came over and both were very polite and professional. They checked out both my sump pumps and both were doing well however, one only needed a battery in the alarm. This company has integrity and is legitimate. I will be using them in the future to replace any sump pumps issues and I found out they also clean the drains for my perimeter floor drain system in my basement. I would not hesitate using this company.

I had them come out to check on known leaks in two skylights. One of their people, Jeremy, came…read moreout. I asked him to look for other issues as well. He identified seal failures and a few other problems on several other skylights as well (and I verified easily later-- I don't spend a lot of time staring at my ceiling ;) ). This was not a shock-- house was built in 1992 and skylights do not last forever. I did have a couple other firms come out to look at the roof and Northwest Tile Roofing was the only one which identified other real issues. Example: everyone else missed a leaking skylight in a walk-in closet; Jeremy saw it right away. The other good part is that they were fine with me sourcing the windows independently (a family friend has a window business); they still charged for installation and removal of the old windows, but that was happening regardless. Finally, the price was what you would expect for a crew of ~6 people for 2 days, but the roof did not appear to have had much if any maintenance done to it over the last 28 years. I will be hiring them for annual maintenance going forward. Great company, great employees too.
